Location - The homestay is neatly tucked in an alley right beside Yukichi Ramen which is right on a corner of the main road. So, easily accessible and convenient to travel to/from. Ambience - The house has been beautifully decorated and kept clean. Although, the bathrooms may require additional touchups. One bedroom is tucked away in a corner up a narrow staircase which is a little small. Otherwise the other three bedrooms are quite spacious and beautiful. The best bedroom is the one with a large balcony. Amenities - All the amenities as detailed in the description are provided. There is a decently stocked kitchen, washing machine, hair dryers, heaters, air conditioners etc. The host has also stocked up some good books and guides for travellers. Check-in/Check-out - In case of flexible timings, please let the host know and your request would be surely accommodated. The entire process is self and clear Instructions are provided. Highly Recommended ! ❤️

Stayed in Hannah's place for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Looks exactly like photos. Fast internet, aircons, lots of hot water, washer and dryer, Grab on every corner so easy to go to Old Quarter (5 min) or just walk there in 15 minutes. Starbucks around the corner, lots of pharmacies and local coffee and eats in the area. The place itself was quiet and had good sleep everyday till 9 in the morning. No complaints from my side. Better that the other places I stayed in HCMC and Hanoi. Thank you Hannah and to your friendly mother.

We are happy to stay at Hoa house. To note that all beds (rooms) are connected, no real door to separate so it's convenient for group of friends but not for couples. We like all the small nice details there. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Lyn’s apartment and would definitely book with her again! Lyn was incredibly helpful and took great care of us. Since we arrived before check-in, she arranged for us to store our luggage in another apartment. Later, she even brought it to our own apartment – such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you, Lyn, for your amazing hospitality!

this place was great, steps away from all the action in Old Quarter. Instructions on how to find the place were super clear, I was easily able to do so on the middle of the night. I really enjoyed my stay! thanks for everything

Petite chambre fonctionnelle, bien équipée et bien décorée. Maison située dans une ruelle tranquille à l'écart du centre mais toute proche. Très pratique : petite supérette, restaurant, café, petit marché dans la ruelle. Un très bon choix !!

Very helpful host and a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. 5 flights of stairs with bags is difficult if he has not mentioned that. Helped us arrange airport pick up and drop off. There’s a nice coffee shop next door and lots of restaurants walkable. There was very loud construction noise and vibrations throughout our stay… not in the owner’s control. We’d love to come back!

Great communication, not loud pace (easy to sleep), good mattress. They allowed to keep our luggage a few days between our stays, very thankful for that. Shower is small.
