Odličan smeštaj! Ovaj studio je zaista fantastičan! Iako je mali, izuzetno je lep, funkcionalan i sve je pažljivo osmišljeno kako bi boravak bio što udobniji. Prostor je čist i uredan, a ležaj je neverovatno udoban, savršen za opuštanje. Irena, domaćica, je vrlo prijatna i laka za komunikaciju, što je dodatni plus. Takođe, bilo je dovoljno parking mesta u blizini, što je stvarno olakšalo boravak. Sve u svemu, idealno mesto za opuštanje i uživanje u udobnosti. Topla preporuka!

We stayed in this apartment for 2 months, and everything was great! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk away, and there's an Aroma store 5 minutes from the house. The public transport options are excellent – there are stops nearby where you can easily travel to any part of the city. The area is quiet, which is nice, and there are two gyms just a few steps from the house – a big plus. A special thanks to Andjela! She was really helpful with our registration and was always kind and responsive. It was a pleasure living here!

Biz 3 arkadaş türkiyeden gittik. Herşey kusursuzdu ev sahibinin babası ve annesi üst katınızda oturuyor ve sıcak su wifi ile alakalı sıkıntı yaşarsanız hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi var. Sıcak su 7/24 mevcut. Yataklar ve havlular temiz. Bütün odalarda ısıtıcı mevcut asla üşümüyorsunuz . Hiç toplu taşıma ile belgrad merkeze inmedik. Ama arabanız var ise 30 dakika sürüyor belgrad merkez. Evin bi alt sokağında gidebileceğiniz 2 güzel pub kafe tarzı yerler, market, eczane gibi ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilirsiniz.

Luka was super friendly and explained/answered every question that we had. We had a great time (new years eve) there and Luka’s apartment had a big impact on that. Thanks !

A spacious, bright, and well-furnished apartment with a thoughtful layout and an excellent location. The terrace, with its almost floor-to-ceiling windows, seamlessly extends from the room, offering a stunning view! The expressive and unique decor gives it the feel of a small modern art museum. The bathroom is very comfortable, featuring a large shower area and good lighting. The mattress, pillows, bed linens, and towels are high-quality and cozy. Despite being on one of the city’s main avenues, the apartment faces the quieter side, ensuring a peaceful stay. Nearby, there’s the lovely Suma Zvezdara forest for nature walks, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants of all kinds. The host, Anja, is very responsive and friendly, and there were no issues with the necessary documents. The only downside is the rather noisy elevator shaft behind the bedroom wall, which can be annoying in the mornings. I will truly miss this apartment - it gave me a new, positive perspective on Belgrade!

Milica and her husband are the sweetest people! Very helpful and friendly. The responses on any our question was delivered at lightning speed. We had soft drinks and sweets waiting for us in the flat. Everything was smooth, and when we had a problem with the AC, they arrived and cleaned it for us. As we stayed for two weeks, we were offered to change our sheets and towels! We were very touched overall from the hospitality of Milica. Thank you very much and we'll be happy to return!!!
