This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first time around. Bobbie and Ralph are great hosts and very responsive/helpful. The house is perfectly located and has everything you could need. The house is very clean. Our family had a great week in SIC!

Stayed with Nicholas for the second year in a row. His place is a better alternative to the local hotels. The incredible view of the ocean is peaceful and breathtaking in any weather. Hopefully, I will use Nicolas' services more often. Highly recommend.

Michael was very responsive! Easy code access. Walkable to hotel, restaurants and beach!!!

Great place, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Outside of the beds being a little uncomfortable, everything else was a perfect 10/10. Would 1000% stay here again.

Everything was perfect for our family time in Ocean City, NJ. Loved the accommodations, a well stocked kitchen, and several decks for outside enjoyment. Beach chairs were also provided along with a beach wagon. The owners thought of everything!

Great property for an active family on the road.

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

We only stayed at Michael & Karin's place for one night but had a great experience and would certainly stay for longer. They were perhaps the most communicative and proactive hosts I've ever interacted with, making sure we had all the information needed before we arrived and answering any messages incredibly quickly, which was very much appreciated for such a short turn around trip for us. The place was VERY clean which is hard to find when a listing allows dogs - we were very happy to find a quality location to bring ours. Beds comfy, all amenities matched the listing. Location quiet and calm in the offseason but still very convenient small grocery store next door. Thanks again!

Awesome place! Thank you for a Great stay. Really a Stone's throw away from the Beach Beautiful beach decor . Though we didnt cook much at all it seemed like a well stocked kitchen if you wanted to. Overall great stay . Would recommend to others and stay again if back in the area. Thank you 😊

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Great cosy home with lots of amenities. No complaints the host was great and informative about everything. I give them an A+ do no hesitate worth every penny

My husband and I stayed at Susan’s rental this past weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! The place is just as described, very clean and homey, and very close to anything you’d need. We were in town for a friend’s birthday in Atlantic City and it was very easy to get back and forth. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot, very close to the beach and local restaurants. The host was extremely responsive in a timely manner and thorough with instructions. The condo was clean and quiet spot!

The Place was clean, Amazing View, and had everything you need to cook if you wanted too. Also very fast to respond to any questions.

As soon as the listing was booked, Rich reached out to thank me for booking and laid out the instructions for check in. It made checking in a very smooth process. This property is right along the boardwalk and you’ll find a great view from the room. A garage parking pass is provided - very helpful considering the last thing I want to worry about is where to leave my car. The room was clean and simple, a nice place to sleep for the evening. Towels were provided. We didn’t take the offer but the option to check in early was presented. For the price and location, this listing was exactly what I needed it to be.

My 2 friends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was overall great! The boardwalk is right there along with a short walk to local shops and diners. There’s also a bunch of groceries stores which definitely came in handy for us. Overall, Kimberly’s place was cute, quaint and perfect for the short stay!

The experience for my family stay was amazing and comfortable .the only thing wrong which I didn’t communicate was that the some of the outlets didn’t work but everything we we needed was right there we really enjoyed our stay

My stay was perfect! The condo’s location is in a quiet, less trafficked part of the boardwalk and the access and view of the beach is nice. Inside is as described and a has a fully functional kitchen with everything you may need. Maggie was an excellent host! Very proactive and great communication! Would definitely recommend!

the room was lovely. Spectacular view. whirlpool tub but we had to leave before we could use it. All the shampoo, body wash, hand soap and dish soap bottles were full. a touch that many hosts may not think of. comfy bed

Kyle's place was a great host and the view from the room was breathtaking! The place was clean & had great amenities! It was very easy to check in, with clear & precise instructions. The staff at the condo was very helpful and accommodating! We will most definitely be booking with Kyle again!!
