This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

The place is gorgeous and has lots of character. Charles's provided clear communication and even helped us in unforeseen circumstances. I would recommend.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! I didn’t want to leave. Before I checked out I already started thinking when I can come back. Initially the photos confused me on the layout but tbh the photos don’t even capture how beautiful and well made the house is. Can’t wait to go back to use the sauna!

I am an Airbnb super host, I have stayed in many Airbnb's, this was by far one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully furnished homes I've stayed in. Absolutely loved everything about it. The home was so welcoming and generously kitted out with everything from excessive pillow, bathroom accessories, complimentary snacks, everything!!! Couldn't have loved this place anymore! Thank you, Erik and Kate, for allowing my family to enjoy your home. As former long time residents of the central coast, bringing my mom back to visit her “home town” and two sons was amazing. She’s not getting any younger so getting this chance to bring her home for the weekend was perfect. Especially a last minute booking. Your home was perfectly situated in the middle of the town, with quick access to the beach and Old Arroyo. Plenty grocery and restaurants to choose from with in close proximity. My daughters and I fell in love as soon as they opened the front door stating, “we could live here.” It had all the amenities we could have asked for, a charming back patio area and plenty of parking. I will definitely come back. Thanks again!

Cute, clean, comfortable! I’m so glad I came upon The Bodega House when I was looking for a night between SF and LA for me and my pup. Great attention to detail in the decor and amenities, and super private and cozy even though it is on the main street. We were there on a Wednesday so didn’t get to check out Bodega but that looks super cute as well. Definitely a great find!

Review for Joseph's Airbnb I recently had the pleasure of staying at Joseph's place with my family. The space was immaculate, with everything neatly arranged and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Joseph was incredibly responsive throughout my stay, even late into the night. His attentiveness made a significant difference in my overall experience. David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

Hillary’s place was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by incredible scenery. There were so many amazing wineries nearby, which made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Jennifer is an extremely hospitable and generous host! She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and always with a friendly demeanor. We had a fantastic time at the Fantastical Cottage! Jennifer's place is truly magical and my wife was constantly thinking she was in a wonderland! Very much looking forward to returning some time very soon.

Diane and Mike’s place is like a private little paradise. It’s quiet and peaceful. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom window is nothing short of breathtaking. Nights are clearly visible and gorgeous. You can even occasionally see the rockets from Vandenberg SFB. 10 min from the beach and hundreds of trails. Diane & Mike are incredibly kind and generous, with homemade scones to greet arriving guests and sweet bowls of fresh fruits & veggies from the garden on my doorstep, like a secret garden fairy. Oh, and Bear!! What an absolute love he is! Being here is like winning the lottery. You’ll never want to leave. It’s an incredible thing to find the right match between a peaceful long-term stay and budding new friendships.

We were very impressed with the beautiful house, from the way they decorated it to the comfy beds, the house if laid out perfectly, with lots to do, from playing pool and board games to swimming, it was perfect for what we needed it for. We will definitely consider staying again, the only downfall was we needed to stay longer.

Nathan was a great host - good conversations and great hospitality. Plus we loved interacting with his pet zoo residents and getting to know a bit about them. Highly recommended!!

This was our second time staying at Brian’s. We love the house and great location! It’s walking distance to all the great restaurants and tasting rooms in Los Olivos yet very private. The backyard with hot tub and fire pit were a nice treat at the end of each day.

I know this is listed as a romantic getaway for couples (which I totally agree with) but it was also great for me and my 2-year old daughter. Diana's clear that this isn't childproofed, but I found it very easy to make it so. We couldn't have asked for a better location or more comfortable sleep. The patio was a nice private area to hang out during nap times and Diana was really responsive and accommodating.

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

Jesse’s place was a relaxing delight. A short walk to the ocean and the sand dunes of Oceano and Pismo, this is a lovely spot to also sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the coastal wetland - birds in the morning and starry skies and frogs at night. Jesse was beyond accommodating. Her house is set up to make for an easy stay. Seems silly, but I extra appreciated the covers on the outdoor furniture, which meant that some rain here and there didn’t soak everything and make the deck unusable for the whole stay. Thought we would miss out on the ocean view but the wetland sunsets on the deck, and easy walks to the beach made the spot perfect.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Wine Country Cottage. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of Keurig coffee flavors. Two miniature donkeys, Jack and Henry have moved onto the property. You are greeted daily by them & Erin provided a bag of their favorite veggies. There is an orange tree that you are able to pick from for some fresh Vitamin C. The porch is our favorite spot, a peaceful and tranquil sitting area to listen to the small fountain’s running water. The firepit and porch string lights contrast the dark sky and allows for heavenly star gazing. Enjoy a cup of coffee listening to nature & watching the cows grazing in the fields. From the porch you may catch a view of a Space X rocket launched from the Vandenberg SFB. The property is a short drive to Solvang for the best Danish pastry treats and other great eateries. Wine Country Cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the uniqueness of Solvang and the surrounding wine country. Erin is a super host!

We had such a lovely time in SY. The Bee cottage was just perfect for a quick 2 night getaway. Chrystine was very communicative and happy to get what we need in addition to asking about my kids’ ages for activities. The Bee cottage is 100% themed with bees and has a lovely feel to it all we kept finding additional “bee” items and said “look at this”!! We brought our dog and the gated area was perfect for him to roam around in. Would highly recommend this for a SY getaway!

We had a great time and a comfortable stay at Jody’s place. It was very dog friendly and had tons of extras. Jody was super responsive and friendly. Thanks for the great NYE stay.

Rick’s house was spotlessly clean, attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, had any tool you could think of and gorgeous appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and private. This was our first visit to Santa Barbara and we were delighted to have such a lovely, home-y place to stay! Rick and Lynne provided lots of local information and were happy to make recommendations when we asked. Two adult couples stayed in the house, but we could tell that children would also be very happy in the house. Many, many thanks to Rick and Lynne for the use of their home and their help to make our visit a fabulous vacation!

Aldo’s place is great! I’ve stayed there before and the whole aesthetic and vibe is on point. Very cute little beach house bungalow totally peaceful and chill. Great place to chill, unwind, and relax. Def my go to in SB. Thanks for having us again.
