My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

I was in the area because my father had a stroke. Mark was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His brother and mother both helped me tremendously during a very challenging time! What an incredibly kind, compassionate and caring family. The house was adorable very well stocked convenient location with a beautiful walk to the river! Highly recommend.

Staying here and working with Patty was amazing! The house was beautiful and the backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play. My family and I were visiting my daughter who attends Monmouth and it was so nice to visit with her and some of her teammates. We had a game night at the kitchen table and it was amazing to have so much room. Patty was very responsive and able to provide us with some essentials right away. Patty even reached out after to let us know the cleaners made note of how clean we left the home. We already booked our next stay to bring other family members to visit. Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

A great place. Convenient, easy walk to a number of local businesses, yet feels private and quiet. Tam is an excellent host, responsive and very helpful. Place is very comfortable, clean and convenient. Highly recommend!

Bobby’s place was great for my birthday weekend!! It felt right at home and more ❤️ The only thing I can complain about is that there are barley corner stores lol but that has nothing to do with how great of a host Bobby was, thank you! I hope to come visit again 🙂

My mom was in town for a few days and she wanted her privacy and be able to cook her meals. She absolutely loved the set up as it was both clean and felt cozy. She will definitely come back and recommend.

Clean room and nice host!

We had a great stay, the space is exactly as described in the descriptions. Very cozy and comfortable! My family of 3 felt right at home. The surrounding area is easy to navigate, it is a busy town with lots of people walking and biking around, but the street of the home was quiet. We have no complaints, my only recommendation is to be mindful of when you leave and come back to the apartment, as parking is extremely limited on the street of the apartment, as well as the surrounding streets. One evening around 6:30-7p we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find parking, and ended up parking three blocks away.

The whole experience was perfect. There were even fresh flowers to greet me. The location is easy, a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. I'm ready to return!

Henry was helpful and super quick and responsive with all communication, which is key in making a comfortable stay. One thing that would be helpful for future guests is to include the precise location (or photos from the patio) of the condo. It faces the street, so for families with small children it may be a little louder compared to the condos on the mountain. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time, and would return for sure!

The home was absolutely wonderful! What you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. The proximity to transit is great. We also felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here for our New York trip! Very easy to access the city, very lovely place with everything we could need (better than some hotels I’ve stayed at in manhattan). I would recommend this to any group of people looking for a great value for a great property.
