We were very happy staying here! It was as described and very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the friendliness and communication! The private yard was wonderful for us to hang out as a family and include our dogs!! The location was unbeatable- the beach only blocks away was the best!

It was good place for us. it was neat and clean and spacious. And kitchen had everything we need to cook.

Absolutely loved our stay at Erika's place! Everything was so meticulously arranged. My dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard! The pool was an amazing touch as well. Beds were comfy too! Will definitely come back to stay when we are in PCB again!

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Highly recommend this beautiful house! House was very clean and modern with great amenities....especially the private backyard! Hot tub and fire pit were really great! Hosts were very friendly and communicated everything which made this a memorable, relaxing vacation.

We were working long hours on the new home we are building in Wewa so we actually used this house as a home base and didn't have enough time to enjoy the back porch except for the last night there. What a beautiful kitchen and a great space for relaxing and watching TV. We did get to watch the Duke/Carolina basketball game one evening. Rose, our dog, loved the back yard. All in all a great place to stay and close to everything.

I’ll start by saying that this was the best experience I have ever had using Airbnb. Anything we wanted to do in PCB was within 10 mins or less of this house. The beach is only a few blocks away. Its location was perfect and tucked away on a quiet street just steps away from Thomas Drive (the Main Street of PCB). The house is perfect. From streaming services, to newer appliances, to decor. There is a lot of space. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. Adam’s communication and hospitality are next level. You’ll feel right at home. Pics are accurate and thorough. I’ve even told others they should book this house. If we come back to PCB in the future, Adam’s house would be my first choice.

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

I highly recommend staying at Dutch’s townhome, it was the perfect weekend getaway! He was quick to respond and proactive with detailed instructions for check in and check out. Beach access was directly across the street and walkable to a few things. It was helpful that he included beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you needed. The main purpose of our trip was to take my dogs to the dog beach located at Pier Park which was only an 8 minute drive. The townhome was clean and the pictures were up to date. I would definitely stay again when we return to PCB!

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice 2 month stay. The condo is very nicely updated and well equipped. We felt right at home. Location is great, centrally located in PCB with restaurants and everything near by. Gulf Highlands resort is a friendly and welcoming community. There is a short walk to the beach and many heated pools, pickle ball, tennis, gym, and shuffleboard. Alicia was an exceptional host, responded promptly to any questions we had, and went above and beyond.

Great house and was exactly what we needed for our weekend visit. Plenty of room for 7 guests. Central location and very convenient to the beach. Sally was extremely responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others. Thank you, Sally!

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

This was our second time staying at Chelsea's. We love the location, the space, and the great back patio! It is a perfect setup for our family and makes our vacation that much better. We look forward to staying with her again next year!

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Sheila's place was amazing. The perfect place for a beach getaway; comfortable, great outdoor area and so close to the beach. Sheila and Scott were great with communication and problem solving. We look forward to staying again.

location location location! This Airbnb was less than 5 min walk to the beach. We traveled with our dog and toddler and this suited our needs perfectly.

Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

I travel a lot with my kids and our 2 80 pound dogs I’ve never been more impressed with a home like this one it’s very simple but very homey pictures do not do it justice the area is amazing right by a college which makes u feel extremely safe water is everywhere I look it’s so beautiful words do not describe !!!I will definitely put this on our list of places to revisit !!!Thank u Mr.Chuck for allowing our little family to enjoy your amazing home

This place is exactly as described…I was looking for something close to the beach and not a hotel because we have a baby and pets. It accommodated our family perfectly(we forgot the baby’s pacifier when we went to the beach and my husband went to get it and it literally took 6 mins back and forth that’s how close it is to the beach. Everything is nearby and convenient. Alex and Anna were very welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our two nights in Anna’s home. We liked how calm and quiet the neighborhood was as well.

We came for spring break and it was wonderful!! The place was beautiful to stay at and very close to the beach. The private beach access was amazing and very helpful. She communicated great and had great recommendations for the place area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. She was very accommodating to anything we needed and treated us great!
