Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great landing pad for our scouting trip to Sarasota. Centrally located to explore beach areas and surrounding neighborhoods. Thoughtful setup and amenities! We would definitely stay here again.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

WOW 🤩 I had such a beautiful experience staying in Marilyn’s AirBnB. Her apartment was complete, extremely clean, beautifully designed, with the most thoughtful touches to accommodate a peaceful and restful stay. I was able to meet Marilyn and she is the kindest and most lovely host. I highly recommend her apartment to future guests.

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

Best spot in Sarasota, I can’t imagine staying in a better location. Very quiet, very cute and comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, it was perfect for our long weekend. We just did breakfast at home and for that at least the kitchen had all we needed. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the coffee maker. Great private parking. Great washer and dryer too!

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

We had a great stay! The surrounding area felt safe and was in a convenient location, close to Tampa, grocery stores, gas stations, and more. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Hector was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we arrived a bit earlier than expected (we let him know 30 minutes to an hour in advance and had no issues at all). Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for me and my family. The location was great for all the places we planned to attend. I would definitely booked this again!!! Thank you Ray for allowing us to stay!!!

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay! The location to the beach was phenomenal~ the ability to come back and have a pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The home worked out perfect for us ~ the beds were comfortable and the pictures match exactly what you will find! The view of the sunset was stunning from the rooftop, too! We would stay again~

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Nos gustó mucho alojarnos en ese lugar. El departamento súper cómodo y con todo lo que se necesita para una hermosa estadía. La vista al lago del balcón increíble. Cerca de centro comercial y de las playas de Bradenton y Ana María.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.
