The space was clean, beautiful and as advertised. I would definitely stay here again, the host was helpful and polite. Thank u for the great opportunity, also the view was amazing!!

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

The Pelican's Nest was adorable, clean, and well-appointed. Had everything we needed, including coffee, a toaster, and nice pans to cook with. The location is great with all the essentials and attractions nearby. It was especially peaceful to be next to the water. We weren't able to enjoy the beautiful dock or kayaks due to storms, so that will be a treat next time. The greenhouse was unique and interesting with a variety of plants. We also appreciated the communication and simple check-in/parking info. We will certainly be back!

The view of the Gulf of Mexico was exceptionally gorgeous, and it was great to be able to walk so easily and quickly down to the beach. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the living area was a nice, cozy space away from stress. I would definitely stay at this place again, and this host provided helpful information.

We have stayed at other condos on the Emerald Coast, and we really liked this place! The building was quiet, with a nice pool/hot tub. Having a reserved parking spot on a lower level of the building was a big deal, as were the efficient elevators. The condo is nicely decorated, and the living room furniture was comfortable. The interior space is configured smartly, in my opinion - the bedrooms were big enough, without wasting space. The living room is not cramped, and the dining area is big enough for a comfortable meal. We really enjoyed the balcony! It was very spacious, and had comfortable furniture, including a table and chairs. The sunsets over the ocean were spectacular! Because the condo is on the 12th floor, the pool noise is negligible. Simple touches were the icing on the cake - two-ply tissue, blankets in the closet for those of us who visit on some not-so-warm evenings! It’s close to restaurants. We loved the walking/biking trails at Conservation Park, a few miles away.

We had a great time at Phil’s condo. It was exactly as it was described and the pictures depicted the condo exactly as it was. We loved the fact that the condo was pet friendly and we could bring our small dog with us. The view of the ocean was perfect. Location was great. It was quiet yet close enough to restaurants and the pier. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was nice to have the umbrella and chairs at least the first half of our week. we did wind up paying for one day so we could hang at the ocean last day. The pool was clean and well kept. we were able to watch them clean it in the morning in the people that we met were all very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Sea Vista at Sunbird Condos was truly a wonderful stay! From the incredible views of the ocean from the balcony, to the feeling of safety and peace, to the thoughtfulness of all the amenities and items for our use- it seems like they thought of everything! We had a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, and hope to book here again!

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

My family and I had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The house is super comfortable and spacious for a large group while also providing nice privacy across the different floors. The location is perfect, walking distance to a nice pool/beautiful beach and a short drive to all the nearby beach towns. Would love to stay here again someday!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this Florida home. The neighborhood was peaceful and as 10 young college girls we felt very safe in this location. I would very much recommend this home for a nice beach getaway!

Amazing stay! Back yard is an absolute oasis, and inside is equally as beautiful. Already wanting to plan our next trip back here!

Outstanding water view property! Recently remodeled, loaded with amenities, bikes, and beach gear. Immaculately clean—we had a wonderful stay. Sarah, the host, was exceptionally responsive, providing multiple ideas for things to do and places to eat. Great experience overall!

We left Renata's place this morning. we stayed a week and had a great time! The home is adorable. The best thing by far is the view and that you are right on the beach. It was so relaxing! Can't wait to come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Panama City Beach home! The property is gorgeous and very clean. The owners were excellent at communication, providing all the necessary details. They even reached out ahead of time to ask if I would mind covering the plants to protect them from an expected snowfall—yes, snow in Florida for the first time since the '80s! They gave plenty of notice and were super considerate. Additionally, when they needed my help flipping a breaker, I was happy to assist, and as a thoughtful gesture, they brought me a nice bottle of prosecco. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made the stay special. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Everything was just as it was described. The view from the master and the living space was beautiful! We enjoyed our ocean view coffee mornings on the balcony, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly with coffee pots (full and Keurig), baking pans and everything else you’d need for vacation cooking. We feel blessed to have found this one!

Well kept facility with friendly staff. Beach sunsets were fantastic. Condo is great value for the price paid. Definitely will be booking again next year.

Beautiful view! Location was great and met all our needs. One night I even walked to the pier and it was super quick and easy, Pier park is always a must and senior frogs down the street is always a fun time! Beds were very comfortable, primary room is huge! Overall very spacious condo. Extra towels and pillows throughout, loved having extra soap, shampoo/condition, dish cleaner, everything we needed was conveniently stocked for us. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was nice and clean for our arrival.. Host was responsive from booking to check out, Great amenities and elevators were all working (PCB resorts always have these elevator problems, and we didn’t at tidewater so that was nice) check in was easy, parking was a bit confusing at first but then we got the hang of it, there were clear instructions throughout.. so just make sure to read everything, overall would stay here again, Absolutely beautiful sunsets!!

We enjoyed our stay at Doug and Mary’s place. The view from the patio/balcony was our favorite part! We had easy access to the pools and the beach was so close, just a few steps away! The kitchen was well equipped and had a parking pass, what more could you ask for :)

My stay at Jodi’s place was exceptional. She was an outstanding host—highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and always helpful. Her energy and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The home itself was exactly as pictured—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again or explore other properties she hosts. Truly a top-tier Airbnb experience!
