Amruta's place was spotless and well-stocked with everything i needed.All thanks to Suneet and his team for maintaining the property.

Very clean house, top class interiors, well maintained property in the heart of the city. Still peaceful. There were some small repairs needed in the house like curtains, one bathroom flush. But it was manageable. These are small things that can be improved.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly nice, helpful, and always went the extra mile to assist with every need. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views, especially during sunset. It was calm, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. The host’s understanding nature made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

This was 2nd time we stayed at this location. I will highly recommend this place. Clean, well maintained, all amenities well provided made our stay memorable. Peaceful locality is plus point of this location.

Perfect place to have a restful time. The place was exactly as seen in the photos and the host was very responsive.

Caretaker hardly responds but the landlady was reachable at any time and immediately responds to our needs. Excellent stay but I would give only 25 mark for the caretaker boy.

My family (including 2 dogs) stayed here. The place is wonderful. Despite the heat outside, the home was very cool. It’s a very cute & comfortable home. The place is done VERY well. It looks beautiful & is very comfy for 4-5 people. I was impressed with how the place is designed. The outside seating is also done very well. Very comfortable & it feels really good to sit outside & relax. There’s a decent lawn space which is fenced so if you have dogs, they will really enjoy. The space is also very good to play, especially for kids. The staff was very very good. The cook is 8.5-9/10. Food was very good. The highlight was Mangesh who does most other tasks besides cooking. He was genuinely very very sweet & helpful. There is a lot to do if you like to explore. The property is located a little ahead of Karjat so you can expect some nice isolation from loud noises & crowded areas. You can go for a hike! Another highlight - stargazing! We could see satellites! Host is also VERY nice!

Went with our friends group. Place was ideal with comfy stay, peaceful, friendly host, awesome food.

The pictures do not do justice to the place! The lake view is completely mesmerising. The interiors have an old world charm. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and service is quite prompt. Even the dog Kajal greeted us with so much joy and tail wags. Overall a great stay!

We booked this property for 4 weeks just to have a quiet vacation. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was so comfortable and local amenities were fantastic. .We will certainly visit again. Thank you Mayur

Our stay at this bnb has been one of the most comforting and relaxing compared to others. We felt at home. The apartment matches the description very well. Everything was squeaky clean- in terms of smell too. And the best part was the view! So serene. Will definitely visit here again. If you’re looking for a quiet call place near pune this is your stop!!! 10/10 recommend this!!!
