Nos sentimos bienvenidos desde el primer minuto, si disponéis de vehículo es perfecto, si no disponéis de uno, a diez minutos hay restaurantes y supermercados. Yajaira estuvo pendiente de cualquier mensaje necesario, lo único negativo es que el retrete está un poco suelto. El lugar es muy seguro y hay doble entrada, el jacuzzi es espacioso y el sonido de las ranas de puerto rico le da un buen detalle durante la noche. Algo que me pareció extraño es que solo hubiera un tenedor de metal, dejamos para los próximos inquilinos tenedores de plástico y algunos alimentos que nos sobraron de la estancia, por dar una ayuda extra. Really nice place in a quiet suburb close to the airport. Check-in was easy, the unit was very clean, and there was a nice back yard with coqui ambiance. The air conditioning works great too- I know that's important! Would definitely stay again!

I would recommend this place to anyone! Very cozy and looks just like the photos. Super close to the beach! The food and staff at the restaurant downstairs are AMAZING. Will definitely visit here again.

Overall, the place was great. Nick and Cándido were both very responsive. We had a minor hiccup but they were both very empathetic and resolved the matter as soon as possible. The private beach access and roof top was great. The location was accessible via car to both Old San Juan and Fajardo.

If you are looking for a peaceful secluded beach and tranquil getaway, look no further. This place is perfect for a family with kids and teens.

We celebrated my daughters sweet 16 and the place was perfect, pools, hot tub and on a private beach front. Condo was very clean had plenty of towels and the air conditioning was powerful. We have no complaints. There is only one television but that is a good thing in my opinion. I really enjoy our stay and look forward to booking again. Thank Ruth for everything!

I rented the place for some colleagues who live on the west coast of the island that needed to be in the San Juan area for work. The home was beautiful, everything was perfect. Found the house clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend this gem for group of friends who are traveling. Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

Booking this Airbnb was one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. Alan and Roy went above and beyond to make sure my girls trip went as smoothly as it did. The moment we stepped inside, we knew we made the right choice. On the first night, we couldn’t figure out how to set up the pull out bed. Roy arrived within 10 minutes and showed us how set it up and even placed the linens on for us. I have nothing but positive things to say about the home and the hosts. We were gifted welcome baskets with sunscreen, face masks, slippers, a bottle of champagne and so much more. The house felt like home. There was not a day that went by where we felt unsafe or uncomfortable inside the house. We navigated it like we owned it, and that’s all I could ask for in an Airbnb. The proximity to the airport, restaurants, beaches, pharmacies, and our excursions made everything worth it. I absolutely would book with the Casa Laguna team if I’m ever back in Puerto Rico. Went to vacation for spring break in PR and this house was the perfect house for my family of 6! This home is beautiful and very spacious! After a day of beach and sight seeing coming home was perfect, everyone had space to relax. The theater room was a nice touch with the bean bags! The pool and yard was the cherry on top! If in the caroling, PR side this is the home for you!

This is the spot you want to stay! We had the perfect trip at this Airbnb. The home was even better than the photos could’ve described. The neighborhood was very quiet. The pool area and upstairs two bedroom apartment were notable mentions of this location. Even when it rained for an entire day on our trip, we had the best day relaxing at the house because it was so quaint, beautiful, and welcoming. The nearby local food? - Some of the best we’ve ever had in the world. The beaches are dreamlike. Across the board this Airbnb is top-tier. Will book again!

Miguel was very great with communication the entire time from booking to check out. We arrived late after a LONG wait at the rental car company and Miguel was so kind to check on us. Upon arrival the house was very clean and just as the pictures showed! The home is huge and decorated very nicely! Our family enjoyed our time there. The thoughtfulness of all the amenities was spot on! We are grateful and will definitely look up Miguel if we find ourselves in the area again!!

The location was perfect – close to Luquillo Beach (just a short drive), San Juan, and El Yunque National Forest. The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The rooftop was a standout feature – spacious with beautiful views, and we loved having two other outdoor seating areas to choose from. Mornings were perfect, sipping coffee while listening to the roosters, and the evenings were filled with the fun sounds of music from a nearby bar and kids playing. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, with clear instructions. Rarely needed the AC due to perfect breeze. Having two bathrooms was a nice bonus too! There were only a couple of minor things to mention: The hot tub wasn’t working (though it wasn’t a big deal for us), and the coffee maker was a bit tricky to use – we ended up using instant coffee, which worked just fine. Mariany was a great host –very responsive and always available when needed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would stay again!

We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We had a big group of 11 and had more than enough space to all feel comfortable. The communication was great, the pools and beach access was fun everyday, had everything for cooking in the kitchen each day, and we all felt safe and at home. I am so grateful to have found such a great place for my family to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for everything!

We had an issue with the hot water but that was due to something out of Jeannette's control. Other than that, her place was lovely. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop, the pool and the beach. Driving time from the airport and to excursions was fine. I recommend driving to the kiosks along 187 and by Luquillo beach to eat at.

This was an absolute pleasure. The space was beautiful and clean. There were aplenty of games, pool toys, beach chairs, beach and shower towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The view is ridiculously beautiful. Three amazing pools, the lazy river was being fixed but Elias gave us a heads up and honestly I would go back just to see it revived. I couldn’t complain if I wanted to! Everything was perfect. We stayed a week Monday-Friday, during off season so some of the places right outside weren’t open but it was worth it when they were. Right outside of the gates is a connivence store and half a block or so is a supermarket. You really could stay forever, I would have. Thanks so much Elias your home was perfect and you were so helpful the entire time! I will recommend this place to everyone!

Nothing short of excellent, the staff and rental are good for a solo trip or couple with one other. it is connected to a a beach , the residence is clean and staff are very accommodating. Be mindful the staff and locals don't speak English but do their best to assist you , there is a local pharmacy/ store near by for snacks, drinks, food , Tylenol etc....that accepts credit card and cash. bring quarters as there is laundry on site.. It is out of the city but not that far.. 30 min drive from San Juan airport and EL yunque and a 15 min drive from Rio grande It was my first Airbnb and first trip Puerto Rico, I would come back and hope to rent from Jay again.

Great place to stay. Right on the ocean, only a few steps away. It had everything we needed. I liked that it was a gated community. It was mostly quiet which was nice to get away from the city. Great fresh fruit stands not too far away.

Departamento muy amplio y cómodo. Con linda vista y con altillo y terraza. El condominio es muy seguro, con dos zonas de piscina. Acceso privado a la playa. No muy grande, pero muy rica para bañarse. Muy cerca del condominio (a una cuadra) hay un supermercado y farmacia muy bien equipados. Con buenos precios y mucha variedad de alimentos. No eche de menos para nada un Walmart. A cinco minutos caminando. El departamento contaba con todo lo que necesitamos. Debo resaltar la muy buena disposición de Jefry y Douglas en dejarnos quedar unas horas más del check out para alcanzar a almorzar pues nuestro vuelo era muy tarde.
