Perfect place, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great pool, lots of space around, close to grocery stores and close to highway going to San Salvador about 40 minute drive. Close to other beaches to like El Zonte, El Tunco, etc.

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour entre amis dans votre résidence. L'espace extérieur a été un coup de coeur pour notre groupe. Le quartier est très agréable et tranquille, idéal pour relaxer. La proximité de la plage et des commodités ont dépassé nos attentes. C'était facile de se rendre dans des quartiers avoisinants pour davantage de divertissement. Nous reviendrions si l'occasion se présente!

We can't say enough wonderful things about this home and the host! Guillermo was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for local attractions, and truly just a kind and thoughtful person. The space itself is beautiful. It was hard to believe we had the entire place to ourselves. The pool was a major highlight for the kids and a perfect spot to cool off during the midday heat. The bedrooms were spotless, comfortable, and had reliable air conditioning. The wifi was fast, and the two TVs provided the perfect setup for family movie nights or some quiet time for the parents to enjoy the outdoor space. The beach is very close, almost like having your own private stretch of sand. The Tienda down the road is super convenient for last-minute snacks or grabbing your morning coffee. We had such a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

We loved staying here! My family and I were comfortable and we felt safe. The security was amazing, it is a private gated area. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and three baths. The decor in the house was very nice. It was nice having a washer and a dryer. The pool was great. Fede and Andrea always communicate effectively. We would definitely come back. Thank you thank you for allowing us to spend time in your home. We will call you next time we go back to El Salvador.!!!

This place was amazing I would definitely book again just as described and pictures , the live in care taker was very helpful and very attentive. We had a couple of power outages one night but caretaker made sure we were good . Be careful with the small insects we had a scorpion visit us in the kitchen but it bound to happen in a rural area. We had all the amenities and we felt right at home

Our stay at Isabel’s Airbnb was exceptional. From the initial search and reviews to payment, check-in, and check-out, the entire process was seamless. Our group of 11 guests was comfortably accommodated, with everyone having their own bed. While some shared bathrooms, it was well-managed and convenient. Each room was equipped with air conditioning (which kept the space very cool) and reliable hot water for showers. Isabel was extremely thorough and went above and beyond by recommending professionals for decorations and a private chef for the birthday celebration. She was also highly responsive via app, ensuring smooth communication throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future. Thanks again my friend!

This beautiful cottage was amazing. It was everything we expected an more. Spacious, well maintained, with plenty of shared spaces and a great combination with modern and vintage. We couldn't have asked for more staying here. From the very entrance it makes you feel at home and Josue (the keeper) was nothing but attentive. The only thing we could make observations of is the kitchen, it really needs some improvement coz the stove was a bit hard to manipulate and ot is located at the very entrance of the place, but despite that it is absolutely well equipped with quality pans and all the utensils you could possibly think of. Overall a good experience and would totally recommend the place.

Francisco's place is the place to go to!, plenty of amenities, the condo was cozzy and clean, with everything you need!. words cannot describe how grateful my family and I are with Francisco, he is just the greatest Host we've ever met, we ran into some issues with our previous airbnb and when it was time for us to move to Francisco's place he was there to help us to remedy even the previous problem. hey ya'll!, don't hesitate to book this condo, you would not be disappointed 😉😉

My family and I had an amazing vacation at Sergio’s house. The house is very comfortable with plenty of everything that may be needed ( toilet paper, water, towels). The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful with an amazing view from every room of the house. We were greeted beautifully with a fruit basket, a bottle of sparkling wine and welcome sign with our name. That made us smile upon checkin. The host was quick to response and very attentive to our needs. The property is very well maintained by workers and they are very nice and discrete. The beach is private and beautiful, may be difficult for somebody with mobility issues. I would definitely recommend this vacation home. Thank you Sergio for everything you have done for our family.

Amazing place, huge and matched the description and pictures. Emma was super kind and responsive, Toño and Claudia were exceptional. The beach is a couple of blocks away.

Coco Surf Villa in El Salvador was an incredible stay for my friends and me. Our two-bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchen and living room—perfect for four people. The compound was stunning, featuring a shared pool cleaned daily and cabanas assigned to each villa with breathtaking views of the black sand beach. The waves were rough, so we couldn’t swim, but nearby restaurants along the beach were great (most take cash, but The Brothers accepts cards). One downside was the mosquito issue upon arrival—we had to buy repellent, which mostly helped. However, Aura, the property manager, was fantastic, responding quickly to our questions via the messenger app. Amenities like $15 surfboard rentals, $15 laundry service, on-site massages ($45-$50), and food delivery from Copacabana made our stay even better. Overall, I was extremely impressed and can’t wait to return with more friends! Highly recommended!
