The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner ensured everything was perfect, and the caretaker cooked a delicious dinner for us. I’ll highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

"Staying at Parmar's place was a true delight! The apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and Parmar was so helpful with local recommendations. They were always quick to respond to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can't wait to come back!" The property was cozy, well-stocked, Pool was really big and awesome and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family.

We had a pleasant 2 night stay at the Sky Farm. The rooms were neatly kept and cozy. Lots of place within their compound for a lazy walk in the evening. It's lush green all over and just besides the river. Ram took care of our every need and prepared food to our liking. Over all good experience and would recommend others to look at this place for a weekend stay.

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

I stayed at the house during an extended weekend with three other friends. The house is located in the village chanere. It is situated away from the crowd and surrounded by mountains. The place has a rustic charm and is ideal for people who want to spend quality time away from the crowd of the city. It is very peaceful and quiet place. There are a couple of dogs, a bunch of chicken and ducks as well on the farm which adds to the overall vibe of the place. Coming to the place itself, it consists of a main structure with a living area and a bedroom area. Additionally there is another glass house from where you can see the stars when you sleep at night. We came here for rest and relaxation and it was a perfect place for the same. The evenings very special as we sat under the moonlit sky and enjoyed our beers with nothingness all around. I have to say the housekeeper ramesh was very helpful. Althoucould have cooked ourselves, he made some amazing chicken on both days of our stay. Overall we had a great time and me back.

Pranay is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, maps, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The rooms were cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and has scenic views from almost all the rooms. The location is not far from the main city coming much before karjat and lonavala situated in the lap of nature makes it feel like a mirage, the villa touches the lake with an overhead view of the mountains. The large swimming pool with the slide and green patch in front of it with the music playing in the scenic view deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality – from Pranay to the caretakers who made some excellent local food with an extra effort to help you with your stay. In addition to all this, the animals in (pet dogs, ducks, fish) and around the property (cows and goats) around the lake made the experience something very very special for my family, friends and kids! I got to spend a wonderful trip, getting in touch with nature in its divine form while at the same time getting all the modern amenities that we are so used to in our daily life. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again!!

I was looking for a short getaway which was near Bombay as a surprise for my partners birthday. The staff members were warm and welcoming, took a stroll around the beautiful property filled with birds and bonsai trees. If you’re an animal lover then this place is for you, there’s ducks, cows, goats, rabbits, a horse named Badal, a mischievous dog named Carbon and the show stopper - lockdown (the most friendly doggo you could possibly encounter). The food was fresh and tasty (try out their wood fire pizza’s) and the room was extremely clean. It’s safe to say this trip was a success and Shiv was a delight to talk too as well. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

The location is perfect and private . Easy to find. The place was gorgeous and offered good privacy! It’s a beautiful farm stay and has all activities like badminton, table tennis, karaoke and a nice pool as well. Special mention to the staff which was very prompt and helpful and prepared amazing food! Nathan was very easy to communicate with. He also offered flexible check in and checkout as he didn’t have guests the next day which was really kind of him. We went with family and had senior citizens with us as well who enjoyed a lot! Will plan another trip soon.

This place is gorgeous and we would love to visit again. The host was very accommodating and let us book fewer cottages for a last minute, same day check-in. The pool is pretty large for a home stay. The well maintained lawns and the orchards, the delicious food and the hospitable staff make this totally value for money. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our time at the villa.

A great villa for a small group of friends to party and really spend time outdoors in a private setup. The highlights are the powerful portable sound boombox and the privacy offered all night, especially in the pool, which, btw, is open all night to play in. Great food, too. all in all, an awesome 2bhk villa stay at a good location.

Nice cosy place with more than 300 mango trees. very green. house was very clean and neat. excellent staff and made food as per required and very accommodating. property is river touch. owners very responsive. has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have attached toilets. food though limited options was excellent and made fresh so enjoyed it. felt like homw but away from home. recommended for a great family visit.

The place is really amazing and view is really beautiful from the balcony, over all it was comfortable stay and evening walk in the garden was very relaxing experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Sohana. It’s a lovely house, easily accessible by public transport from Mumbai, and the perfect place to relax. Didn’t get a chance to meet Sumit but he was in touch over phone, and communication was easy and efficient. Jayawanta helped us settle in and served us delicious home-cooked meals. Had a comfortable and satisfying stay. This location is serviceable by Zomato/Blinkit which is very convenient. Will definitely recommend. Just missed a microwave in the kitchen, would have been a boon to reheat food from Zomato etc.

We loved the place, specially my dogs, they had barricaded place open to roam around. Even chased a cat around. The only downside was since it was hot, they did not have accurate cooler/ fans outside. Slightly overpriced for the stay, although food and stuff was nominal and good home cooked style. Expected a bigger farm though. Overall a good experience and a good host!

We had a peaceful stay. Great place for a family. The place was very clean and spacious. Their homemade food tasted really good as well. We had a lot of fun with the host's dog as well :) They even gave us plants and fresh eggs to take back home.

The MGF is genuinely a farm stay with everything very thoughtfully planned and made. It’s clean and serene. The food is awesome and caters to even kids as per requirements. The common area is just like a shack with all facilities for chill time - music , games and just the correct vibe ! Mukul is super friendly and we enjoyed the stay!

The place was amazing and peaceful surrounded with lush green trees. It was really worth the money. Only things to point out is that the road was remote so that was bit of discomfort. Secondly, I guess AC needs to be fitted in Common area too, that would just make it perfect. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and it was perfect weekend Getaway. Nimit was very accommodative with our requests and Ganesh, the care taker was super amazing and just a call away in case any help was required. Amazing experience in short and must visit.
