Anooradha’s place felt like home. It has lots of open space. The view from the house is wide and scenic. If you wake up early, you can witness an amazing sunrise right from the house with a cool breeze and chirping of birds. Great place to unwind with your book surrounded by nature. It’s really amazing how Anooradha makes sure her guests are comfortable throughout the stay by ensuring everything is fine with them. This adds a personal touch. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a peaceful stay. Additionally, the caretaker family is also good with warm hospitality. Will definitely like to visit again..!!

Tushar and his family went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. They helped us make travel arrangements and were generally very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The beach was the best in the area. We had it almost all to ourselves. And the walk down the path to the beach through the property’s garden is gorgeous. The town of Nandgaon is really sweet and small. Everyone was super friendly. The food is great as well. This was an awesome stay and we hope to return again in the future.

Enjoyed my stay there. Mr Goel was warm and welcoming and his house help Munni was extremely helpful and genuinely delightful to chT with. Will definitely visit here again should I go to Pune.

This private beach house is around 2hrs away from the Mandava Jetty. Coming from Mumbai, the drive along the breathtaking beauty of the Konkan coastline was the highlight of the travel. This beautiful home stay is ideal for families & couples looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway from the hustle of the city. The property has private beach access, the stunning sunset will melt away any worries or inhibitions one may have of the distance from Mumbai. The hosts offer a variety of Konkan cuisines which they serve with utmost grace. The rooms were clean & well kept, as exactly as shown in the photographs. The most beautiful part of the property is path that leads to the beach. The greenery, the variety of plants & the rustic landscape will leave you mesmerised. Highly recommended.

The place is beautiful and calm, much needed break with friends. The host was very responsive and suggested some local cuisine, food was delicious. The local boys (care takers) helped us with anything and everything we asked for, we asked them to set up evening barbecue which was yummy. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the washrooms clean and dry. We enjoyed swimming and some games near the lake, and some board games thereafter. The property had all the amenities that were listed. Overall the property helped us get away from all the chaos in the city. Would highly recommend someone visiting with friends and family.

Karthik’s place next to the lake is a dream come true. Peaceful, serene and gorgeous views of nature and the lake. Karthik was a lovely host and his staff was extremely polite and responsive. The food was absolutely fantastic. Its a place worth putting on your saved list for repeat visits!

Felt like home… When it was my last day there felt like I was leaving my own home … The host makes you feel at home . Once you visit you might want to take some interior tips from Anoop ;) Best in taste interiors of the place . Strongly recommended to anyone who wishes to stay in Pune this place is worth it

The place is a God send if you value peace and quite. Their home made food is value for Maharashtrian cuisine. The beach is so close by which is empty always. Superb place

First all of all, Thank you Tanisha ji and Saee ji for communicating on the message link. Had you not responded, my trip would have been a tragedy. I was literally amazed to find the place so clean (by clean, I mean, free from visible dirt and waste, bang-on)and well managed. The Rooms are tidy and clean, the Swimming pool is spotless and beautifully located inside and it was very well clean by the care-taker Dharmendra ji. He was proactive and helpful. Home cooked Food is delicious and locally procured fresh as per our instructions. Besides unavoidable power cut during late night rains (since it’s a village, and amidst nature) everything went perfect, right from check-in to check-out. A television set might help those who are not big group and don’t want to miss on a India-Pakistan World Cup thriller. Kudos to both Mother & Daughter duo for managing this place so well and treating us like a family. Thank you for the Hospitality
