The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was exactly what we needed. Easy taxi trip to Wembley Stadium.

Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The face to face check - in was easy and simple. The place matched what was advertised and the host gave us a peaceful uninterrupted use of the property. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. Transportation wise, a bus stop is just 4 mins walk away and from there access to other transport modes such as the tube and overground stations to other parts of London is within easy reach. There is a large retail centre (Enfield Retail Park) close by; about 5 mins by bus.,where one can easily do all the shopping needed without going to Central London. I found the accommodation to be excellent and the location/ neighborhood to be ideal.

Mollys place is a gem. As are her and her family. I loved staying here for work. It was comfortable and private, but they were very communicative whenever needed. Park is very close by, the house is incredibly comfortable. Id recommend it for anyone needing a place in this area. 10/10

We had a very enjoyable stay in Fiona’s residence. The property itself looks exactly like the pictures and was situated on a lovely, quiet street whilst still being situated at a nice proximity from the tube and livelier surrounding restaurants and stores. We were provided with all of the necessary amenities and we slept well on the very comfortable beds. Fiona was also a very communicative host, providing us with plenty of information about the area whilst the option for remote check-in and check-out aligned well with our schedules. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would come back again. Thank you!

We feel so fortunate that Amelia's place was available when we had to make a last-minute reservation! Our favorite thing about her place is that it is QUIET and PEACEFUL; at the same time, it is in a beautiful residential neighborhood near parks and within walking distance of local restaurants, pubs, and cafes, as well as easy access to public transport throughout the Greater London area. Amelia communicated with us clearly, promptly, and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book her place again.

The little house was safe and quiet. Location was fantastic. After a long day in town you can return on the Tube and see the gate as you get out of the station. You are instantly home.

My daughter and I stayed at Tommy’s place for a long weekend after her University congregation. It was perfect for the two of us and would definitely stay again when back in London. The location is walkable to many restaurants and shops in the Kensington and Notting Hill neighborhoods. It was too cold to utilize the outdoor space but when the weather permits it would be lovely to enjoy coffee or wine and relax. Tommy and Harold were so responsive and kind. They even brought us Sunday croissants :). Thank you!

This is a lovely cabin - very quiet and green. The place is cosy and well-provisioned and I had everything I needed during my two-week stay. Laurie and Matt were perfect hosts, replying to all my questions and going out of their way to make me comfortable.

Very comfortable & great location. Easy access to Jubilee Line. Nice walk to Abbey Road Studios, Hampstead, St John’s Wood. Can’t beat the location. Also has a very nice large shower. Laura was very responsive & was able to arrange an earlier check in. This was very much appreciated as we were so weary from traveling.

Nicoletta and Ron were absolutely wonderful hosts and the cottage was a perfect oasis for our trip. Coming home to the neighborhood each night was so nice. It is a quiet, lovely neighborhood and the garden was a fantastic place to sit with tea in the morning. We absolutely intend to come back again and we are so grateful to Nicoletta and Ron for a wonderful stay!

Lovely host with a clean living space, has everything you need for a short stay. The host was responsive and friendly, she made us feel right at home. Good location with easy access into the city centre. Would stay again anytime.

This apartment saved our bacon! Let down by a previous Airbnb. Francis was super supportive and a massive help. The apartment was very well equipped, cozy and warm with everything that we needed. And I just love an extensive and precise manual 👍🏼 Hopefully we will return

Stayed 4 nights at Annex Haven as I was working 10 minutes down the road at Addington Palace Communication by Ezekiel was great providing precise instructions. Easy to find with free parking on the street and you have your own entrance I was greeted by Henry who handed the key and showed me all around the place. There was a microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and the fridge was stocked up with milk, bottled water, orange juice and a punnet of grapes. There was a kitchen in the main house but I didn’t have the need to use it The bathroom was a bit small but it all worked fine and the bed was very comfortable Overall it was a very safe and convenient place I could come back from work and relax in.

I had the pleasure of staying at Lucy's beautiful home for 4 months whilst my property was undergoing repairs, I could not have asked for a better experience. The first thing I noticed was how spacious and clean the home is and the beds are super comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are lovely and modern. Lucy was always super responsive, friendly and accommodating . We were also able to park our cars on the grounds off the main road which was an extra perk. The coach house is set back off the main road and surrounded by trees and a small woodlands which makes it private and quiet. Transportation is great, my son was able to just walk across the road to get the bus to school. Overall, I highly recommend Lucy's cottage for both short and long-term stays. The combination of a beautiful home, convenient parking, and wonderful host made my four months here a truly enjoyable experience.

My partner and I had a great time here. We stayed for 1 night and made the most of the beautiful facilities. The area is serene and the stay overall was lovely and peaceful.
