My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The place is so unique and fun to hang out for our large group! We had 15 girls but never felt like we were on top of each other. There is also so much to do at the house itself with the speakeasy and fun game room!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

Its convenient location near major highways made it easy to explore nature, scenic areas, the city, restaurants, and shops, with proximity to DIA. Sean was communicative and responded promptly; his home is highly recommended when visiting beautiful Colorado. We're thankful for such a comfortable and hospitable stay!

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

This place was a whole vibe! If you’re into trippy decor, cozy nooks, and a space that feels like a creative little hideaway, you’ll love it here. Every corner had something cool or quirky—definitely felt like we stepped into an art-filled dreamland. Super chill hangout spots both inside and outside, perfect for late-night convos, music, or just zoning out. Definitely 420-friendly, which made the whole stay even more relaxing and carefree. The energy of the place was just right—laid-back, open-minded, and welcoming. Host was great too, very responsive and easygoing. If you’re looking for a spot to unwind, laugh, vibe out with friends, and enjoy a non-traditional stay with personality, this is it. Would 100% come back!

Rachael's home was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with our students who weren't able to head home for the holiday this year due to school obligations. The home is perfectly located near the CU Boulder campus as well as the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. The house had everything we needed and is very comfortable, and set up perfectly for us with the adults staying upstairs and our kids sleeping in the large basement living area. We would definitely stay at Rachael's home again.

There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Samuel was an amazing host. I was traveling with 4 kids on a Spring Break trip ages 10 through 17. Samuel was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. Looking at the calendar now to book our next stay at The BlueBerry House!

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!

The house is so close to Old Town Arvada but in a nice residential neighborhood. Sarah was friendly and helpful. The house is really beautiful and comfortable-- and had toys and amenities for kids as well. It was a great place to stay while visiting family in Arvada.

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the view out the back of the house onto the gulch and trails. It was a perfect get-away!
