Great location with an amazing view from the 10th floor. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and of course right on the beach. Felt safe and secure with 24/7 security on site and easy access to the parking garage. Pictures match the actual unit. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Not to mention a great deal when compared to similar locations in Florida.

Precious vacation rental, with a great view of the ocean from the condo. The rental is within walking distance to the beach as well.

This is a wonderful place for a couples getaway or solo traveler. Nice interior & the resort amenities were an added bonus. The best part about this stay was the private balcony/22 story beach front view as well it being an elevator ride away from stepping onto the beach. We will stay here again!

Had a very enjoyable stay at this airbnb. The balcony view was great and the beach was even better. The one thing that we were a bit disgruntled about was the long elevator wait times. Other than that we loved this airbnb, will be coming back!

We loved staying here. My in-laws stayed with us and they loved it, too. The unit is very high up, so if you're afraid of heights, I'd keep that in mind - however, we loved the view from up high! I've never seen a view quite as beautiful as this one. The condo was very clean, there wasn't one speck of sand when we arrived. Everything worked as expected. There are plenty of utensils. dishes, cookware, and silverware. The staff at the desk are very friendly and the lobby has a lovely view with seating. The indoor pool gets crowded but was nice and warm for our kids. The beach is so easy to walk out onto, which was our favorite part. All the guests staying at the resort were also very friendly, many staying long-term. We would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved this house and location!! So close to the beach, large yard, and super walkable neighborhood. The hosts were great and went above and beyond making sure our stay was wonderful. We’d definitely stay here again or at any of Downtime Vacation’s other properties as they’re so well-managed. Thank you Brady!!

Wow, what a place! The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had all the bells and whistles. It would have been even better if there was an outdoor pool table. We didn’t use the game room to its fullest extent because it was on the second floor and we spent the majority of the time downstairs and outside, but that’s a minor observation. Although it seemed a little pricey upon first observation, by week’s end it seemed more like a bargain. Our host was very responsive to a problem or two we had. Beach access was fantastic and we were close to some excellent restaurants. The best experience was the fire pit on the beach, It rocked! You can’t go wrong with this one. Well worth the price.

I love the house. my family had a great time at the house for Christmas. Plenty of space for entertainment. Loved the back yard as well.

Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay at Kevin's home. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen area was well stocked. Lots of pots and pans, kitchen utensils, dishes and even some spices. Plenty of comfortable spaces for the adults to lounge around. The game room, hot tub, and pool were a hit with the kids. We didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen but it was a very nice, welcoming space. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and beach towels. The beach is a very short distance away. We were able to use a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas that were supplied by the house. Overall we had an excellent stay at the house. Kevin was very responsive to my many questions. I would definitely recommend renting this home!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rosemary Beach. This airbnb had everything we needed and it was impeccably tasteful. Houses a big group with extremely comfortable beds and beautiful large bathrooms. The movie theater room and the outdoor rooftop porch were an added bonus where we spent a lot of time. Within walking distance to the beach and everything that Rosemary Beach has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

The house was just as pictured and very clean, and management was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, too! Would definitely recommend.

Codi is a great host and reached out when severe weather was impacting the area. He looked out for our safety and was flexible with our stay.

The place is beautiful and well-appointed. It has an awesome beach front view, which was very important to us. The bed was comfortable with lots of lush pillows and the owner communicated effectively. Although this is a studio, it more than met our needs.

We enjoyed the whole month of February in this great studio. The best part is, of course, the balcony and the view. The studio is small but comfortable. You have everything you need. It was great value for the price we got. We hope to come back next year!

My stay at Tidewater in Panama City Beach was nothing short of incredible! The condo was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, with stunning sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. The location was unbeatable! It was so convenient to have easy access to the beach, and being close to great restaurants and local attractions made exploring effortless. Pier Park was just minutes away, along with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, friendly, and ensured everything went smoothly. Check-in was a breeze, and everything about the stay was stress-free. Though I didn’t take full advantage, the resort amenities were great and staff super friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in PCB. Highly recommend!

Great location, directly on the beach for beautiful views. Close walking distance to food, shopping or entertainment. Nice parking garage across the street. Enjoyed the projector in the room. Allowed early arrival and was very responsive with questions and etc. great for a couple’s getaway. Just enough room and large door to balcony to flow with the room, which made it feel larger.

excellent place to stay on PCB. walkable to everything you would need. Great pool location for our needs.
