Everything was great and wonderful. The villa was very beautiful, so much to do. I'll definitely. We'll book again. The beach was beautiful as well. And if you go down the road, you'll find a couple of more beaches and a lot of places to eat.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is in a small town named Loiza about 35 mins from the airport in San Juan. El Verde is a must for the local cuisine. For my bud enthusiasts Puerto Rico only allows us to but edibles and vape cartridges however I found the locals were helpful ifyou talk to the right one😉 most ppl go for the cities but I recommend you venture further out to the caves and the different coasts. It's not a cheap place but there is plenty of free fun if you're an adventure seeker.

The place was exactly as listed and was close to everything. Julissa was very kind and responsive when needed. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting San Juan.

El lugar es muy bonito, muy cómodo y limpio. La localización tranquila y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Tiene solo 1 estacionamiento.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Overall, the place was great. Nick and Cándido were both very responsive. We had a minor hiccup but they were both very empathetic and resolved the matter as soon as possible. The private beach access and roof top was great. The location was accessible via car to both Old San Juan and Fajardo.

You get what you see! clean, quiet, I would go again. it's some house not a hotel. it's a great place to stay to get work done. felt like a home!

Clean house in a great area by the airport

Even with the windows closed and the AC on you can hear the waves crashing through the night. Or you can keep the window open and watch the ocean. Simple space with everything you need. Great location. Superb parking spot. Chairs and a cooler, etc. when you want to go to the beach. Helpful and responsive host.

The place is excellent, very clean and exactly as seen in the photos, it has everything you need for a great stay, the check-out time was very flexible, I highly recommend it, we had a great time.

My group and I enjoyed our stay at this amazing location. So many restaurants nearby and the place was more than large enough for 4 people. Loved it!

I stayed here with my family for my sons 8th birthday and everyone loved it! The kids definitely made use of the pool! And the views were stunninggg! The host was amazing as well very kind and responsive and provided some great suggestions for places to check out , we loved it and plan on returning soon! Thank you again!

Stayed for a week and it was amazing. Felt like I was right at home.

Zara's place, Tropico Salvaje, had an amazing view of the ocean and waves. You can walk along the boardwalk (to the right out of the front of the house) to a lookout point which was awesome! The oceanfront, Los Barriles Restaurant, was our favorite for pina coladas by the beach. There is a wade pool type area in front of there that we lounged in and drank a cold beer - one of my favorite things to do! We appreciated Zara allowing us to drop off our luggage early! The only issues we had were the loud noise of the departing planes from the airport. The house seems to be directly in a flight path for a lot of planes and it was super loud when they passed low overhead. I'd be cautious if you are sensitive to noise. We also lost water for the most part of one day, but Zara contacted her handy man and he was able to refill the basin. Overall, a great price for the proximity to the ocean and the cool private pool on the deck! We'd recommend!

This unit was very clean and was good for a one night stay before flying out the next morning. the road noise is definitely something to consider when renting this unit. Ear plugs were provided. Perfect for a one night stay near the airport.

Carlos is a fantastic host! He was extremely helpful in finding great local recommendations, very responsive, and made sure our stay was great. The view from the balcony is better than the one shown in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The condo is very clean, the amenities are as described, and most importantly for me, the condo is in a great location.

Francesca was a great hostess. She responded almost immediately to all my questions. Provided great tips about the local cuisine. She was very easy to work with and very very patient. She made our whole stay very comfortable and stressless.

Clean, beautiful views, nice tranquil location. Gabriel was proactive with recommendations and answering any questions that came up (example where is there a nearby surf shop). Luquillo beach is beautiful! Looking forward to returning to this location and staying with Gabriel!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

Ray was great! Due to a power outage, our AC went out and Ray was on it within minutes! Very helpful and responsive!

The best AirBnB I’ve booked! 10/10. Hot water was constant. Joyce was flexible and allowed me to check in a bit earlier and check out later as well 🙏🏼 She gave great recs for things to do in the area (eg. free salsa classes & jazz nights) 🤩 4 min walk away from the beach. I wanna reserve this place again. From a movable TV stand to amazing beach chairs & supplies for use. The beach chairs have huge pockets in them and can be carried as backpacks! She got a waterproof speaker for you to use as well! She had fresh cold water stocked up in the fridge 🥺 Bathroom supplies for days (q-tips, cotton pads, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, new towels). She was also super responsive throughout my stay and went above & beyond. I was able to dry my clothes right out on the balcony after amazing beach days. Everything in the area is pretty walkable, decent amount of tourists in the area when I went. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

really good place!! well-kept, convenient amendities, and also just a really convenient location. we could walk to practically anything in condado and got to try so many good restaurants because of that. like other reviews, this is right outside of clubs so the music can be a bit loud. i didn’t think it was bad though and it dies down around 2 am!

Our 3rd visit to Puerto Rico - best stay so far! Perfect location and the best possible views in SJ! Peter - we appricate your help and great communication - we Will definitely visit again in the future!
