Stop searching you’ve found it! Our third visit to AMI and Amy’s home was without a doubt the best place we’ve stayed. Everything is brand spanking new (sadly she had to renovate after last year’s hurricane). Her home is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We made all but one of our meals in her fab kitchen and made great use of her fantastic brand new Weber grill. The little plunge pool is a wonderful treat after a busy day relaxing on the beach. The cottage is walkable to bars and restaurants not to mention a short walk to the beautiful beach. Amy has thought of everything. Amy herself was a fantastic host - proactively checking in on us and providing thoughtful advice. We would be thrilled to stay again on our next visit to AMI. Thank you Amy!

This home was perfect for our family. The layout allows for time together or quiet time space. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. We were happy to find a home with the space we need-this home was exactly that! The only thing worth mentioning that was not an issue for us, but could be for someone else, there is a small step down into one of the living spaces. My father-in-law came for a visit one day and “missed” that step at least 3 times. For anyone with limited mobility, you would want to know that step is there before booking. For everyone else, especially larger families-this place is absolutely amazing. PS-we are from Elk Rapids MI and our village icon is a swan. I found tiny glass swans for sale at Johns Pass, so I got one and it’s “hidden” in the house. We had such a wonderful time, it was our way of saying goodbye. 🦢

Christina's place was comfortable and Spotless, and it had a nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom toiletries. the only downside is that it's very difficult to find, which is the fault of Google Maps and the fact that I arrived late at night in a rainstorm when visibility was poor. Google Maps will send you down a random side street and make you think you have to walk across a field to get there. you don't. you need to read Christina's directions carefully to figure out where to turn off of the main road. I think that having some lights on the house may have helped, but no matter: once you spot the church sign in the front, it all makes sense.

This home is awesome, roomy, clean, the fenced in yard was awesome for the dogs! My favorite spot in the whole place was the back porch!! Cara is the best host I've ever had, she was great for restaurant advice, my neck was pretty messed up when we got there, asked her for a suggestion on a massage therapist, she hooked me up!! Very knowledgeable of the area! Thank you Cara, we had a blast.

The place was in a great location and it was plenty of room for all of us girls to stay after the music festival. The only issue we had was getting in the door. It was late night when we checked in and we had trouble finding the code pad on the door to get into the place because it was the same color as the door. Other than that, this space was super clean and perfect for us! Nichole was very responsive and even checked on us because we hadn't checked in until late.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Loved staying with Kara and Tigra again! The house is located in a lovely, private neighborhood. Sitting on the screened patio feels like you are completely away from everything. The house is comfortable with homey touches. The space is well utilized so that it feels spacious. We enjoy spending time in Ybor City, which is an easy drive. We have family who live extremely close by, so the location is extra excellent for us, but it's also convenient to many fabulous restaurants and all of the many things to do in Tampa. We will stay here again when we have a chance to come back to Tampa! Thank you for everything!

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Great home! Great pool! Great location! It's about halfway between Venice Beach and manasota Beach. Those were our two destinations so this worked out perfect! The backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Lots of beach chairs, toys, coolers and everything else you need for a day at the beach. Beach. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Ashley’s place was very nice and she’s a great host towards me and my family. We will be booking again. Very affordable

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a great place. Exactly as described. Pool was fantastic. I even met a neighbor who was twice retired. Once from the military and then from the local Police Force so I felt right at home. We were able to relax the whole time.

This was by far my best Airbnb stay yet. Lynn’s home is very beautiful, clean, family friendly. There was an issue with the television remote and she had it taken care of within the hour. I highly recommend staying with her. The pool and spa are so relaxing and good for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to book with Lynn again.

We had a great time at Jakub's place. It had everything we needed and Jakub communicated well. We would stay here again.

First I would like to say thanks so much to William and Terri. What a beautiful home you have. My family and a great stay at your house I would have to say the pool was the big hit. The boys absolutely loved it. The area was beautiful the shopping in downtown Venice has tons of shops to go and check out. Manasota Key Beach was fun as well shark tooth exploring and shell hunting was great it's kind of a must do if your there. Can't say enough had a great stay beds were comfy. Thanks again William and Terri.

Mario's place was a great set up for our family. It's a little smaller than what we thought it was going to be but the island is so beautiful that we didn't really spend a lot of time inside anyways. We had a blast on our trip for a week. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the neighbor directly behind their place didn't like any noise at all. In the instructions it states that the "quiet" time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. There were two nights that we were being "loud" at 7:30ish PM outside in the pool having fun with our kids and she used choice words after banging on the fence to get us to quiet down. A few nights later around the same time she threatened to call the cops. We were enjoying our vacation, we weren't being rude at all, I think she is what I would consider the "Sherrif of No Fun" but other than those two nights we would highly recommend Mario and his place. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy your stay.

Cara was a great host, easy and quick to respond with any questions! We had a group of ten girls for a bachelorette and had plenty of space. The mattresses were all extremely comfortable, lots of pillows for comfortable sleeping. I did sleep in the room with the full beds and was a bit disappointed there were no shades and the curtain was clear therefore letting a lot of light in and being up early with the sun. I would suggest bringing an eye mask. The outdoor space was very spacious, great couch/table to hang out in the shade, or lounge in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. My only issue would be that the pool was very dirty when we arrived Thursday. I did message the host to let them know, the pool cleaner did not show up until 5pm Friday, at this time we were finished with the pool. Even after he “cleaned” it it was still quite dirty with the same sand and leaves at the bottom. it was overall a great stay I would highly recommend! Also great spot if you have kids, lots of games!

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

When our group of girlfriends looked for an Airbnb so we could visit a friend, this place was our first choice and it definitely did not disappoint! From Day 1, Sadie was great to work with, including providing 'tips & tricks' for our stay. Then when we arrived, we found the place in pristine condition! It a well kept home with a beautifully maintained pool & yard. The pool/beach supplies were amazing and thoughtful - right down to a cooler for the beach! And, although we were a group of girlfriends, I loved seeing how much they had to offer families too. If you have the chance, definitely visit this serene abode! You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!

Samantha’s Sunshine Shores cottage was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting family. Samantha was quick to respond and always there to support in whatever way was needed. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.
