I vouldnt ask for a better place located withing a stones throw distance from the airport. All of the appliances worked just fine and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles topped off for us. Everything was within a good driving distance only and hour to the east coast and two hours to the western coast. Lots of dogs in the area that will get used to you after a couple treats and a couple days of petting them they will be waiting at your front gate for lots of love.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. A great place to stay for travelers who are renting a car. Yes, it is easily accessible by Ubers as well but super convenient for those driving especially with the pull in parking! The neighborhood is quiet and the place is exactly as the photos. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to those who want to step outside the busy touristy streets and have a more authentic experience.

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

We had a great stay overall and the Airbnb was just as expected—clean, comfortable, and fully gated, which made us feel safe.The locks were easy to use, and we really appreciated being provided with extra towels upon request.The nearby supermarket (less than two blocks away) was super convenient and had everything we needed, including liquor.When we arrived, we experienced some unexpected electrical issues.While this wasn’t the host’s fault, Rey was quick to respond and sent electricians and pool workers to address it.Because of this, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool during our stay, but we still made the most of it.The area around the property is actively used by locals, so that’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for more privacy.The location itself is decent, but if most of your activities are in San Juan, just know it’s a bit of a drive.Having a rental car would’ve made things a lot easier for us.Overall, Rey was very responsive and very helpful throughout our stay!

Great to spend with Loved ones, peaceful environment to relax and unwind. No noise, Beautiful landscape and plenty of out and in door activities. Would recommend.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) had a great time at Aquátika. The condo is on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. It was quiet and faced the pool. Inside, the accommodations were comfortable for us & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and ice machine which made loading the cooler (provided) for a day at the beach easy. There is no dishwasher so we washed as we went. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the condo is also nice if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the condo so once you put them to bed you can still hang out without much disturbance. The hosts provides beach toys, floaties, cooler, etc for the beach/pools that are onsite. Pools onsite are great. The water slide works on wknds. Beach is ok. It was a little rough for the kids. There is a coved beach up the street which was considerably better for swimming with littles. Several restaurants & markets along the road. We would stay again!

I had booked this spot last minute and Cathy was great. Was close to where i needed to be, i do suggest you rent a car when staying here. The big windows are beautiful the rooftop area was my favorite. The beach on property was clean and spacious. The lazy River is under construction right now but there are a few other pools to hang out by. Cathy’s spot also has more than enough things for you to use while at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler, and things for the kids to play with.

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

Staying here was great for our group of 6 adults (friends/family/girls trip) and two infants. Very clean, newly remodeled, and good layout. Beds are comfortable and 2 bathrooms are a huge plus! There's room for our stuff and Lymarie's place provided items for a great beach day. We all enjoyed the pools, the quiet resort, and the porch! Wish we would have spent more time at their beach area, but it was a little ways to walk with babies and I had a knee injury so we just stayed closer to the condo. The location was great to drive to places we wanted to see including the ferry if you want to go to Culebra Island. The rainforest is very easy to get to and local grocery store is right down the road. Walmart is about 15 minutes away. We rented a van and would highly recommend having your own vehicle so you can visit other areas of PR that are amazing too. Highly recommend!

This house has it all! - I highly recommend!We stayed with 2 adults & 5 kids and it accommodated us well. There are tons of toys/activities for all ages. The pool is small but great! Lots of floats/toys/life jackets. There are several beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys & coolers. They have thought about it all. The house was very clean & left cleaning supplies for during stay. The kitchen is small and has no counter space. There is no oven or dishwasher. Just plan ahead first cooking. 2 extra tables out in the garage/patio that gave nice room for eating. Carolina Public Beach is about 15 mins away. It was away from the busyness of old San Juan. The neighborhood was old, some nice houses, some not so nice. It’s near a school. Book this house- it was a great stay for everyone!

Roy's place was like a home away from home, had all the necessary amenities and Roy was super fast responding if I had any questions. 100% recommended!

beautiful spot. being on the lake was so nice and the place has so much to offer. Carlos had great communication when i had any questions or if he needed to notify me of anything. i would advise bug spray because being near the water you will get bit more. he did provide a citronella candle for use. i loved the stay and would stay again. it was so peaceful to lay in the hammock or go out in the kayak or sit in the jacuzzi so many options. double sided locks took some getting used too but did not affect the trip. i would return my next pr trip. you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Chose this place because of all the amenities plus price. We really had everything we needed which was super helpful since we were traveling with two little kidos. Big bonus was the fact that’s it’s a ground floor! The apartments themselves are very clean, well maintained and safe. Didn’t once question my safety here. Very spacious and comfortable apartment, including comfortable mattresses. The pool was very clean, good gym even though we didn’t use it, and the beach was perfect and only a two minute walk from the door. Secluded, clean and just so pretty. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!
