Cool apartment in downtown Manistee. Location is fantastic, one can walk to all restaurants and shops downtown and be right on the water. The place looks just like the pictures and it is immaculate.

Was a great weekend away with my daughter. We loved walking around the downstairs shops! Great location and close to things we needed on this snowy weekend.

We had a lovely time in Traverse City! The studio was clean with all amenities listed. There were great suggestions on things to do in the area and Troy was very friendly, checking that everything was ok during the stay and responsive or any questions. The location was easily within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely use Troy's properties and/or visit here again.

This place was PERFECT for our girls trip to TC. Beautiful, clean, easy check-in and out. We loved how close it was to everything downtown. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved this apartment, we didn’t want to leave😂 The hot tub was so nice as well! We will definitely be coming back to this apartment when we come back!

Felicia's rental unit is better than the photos! :) It is peaceful, calm, and in a picturesque part of Manistee. The unit has great windows: in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. There is so much great natural light that makes this place feel extra special and homey. Spacious and comfortable. Comfortable bed and furniture. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Relaxing bathtub. I stayed here for a long weekend as a solo traveler, and I can't wait to return for another stay. It would be a great place for a longer stay as well. Felicia was a proactive and gracious host. She thoughtfully provided pasta and sauce to cook (which I used!). She also let me park in the driveway during the snowy weekend, which was much appreciated. Lovely stay! Can't sing enough praises!

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

Overall, our stay was fantastic! Abby's place was wonderful! it was tucked away in the woods/forest with the most beautiful landscape view! We thought our little place was a perfect home away from home. It was tucked away in the forest, but Abby's instructions made it easy to find! Also, an extra star for the high end bidet. 🙃

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent home our family loved staying in and we will be on lookout for Maggie’s home next time we come to traverse city with a big group. Only hiccup was snow removal both sidewalks and the alley, the hired removal didn’t come until the last day so we shoveled (provided) and they do not plow the alley so be mindful if you have a small car, we almost got stuck in our SUV (it snowed like 16 inches in 2 days so this is an extreme situation)

What a perfect place to stay at!! The house was spectacular on the inside, very close to downtown, and 10 minutes away from Boyne Mountain. Shelly was great at keeping in touch with us and making sure everything was running smoothly. 10/10 stay and would definitely go back!

8 of us to kayak the local rivers. plenty of parking, dishes, hug bathrooms. Only 3 coffee cups. Sleeps 10. 10 coffee cups would be good

House was exactly as listed. In addition to being spotless clean, all the house amenities were top notch with the best being the kitchen. Made majority of meals in high end kitchen - so refreshing to have quality pots and pans that made the experience great. Master bath was large with multiple shower heads in the shower. We enjoyed the rear patio at night with a relaxing fire in the gas fire pit. Parking was more than adequate with plenty of room and large garage that allowed storage of multiple bikes and e-scooter. Location was great with short walk to downtown or waterfront. Be sure to check out the Bricktown Cookie Company, Bricktown Burger and Loco Boys Brewing all less than 2 blocks away. Access to Tart & Boardman Trails was very easy allowing near daily rides. Be sure to check out walking trails at Hickory Hills and Vasa - very easy and relaxing. Communication with Rande was outstanding with near instant response. Obvious that Rande really wants guests to enjoy the house

Mary is a great host. She was available when we had questions. Nice central location and a cozy house with full kitchen. Perfect for our golf trip

We enjoyed staying at the little red house. Cozy, clean space with lots of amenities. We loved the local recommendations. The parking was a little difficult to navigate with the huge snow banks, but I do have a larger suv. Would definitely come back! Thank you.

Great place for a girls getaway. We enjoyed our time there with access to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend for a quiet location with everything you need.

As a person who likes nicer things when I travel, Jeff’s place really had it all. I traveled with my husband, and 5 & 6 yr old. Anyone who travels with kids knows it can be difficult when you’re away from home—but not here! Jeff’s place was equipped with everything we might need. The washer and dryer came in handy, the bed was so comfortable, my kids loved the sofa sleeper, and the view and location were great. It was so nice to be able to have the necessities right at our fingertips. Great food and shopping was just a block or two away and totally walkable (even in winter) with two kids. The one very minor issue we ran into (which was no fault of our host) he was able to work out for us in a matter of minutes. He was very responsive and prompt to respond to messages. Overall 10/10-would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Jeremy’s place! The place was spacious, clean, and I loved the balcony access for our pet. We also had a great trail to walk along, as well and the nearby neighborhoods. We were never more than 10-15 driving minutes away from most of the activities and places we wanted to visit, which made it extremely convenient and made the best use of our time. The building is quiet, easy to access and safe. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in Traverse City for a conference at the Grand Traverse resort and this was a great location close to the resort but we had much more space than we would have had at the hotel and the expense was less as well. The condo was clean, uncluttered, and the beds were very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the road noise can be loud and the bedrooms are on the front of the condo facing the road. The back of the condo facing the golf course is very quiet and the view is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would book this property again.

This is a beautifully designed condo with lots of spaces for a group to be together (large table, kitchen island stools, and sitting area). We loved the location of the condo because we could walk to restaurants, shops and family who were also staying in the Village. Accessing the unit is a bit complicated but the directions given are well done and easily followed, but you need to have those directions available to you for your first time into the unit - after that first time, you will be fine. Also it is important to note that even with the elevator, everyone staying in the unit will have to negotiate a single flight of stairs with suitcase, either up a traditional staircase or the metal spiral staircase. We would highly recommend this unit.

Very well kept place. Super clean and great for a group a people! We enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again!

The sauna is the reason we booked this place for our weekend getaway and it did not disappoint! It was a windy and cold weekend and it was so nice to warm up in the sauna after dinner out in town for restaurant week. The place was clean and easy to find and parking was always available. The bed was very comfortable and there was a white noise machine to drown out the road traffic. The coffee bar was very well stocked. Hosts were responsive and helpful and easy to contact. We will remember this place for another getaway!

Our stay at Julie's place in Traverse City was perfect for a girls trip weekend getaway. It had all the amenities we needed, the location was great and we had plenty of space. We visited in the winter so didn't get to experience much of the walkability of the condo but it's located close to the lake, and walkable to downtown in the warmer months :) Julie offered great check in instructions which made the place easy to find in the dark when we arrived. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very well quit with everything that we needed. We would stay there again.
