We had a lovely stay at Diane’s place! The apartment is so cozy and we felt very comfortable right when we stepped through the gate. We loved the little backyard patio and watching the birds go by. The bathroom shower felt so luxurious and we got a very good nights sleep in the nice quiet bedroom. I would highly recommend Diane’s place for a peaceful retreat while visiting SLO!

Great value and home base for visit to Santa Barbara. Efficient use of space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very safe and gated. Convenient location. Right next to freeway and near train tracks, although you wouldn't know it once inside the complex. Close to amazing produce grocery store, Tri-County Produce. Easy to walk to East Beach, Stearns Wharf, State St. No frills, other than two TVs, so bring own spices, cooking oil, games, etc. Immediate neighbors are low-end commercial/industrial complexes, but the host and his team made this gated complex feel very safe, comfortable, and tasteful.

Location, location , location ! Beautiful space with comfortable patio. Great place to ship some wine and watch a gorgeous sunset. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking spot provided.

Great little loft right by the beach. Cozy space with all the basics. We booked on short notice and Jim took the time to call to ensure our check-in instructions were received. Would happily stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

This was an amazing place to stay in Santa Barbara! So charming, clean and such a great location! Walkable to so many things to do and see! Hosts provided great recommendations for local tours and were very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!

We came up from the south and our son, wife and grandson came down from the north, it was a perfect meeting place for the family. We walked in and it was better than the pictures. Everyone loved it. There is a great kitchen fully equipped and great vies from the dinning table and both decks. The beds were comfortable and had good quality sheets on them. The Bathrooms were old fashioned but well stocked with product and plenty of towels. The house was walking distance to the front and close to shops. Well located for getting around. I have already recommended it to one of my good friends and may come back in the summer.

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! I didn’t want to leave. Before I checked out I already started thinking when I can come back. Initially the photos confused me on the layout but tbh the photos don’t even capture how beautiful and well made the house is. Can’t wait to go back to use the sauna!

Cooper and family are great hosts. We communicated through our stay and always got a quick response. Terrific hosts for our first Airbnb stay. We will be using Airbnb again thanks to our positive experience cultivated by Cooper and his family. Very easy to find and access the house. It's a front house on a two house property so we were able to come and go without disturbing the second house. The house was very clean and minimal but plenty furnishings. It had the appeal and cleanliness of a hotel suite with the warmth and space, both inside and out, of a private house. Beautiful property with a fresh garden. Thank you for the stay!

Loved this home !! It’s in such a great location. Completely walkable to downtown and beautiful cozy environment. Amy was so wonderful in providing recommendations while also creating a private space for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Santa Barbra.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chrystine's charming country-style home! The location was perfect- easy to find and tucked away in a very peaceful, quiet area. It’s located on a lovely, serene dirt cul-de-sac, and we really appreciated the calm surroundings. The house itself was cozy and had all the amenities we could possibly need. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, it felt like a true home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after a day of exploring the area. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chrystine was attentive, and everything was exactly as described. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway! Would love to return again. 5 stars all the way!

We enjoyed our one night stay. Felt private even as a back house and beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive and kind. Down the street from a great ice cream shop too. :-)

Great spot, close to everything and pretty quiet. Great stay, matched ideally what we were looking for.

Ken’s place was amazing. We have stayed at other places here in Pismo and this is by far is our favorite

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lara and the cutie West Beach Casita! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My husband, our 2 pups, and my parents-in-law stayed here for a week and were so sad to leave. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Lara's warm smile and freshly baked sourdough, to opening the gate and being met with a heady waft of the most heavenly scented orange blossoms, and finally to going inside the 2 story casita, we were immediately at home. I cannot stress enough how "at home" we felt from the first step inside. Lara has done an amazing job on the decor and providing everything we needed- we lacked nothing. There is a TV, but we never turned it on because the view out the front window was so beautiful. There's a ton of natural light and the balcony was a comfortable place to read and take an afternoon nap. Now for the location, AMAZING!!! We were a 5 minute walk from the Helena Ave Bakery (our morning routine) and only a few blocks away from the beach.

We loved our stay at Jaime's place. It's in a beautiful location, directly across from the lake with an amazing view. It's close to everything, which was great for us as we were visiting Cal Poly and the local area. The complex had a nice pool and spa that we got to enjoy, which were both quite warm. My wife enjoyed all of the high-end hair care products and stylers. My only issue would be that it's right on the road (Madonna Rd.), so gets noise, mostly in the morning during the week. I sleep with earplugs, so didn't bother me, but might bother light sleepers. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very well appointed condo with a view of the ocean and the green hills! The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants, shops and really close to the pier and the beach. The condo building itself was very quiet and I loved having an elevator when needed. The management company was very communicative and it was super easy to get in and out of the building and the condo itself. The price was very reasonable considering the 2 bedrooms and the location.

This by far is one of the best properties I've stayed at! It's at a great location!Plus, Rachel gave such a warm welcome! She's a fantastic! It's been the perfect getaway!.
