The space was beautifully decorated, clean, private, and spacious. Even though it's a studio, there is a lot of open space. The walk-in closet was beautiful and there is a ton of space to hang clothes or put into drawers. You can also store your luggage in there. The kitchen and bathroom are off to the side so they don't feel like they are part of your living space. The backyard is wonderful. It backs onto a natural area and the birding is fabulous. Nearby is JFK Park which is a great place to watch the sunset or the night sky. The whole vibe of this AirBnB is very relaxed. If you have time, Bill is an interesting person to talk to. He has lived an interesting life and is always planning new adventures. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Excellent location—very walkable. The hosts were very quick to respond/help when we encountered an issue with the lock. Overall we had a great stay!

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

I love Deborah's place. this is the third time I have stayed here. It is the perfect gem for your beach adventure. One block to the bay, 3 to the beach. It is perfect. The place is always clean and has snacks!! Already book for next year

we had a fantastic time and I can see why they call you a super host. Your property is beautiful, well-kept and in a good location. The venu for our concert was not far from where we stayed. While there we had all the conveniences of home. When I go to AC again I will def see if this property available. Every thing we needed was there. Thank you so much Angela for hosting us

Henry’s house was perfect for our weekend stay at the Jersey shore. The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. Henry was a helpful host and the minute you walk into the place you can tell he cares about his guests. Great place, great host, 10 minute drive to the beach and reasonably priced.

My stay at this particular Airbnb was spot on great location easy to get around. It was right on the beach, which I loved because I love the beach. If anybody’s out there looking for a place to stay with restaurants things to do and a great beach they should check out this Airbnb. Also, the host was awesome responsive if we need anything or had any questions she was right there I would love to book this place again in the future.

This place is so lovely and cute! It is so close to the boardwalk, making it very convenient and walkable. The beaches are beautiful! Joseph and Linda and Catherine were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this adorable little place!

My 6th stay at Tracy’s place if that tells you anything! My go-to place in OC. Just the right location for great walks, the beach and boardwalk, and nearby shops and restaurants. Home is perfect for singles, couples and families. Great kitchen and multiple spaces for gathering. We will be back!

Great little place! had everything that I needed for a work vacation. Close to stores and to the parkway. Inside was equipped with everything that I needed and exceptionally clean. Beighborhood was great for walking dogs.

Had an amazing trip with my Mother and 3 year old daughter. I was flying in from another state to visit Ocean City and Holly was such a helpful host. The Unit is located on the 2nd floor with a wonderful patio with the most amazing views. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Brigantine Breeze. From start to finish , everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with Tom & Amy was smooth and prompt. The space was immaculately clean and decorated with bright beachy decor...very cozy. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very close to the beach, just a short walk down the street. We enjoyed exploring the area. Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!
