El departamento está impecable y cuenta con una hermosa vista a Puerto Madero. La ubicación es muy buena y el lugar muy tranquilo para descansar. Altamente recomendable.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable,the bathrooms are big and there’s enough towels and bed linens. The ac system worked perfectly. What we loved the most is the fact that it was a family friendly building, since sometimes thats not the case in other buildings in the area. We felt very comfortable staying in this apartment. The pools were big and with very respectful people enjoying their time there. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful , full with nice restaurants and parks. It’s a very walkable area. We loved our stay at Florencia’s and she was also very friendly. Would definitely come back!

Carla is very responsive and flexible. Her place is safe and clean. Very good location. The only problem is her neighbor has kids who screamed in the hallway, which is annoying. But I would definitely come back another time.

Carola is a fantastic host and deserves all the good reviews. She was always very responsive and proactive, helped us with several requests, and gave us nice advice on restaurants, grocery shops, etc. The house is good, matches the description, and is close to all Palermo Soho action without being in a noisy and confusing street. Nosso grupo - 10 pessoas - se hospedou em Casa Bill em janeiro/2025, o local comportou bem o nosso grupo. O casa estava impecável (limpeza, organização), tudo estava exatamente como mostram as fotos. O bairro é tranquilo e com facilidades próximas a casa (padaria, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes). Os anfitriões foram super presentes e rápidos em toda a comunicação conosco. Perto da data do nosso check in, nos enviaram as informações e combinados sobre a casa (tudo muito organizado), além de dicas importantes e bacanas sobre Buenos Aires. Foi uma ótima experiência!

This is an old house (with the quirks of an old house), in a local historical style, that has been partially renovated with newer bedrooms and bathrooms in the front. It has a very nice back garden with a pool and a parilla bbq. There are lots of shops within a block or two, and it is within walking distance of all of the great restaurants and bars around Plaza Serrano. Our kids really loved the swimming pool and playing ping pong and foosball in the courtyard. Overall an excellent stay!

Really beautiful three story apartment. Huge wardrobe space, smart TVs in every room, big beds, spacious living room, and the rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake. The hosts were great, Barry and Rodrigo both helped me out a lot, would reply straight away when I needed help, Rodrigo even gave me a tour of the place and gave me plenty of recommendations for the area. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The apartment is located in San Telmo and there's many nearby restaurants, cafes and supermarkets walking distance. The building has 24 hour security so they will buzz you to enter or leave. Initially had issues with security with giving me the right key but Laura was available immediately and settled the issue. The apartment listing is straightforward. Has a great view of the city. The building complex has a gym, an outdoor pool ( which minors cannot access ), another pool on the 27th floor ( minors can enter but was open after 6pm ). Its a great location and nearby main tourist attractions like city centre, san telmo and boca I would recommend this place and I would stay here again

Lovely time at Adela’s apartment! The view is unbeatable. The place is clean and has everything necessary. The neighborhood is a short walk to the happenings of San Telmo including a number of tango shows, just a walk over the canal to Puerto Madero, and only 10 minutes to Placa de Mayo, Casa Rosada and the subte (subway). Adela has been an amazing host, friendly and prompt, and flexible with the check-out time, which was extremely helpful 🙏🏻 Would definitely stay again!

Nos sentimos como en casa! El apto es divino tal cual las fotos, y la ubicación es ideal ! Destaco el balcón que es muy cómodo y la luminosidad de todo el apto con una vista increíble ! María siempre con buena disposición para ayudarnos y recomendarnos lo mejor. Hicimos unas mini vacaciones de 4 días y pasamos divino! Volveremos pronto !

O espaço é bonito e está muito bem localizado ! No coração da cidade em frente ao Porto Madero ! Fácil acesso e seguro ! Gostamos muito , mas como sugestão, poderiam ter deixado ao menos duas garrafas de água como cortesia! As toalhas e roupas de cama também precisa melhorar , não condições o espaço
