I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

I was pleasantly surprised by the studio apartment. I don't think the photo did it justice. The bed was comfortable. loved the kitchen. It has most of what I needed. The place was spotless. At one point it got a little cold and I could not get the heating to work and Breanna offered to bring me a heater. Which was very thoughtful. It was very close to the office I was visiting and had local shops. The are felt very safe. I would stay again if I need to come back here to work.

I had a fantastic stay at Aaron’s place in Riverside, CA, thanks to his exceptional hosting! Aaron was incredibly responsive and patient, even when I had some frustrated questions—entirely my fault for not reading his clear check-in instructions, which would have made finding the place a breeze. The back alley entrance was a bit tricky to spot at night, so I’d recommend arriving during daylight or double-checking the directions. Riverside itself is a vibrant city with so much to offer, though travelers might want to be mindful of the visible homeless population, which is a common urban challenge. The property itself is a gem! The courtyard is absolutely stunning, and the space is beautifully designed and well-maintained—Aaron truly deserves praise for creating such a welcoming spot in a dynamic environment. There’s a lively Mexican restaurant across the street that recently added an outdoor bar, which brought some evening energy but stayed within quiet hours and was barely noticeable.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We were in town for a funeral and Clio's home was perfect for the 4 of us. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and was the perfect retreat during a stressful time. The home was spotless and was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The large dining table was perfect for having friends/family over for dinner. I would 100% recommend this home!

This was a cute little house for our family reunion. We were comfortable cooking meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. There are great stores nearby, and I felt like the location was safe. Overall I enjoyed this stay very much, and will keep it on my short list for future visits.

Neda’s home was perfect! From booking to checkout she was immediately responsive to our needs. She was helpful in making recommendations for places to eat. The area of the home is a residential neighborhood, all homes are well kept, extremely safe and quiet. Everything is close by. My teenage daughter felt safe going for a run by herself in the area. The house inside was newly renovated and everything was new. All appliances are modern and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and new. The backyard is fenced, private and quiet. There is even an orange tree out back that we took advantage of and even squeezed orange juice for the morning. We all had an amazing relaxing stay. Thank you!!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

We stayed at Mimi’s property for about 7 weeks. The property was clean, had a beautiful backyard and was on a nice quiet street next to UC Riverside. The neighbors were nice and friendly and the area felt super safe. We would often walk the area with our dogs and always felt safe. The inside of the home is clean, super spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were a nice size. They provided some of the basic materials, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and such. They have a washer dryer in the garage that was super convenient as well. Mimi and the cohost Jose checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Our contact was minimal but they were very responsive and friendly if we needed to ask them any questions. We would absolutely stay here again if given the chance. Great experience! Especially when the local donkeys would stop by and say hello. 10/10.

They were amazing. I had a hiccup with the shower, and they came to fix it right away! (Amazing shower btw) Also, I got the flu while I was there and they made it so easy to tack on an extra night. Thank you guys! I’m so grateful for that space.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Denney’s place was great! We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The amenities were perfect too. The only slight issue was the neighbor’s dogs that barked a considerable amount (no fault of Denney’s of course). Denney was extremely responsive to the issue and a fantastic host! Would stay again :)

The place was nice. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The floors were a little sticky in the kitchen but overall the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the inland empire. It was close to a big shopping center. The host was great they dropped off new towels and slippers. But she did message us before we got to the Airbnb saying there was complementary water in the fridge and there was none.

Beautiful view of nature from our Airbnb. Loved having the waterfalls and scenery of the outdoors right outside the patio area. There were huge fish swimming in the water which was pretty cool. Lovely view, very calming and relaxing. It felt like we were near a river with rainforests. There was a second patio area upstairs next to our bedroom with chairs to relax and lounge. Perfect size for the 4 of us. The condo was clean and comfortable which I enjoyed. When we arrived we did not have login instructions which was at 10pm. Check in time was at 4pm so I think it would have been better to have that information before arriving especially since we got there so late. Slight issue with noise we were very quiet during our stay however, the noise sensors went off while walking up and down the stairs. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location and quiet area. Lot’s of restaurants nearby downtown Brea and Fullerton not to mention the University Cal State Fullerton.

We had a great time and enjoyed the space. Great area that felt very safe. Lots of good food options near and close to Disney. Would recommend 👌
