Gregory’s listing was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and within a 15 min walk of downtown. The pool was clean and a great temperature once heated! Gregory also provided clear instructions on checkin, checkout, and general Airbnb guidelines which we appreciated.

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

I enjoyed this sunny place with nice skylights throughout. It is located in a quiet & serene neighborhood right next to a park. The communication with the host was excellent!

This was our second stay at Robert’s place and once again we really enjoyed staying at his house. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and the house is great. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautifully furnished large home with lots of extras, including very well outfitted gym, hot tub and pool (although the pool was not open yet during our visit). The backyard is huge and our dogs loved it. All of the bedroom are spacious and well appointed. It is a great entertaining house or a family with kids. We loved and in fact have already re-booked it for another visit!

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

This was such a beautiful spot with close beach access. We loved the living room - the interior design was beautiful and the couch was incredibly comfortable! It was the perfect spot for a big group in Montauk.

This place was amazing from the moment I walked in being welcomed with a stocked kitchen of breakfast essentials. The rooms were cozy and clean. I was so intrigued with the house being built in 1802 and history on the walls with all the renovations. My host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Laurie is a wonderful and generous host. Though we did not take advantage of it, she let us know that early check-in was possible on our arrival date. When we did arrive, we were greeted with a lovely care package of treats, including excellent treats for our dog. Really nice touches, and much appreciated. The space is clean and spacious, free of clutter, with a nice kitchen. We are especially grateful for pet-friendly hosts, and Laurie's place was truly excellent. Even non-pet people should find the space very suitable. There are no signs that other dogs had stayed there, the space, furniture and linens are all very clean. Great host, great place!

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Clinton's amazing cabin was exactly what our family was looking for. Peaceful, scenic surroundings, while still being close to civilization. Excellently appointed interior with cozy bedrooms.

The house was so gorgeous and comfortable! Warm kitchen, beautiful spaces to lounge, luxurious bathrooms, and spacious bedrooms. We felt very at home. And Dylan was very responsive. We had an overly exciting exit from the house due to snowy conditions and he raced over to help salt the driveway. Highly recommend a stay at his house — I can’t wait to come back in the summer and use the pool!

Joe's place was perfect for a girl's trip with two 1 year olds. The house was beautiful and had so much personality and warmth. The area was super private and quiet surrounded by nature. Joe was very informative about check in process and recommendations were plentiful.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful post- Christmas getaway at Jennifer’s beautiful home. The house is fabulous - well- located, pristine , beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It was relaxing and perfect. We did not have much need to reach out (everything was effortless) but when we did, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The host Joanna was very responsive with communication. The house was big and clean (I am extremely picky with cleanliness). We stayed there for parents weekend at Fairfield University which was about a 25minute drive to the senior beach houses which wasn't terrible. For those Sacred Heart University families it is super close to their campus. The house is in a quiet, safe, family community. Overall, we were very happy!

Marks home was beautiful, peaceful and near to so many great areas. The pool and backyard were wonderful and relaxing. We loved it! Highly recommend!

This home is top notch!! Esther is truly amazing and everything was excellent. The kitchen is amazing, the basement play area was awesome and the rooms were perfect! I will be staying here again!
