Zulmarie’s place was perfect to say the least . It looks exactly like the photos . Everything was nice and modern. I was even allowed early check in which was so convenient being that we got in an hour early before original check in and the apartment is about 10 mins from airport. It’s easy to fine and if you don’t have a car it’s very easy to get Ubers as well . It was close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place ! 10/10 !!

We had a great time at Dolores's place - very comfortable beds, clean house, and amazing (and very warm!) pool. Already looking forward to our next trip to San Juan.

Such a beautiful stay !!! Will definitely come back. The area at first seemed pretty sketchy but I LOVED how clean the place was, every room had a lot of towels, all of the ACs worked, the pool was heated and had super cute lights, the TVs worked and all had streaming services, the water was warm to shower and we had 6 guests, and there was an outside bathroom with a shower which was a perfect plus!!! Super affordable as well. It exceeded my expectations!! And Zaira was an angel and sent us a list of recommendations which was super helpful. 10000/10 I loved this place so much!

Went to vacation for spring break in PR and this house was the perfect house for my family of 6! This home is beautiful and very spacious! After a day of beach and sight seeing coming home was perfect, everyone had space to relax. The theater room was a nice touch with the bean bags! The pool and yard was the cherry on top! If in the caroling, PR side this is the home for you!

This is the spot you want to stay! We had the perfect trip at this Airbnb. The home was even better than the photos could’ve described. The neighborhood was very quiet. The pool area and upstairs two bedroom apartment were notable mentions of this location. Even when it rained for an entire day on our trip, we had the best day relaxing at the house because it was so quaint, beautiful, and welcoming. The nearby local food? - Some of the best we’ve ever had in the world. The beaches are dreamlike. Across the board this Airbnb is top-tier. Will book again!

My wife and I booked Brenda and Tony’s home to celebrate our birthdays together in Puerto Rico, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! Check in was very easy, and the home was very clean, modern and comfortable. The backyard pool and grill/gazebo area was such a nice touch. There’s even an outdoor bathroom by the pool. When we weren’t on excursions, exploring, or eating out, it was perfect for lounging and doing some grilling. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, within a close proximity to San Juan and not too far from El Yunque either (about 40 min, where we booked an ATV excursion). Both Brenda and Tony were extremely communicative, friendly and helpful. They provided locations to beaches we could visit based on what vibe we were looking for. Highly recommend contacting Tony beforehand, as he has many connections on the islands and could help you plan out everything you need or want to do. Thanks again for welcoming us into your home, we hope to be back soon!

Me and my family enjoyed this place to the fullest! It was a group of 5 and we were all comfortable in the house. The host continued to check in and made sure everything went smoothly. He also wanted to know if we had any concerns that needed to be fixed immediately which I appreciated, but luckily we didn’t have any complaints. I will be considering this home again for my family and I when we return!

Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

Great location for our trip. Norma was very attentive and gave clear detailed instructions. Area was very safe, she always made herself available if we had any questions. Perfect place for our first time in PR girls trip of 5.

Booking this Airbnb was one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. Alan and Roy went above and beyond to make sure my girls trip went as smoothly as it did. The moment we stepped inside, we knew we made the right choice. On the first night, we couldn’t figure out how to set up the pull out bed. Roy arrived within 10 minutes and showed us how set it up and even placed the linens on for us. I have nothing but positive things to say about the home and the hosts. We were gifted welcome baskets with sunscreen, face masks, slippers, a bottle of champagne and so much more. The house felt like home. There was not a day that went by where we felt unsafe or uncomfortable inside the house. We navigated it like we owned it, and that’s all I could ask for in an Airbnb. The proximity to the airport, restaurants, beaches, pharmacies, and our excursions made everything worth it. I absolutely would book with the Casa Laguna team if I’m ever back in Puerto Rico. I love the house it was perfect to celebrate my birthday. I just don't like the stray cats and dogs. One made it up on the porch and popped on the welcome mat. It was raining and we weren't paying attention and stepped in it. Runined a good pair of sandals. If you don't like excessive dog barking or listening to roosters at 2:30am this place isn't for you. But if you can stand a little noise it's perfect. The host is great very responsive provides a phone number for you to call with questions and she has a translator. I'd definitely rent again.

This house has it all! - I highly recommend!We stayed with 2 adults & 5 kids and it accommodated us well. There are tons of toys/activities for all ages. The pool is small but great! Lots of floats/toys/life jackets. There are several beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys & coolers. They have thought about it all. The house was very clean & left cleaning supplies for during stay. The kitchen is small and has no counter space. There is no oven or dishwasher. Just plan ahead first cooking. 2 extra tables out in the garage/patio that gave nice room for eating. Carolina Public Beach is about 15 mins away. It was away from the busyness of old San Juan. The neighborhood was old, some nice houses, some not so nice. It’s near a school. Book this house- it was a great stay for everyone!

coming back to visit my home island was amazing with this airbnb listing. Viejo San Juan is no more then 20ish mins away, Carolina Beach 10 mins away, and food options all around. There was a gym near by called A&A which was conveniently 4 minute drive which is right next to a grocery store, and pharamcy!!! couldn't have asked for a better location for the price with all the amenities around. if i come back to PR best believe I'm coming back to this airbnb!!!!

Gia's ZEN house was just what we wanted for our family gathering of 6 adults and 5 kids. Away from all the tourists but within a short drive to beaches and rainforest, beautiful forest flora and birds, a sense of privacy (even though neighbors are close by), clean and comfortable, the pool and covered patio were definitely the gem of the entire stay.

Staying here felt like home, everything was ready upon our arrival; from the music and the wine, to the air conditioning to welcome us with good weather were very nice details that made us feel very welcome. The apartment is as shown in the listing and its rooms are comfortable and well equipped, as well as the rest of the house was clean and tidy. Although we did not have time to use the terrace, it was very well maintained and the location is perfect for those who are going to visit San Juan or surrounding areas, also the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone who asks us. Angel and Kamily were great hosts, thank you for everything!

I must say That Miley’s place far exceeded my expectation. I was close to everywhere I was going, felt safe and secure, and enjoyed the singing of the coquis all night. Just an amazing experience and the place was stacked with all you needed. This is a well situated home, in a safe neighborhood, and incredibly peaceful. Thank you Emily!!!

It was my first time to Puerto Rico and I loved the location, very easy to Uber around to local attractions. The property was clean and peaceful i especially loved the patio area. The shower was so relaxing and I really enjoyed the privacy. I would definitely recommend this property. The host and cohost were very responsive answered any questions I had upon arrival quickly. There is a delicious bakery next door that sells sandwiches and authentic food and the property was very secure between the outside cameras and locked gate if you were traveling alone like I was.

I vouldnt ask for a better place located withing a stones throw distance from the airport. All of the appliances worked just fine and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles topped off for us. Everything was within a good driving distance only and hour to the east coast and two hours to the western coast. Lots of dogs in the area that will get used to you after a couple treats and a couple days of petting them they will be waiting at your front gate for lots of love.
