The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The apartment is clean and spacious and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Me and my partner stayed here for a month and we were both amazed by Nga’s hospitality. She was very helpful throughout our stay and even gave us some delicious traditional food during the Tết, new year celebrations. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi. Cảm ơn!

Mr. Hao Airbnb is a great place. Its located in a very good location in the old quarter, just 300 meter from J´Hoan Kien Lake. The apartment is located in the Older building on the 5 floor (have to walk 4 floor up, but its ok, since the building has apartment of local Vietnamese and you can meet a lot of neighbours) . The apartment is great, very spacious, well furnished, separate bedroom, a big fully equipped kitchen (there is even a dishwasher), nice bathroom room, and a separate room with a bath tub. The apartment has air-condition and a portable heater, Wash machine, microwave, a big fridge and freezer, plates,...... all there. a big TV in the living room and a big projector in the bedroom, great...... and a balcony too...... I highly recommend the apartment and i will be back soon...... Thanks Mr. Hao to make the stay so pleasant and memorable.

This was the nicest apartment I have stayed in. Felt very homely and I slept so well. Great communication from the hosts so checking in was very smooth and if I had any questions they’d get back to me very quickly. The washer / dryer is very good and I could get so much washing done. Also the shampoo and conditioner smelt lovely 👌 a very comfortable and relaxing stay, thank you! If I can come back, I will!

We stayed at Chau' s and Ngoc's place for 5 days. Staying there felt like staying a presidential suite of a 5 star hotel. It was neat and clean. It was about 15-20min walk from their place to Hoan Kiem Lake. Chau responded quite fast to our queries. They even offered free laundry services during our stay there. When we checked out, they gave us a little gift which was very thoughtful of them. Highly recommended.

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

would be good if napkins and some tea or coffee sachets are kept for the guest to ensure the kitchen area and dining area is kept clean area

A small, clean, and cozy house in a neighborhood where residents have lived for many years, making me feel like a local. The location is easy to find, and check-in is very smooth. There's even a convenience store on the ground floor where I could buy some essentials. The interior decor is super cute, clean, and well-equipped—even providing slippers and an umbrella for Hanoi’s cold, rainy day. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies, making it convenient for families. And the hosts responsed to us very quickly and effficienly. The only minor issue is that the house might be quite noisy for those sensitive to sound, as it is right next to the big road. Other than that, everything is perfect.

My friends and I only stayed at Hang's place for a night, but it was a really good stay as Hang was so kind and helpful. Knowing that we would be arriving in Hanoi early, as the train from Sa Pa arrives at 5:40 AM, Hang took the initiative to arrange for the cleaning services earlier, right after the previous guests checked out early to allow us to check in early. I'm so thankful for that, as our initial plan was to just drop off our baggage. The location of the apartment was great as it offered a nice view of the bridge from the 9th floor. Lotte Mall was also located nearby, about a 9mins walk. As a group of 4 girls, we felt safe as there was a 24/7 concierge at the lobby, with the floors only being accessible by an access card. One minor flaw was that the floors were slightly dusty when we were walking around barefoot. However, this is a minor issue as bedroom slippers were provided. Would totally stay here if I'm in Hanoi again! Thank you Hang!

Host was friendly and profesional. one of the best airbnb apt which i have stayed in Ha Noi. its friendly and full of facilities. the apt was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Highly recommend!!!!!

Nhà của Luka thật tuyệt vời. Tôi đã ở đó nhiều hơn 1 lần và lần nào tôi cũng thấy hài lòng. Luka là chủ nhà rất dễ mến. Ngoài ra anh ấy còn giúp đỡ tôi rất nhiều trong khi sử dụng căn hộ. 10 điểm cho Luka và nhà của anh ấy.

This place was clean, spacious and the view of Hanoi from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions as well. Highly recommend!

Really great value for money in Hanoi. The place was spotless and the bathroom very clean. The apartment is new. I stayed on the 1st floor and had a very nice garden view. Location less busy and you have to walk up to 20mim to access some of the hotspots but away from the chaos of Hanoi and very quiet
