Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

Stephanie’s house was even more beautiful than pictured! The location was ideal, only 1 block to the beach and a short walk or very short drive into town for great food and mingling! Stephanie responded immediately to all questions we had and was wake and helpful! The house was tremendous with tons of open space, room for storage and an awesome stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining guests! The small but functional backyard was great to enjoy some fresh beach air and relax while grilling and having a cocktail. Access the the driveway made coming and going super convenient. My family of 3 and our visitors had a wonderful week and will definitely return in the future!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

Alejandro was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We immediately felt at home, and his place had what we needed for our week's stay along the Jersey Shore. One thing we'll highlight – the heating system keeps the upstairs rooms very warm compared to the first floor. This didn't bother us during our stay since we stayed downstairs, but renters with a larger group may need to negotiate what the thermostat's set at during the chilly winter months. We loved our stay and would absolutely rent again!

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

Check-in was at four, but they text me around 12 and told me my room was available. Which I thought was very nice a very clean place and quiet. And I hope I got the guys name right I think it was Jason, he was amazing, very accommodating and very sweet. Thank you for a great stay and I will see you soon

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

we had 15 & 16yr olds with us and I was really nervous about noise (from them) due to surrounding neighbors. it was never a problem. The neighbors had their music on (during the day). Beautiful home, pool and hosts were extremely responsive. This definitely NOT a frat party home... The kids loved hanging around outside and with the small fridge downstairs I didn't have to worry about them getting the house floors wet.

My group and I had a great vacation at Mike’s place! He responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Everything was clean, as pictured, and decorated beautifully. Will definitely be booking here again!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

We had a fantastic off-season stay at this Jersey Shore spot. The location right on the water made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The home was comfortable, the communication was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly generous. A perfect place to unwind—highly recommend!

Sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves lapping on the beach was something I’ve longed for…and this spot had exactly that. Right on the sand with whales breaching in the distance, eating bunker while surf casters caught striped bass within eye shot of my bed, was incredible.

Chris for the win 😌Such a great, warmhearted and respectful host. Place was even more extravagant than the pictures and descriptions. This would be a perfect getaway for anyone needing some peace by the water. Would love to book with Chris again. Thank you for everything.

Sharada and her home were wonderful! She was very response and accommodating. We had an amazing weekend celebrating our Mom’s 80th in this gorgeous house! So much space and the view is to die for!

It's a great place to stay. There were a couple minor problems that he was not aware of and as soon as i let him know he took care of them instantly. It's a great place to fly a drone if you have one. I would definitely recommend this house to others!
