Located in Herne Hill, zone 2, near central London, only a 10 mins train journey to Victoria or 15 mins train journey to London Bridge). Great travel links into the city. Minumum stay 2 nights. Check in from 2pm to 9pm - NO LATER . Check out by 10.00am. I am in ULTRA LOW EMMISION ZONE.

Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price you pay includes Breakfast (please see below for details). West Ham Stadium, UAL london college of fashion, V&A Stratford and UCL Stratford are all nearby.
