The location was perfect—close to everything (eg; groceries store, gas station ) The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained, which made it super comfortable. Communication with Magnus was smooth and quick; he was always helpful and responsive. The house was also well-stocked with everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Nardia has curated a hidden gem within Launceston. From the complimentary gin and mixers, to the hot chocolate and popcorn in the lounge — everything has been curated for your enjoyment. I loved having access to a selection of vinyls and books, plus an old school viewfinder toy. It really felt like a home away from home. The apartment had a super comfy bed, funky wallpaper, incredible couch and lamps for days! Nardia has made such a great use of the space to make it feel cozy, yet not cluttered. There’s still space for a little late night boogie in your pjs, or to completely relax and spread out. All the amenities were great as well. There wasn’t anything that I found myself missing while there for my stay. As someone who recently moved interstate, but was Launceston born and raised — it was a pleasure returning to Launnie and experiencing The Green Room. Launceston needs more places like this to keep it lively. Thank you for a fabulous stay, Nardia! 💚

Our best stay yet in Launceston. Walking and swimming at the beautiful First Basin Reserve at the bottom of the street. Off street parking a little tricky so it is best to practice your backwards driving in preparation. The decor is highly personalized and would not suit a minimalist.

Beautiful apartment , super comfy bed and lovely styling . Great to walk to restaurant’s and cafes . Super easy check in .

Judy's place was just what I needed after 11 days on the motorcycle touring around Tassie. Place was well set up with all the amenities required for my 3 night stay. Everything from comfy beds with warm blankets to full laundry. This place had it all. Thank you Judy

We had a great stay. The apartment is actually part of The Sebel which meant we had the access to the Gym, a dedicated on site parking bay and a restaurant on the Ground Floor. Super convenient location, easy walk to the CBD and to the river side restaurants. Kitchen well equipped, beds were comfy and nicely made. Katie was also very accomodating to an earlier check in given our early arrival.

Amazing views. Nice clean, cosy place to relax and the host was brilliant. We would definitely be back again.

This place felt very comfortable and homely. We loved the design of the house and were thankful that Shani and Trevor have kept the character of the home.

Spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean house. We enjoyed the proximity to Cataract Gorge. As regular visitors to Launceston it’s our preferred place to visit for hiking, wildlife spotting, coffee, playground and a dip in the pool! Having this walking distance is such a luxury. Only thing to note is there is a flight of internal stairs to access the house which would only be of consideration if someone had mobility issues or very small children. Otherwise it creates a beautiful feature.

Good layout and bathroom facilities. Super comfy lounge. Plenty of tools in bike room. Fire place heated up the living space quickly.

Had a great long weekend stay at Dianne’s 180 year old , beautifully presented , 4 story manor with extended family , in the heart of Launceston . All with parks , cafes , shops and restaurants and other Launceston attractions all within easy walking distances

Our stay at Sangeeth’s place was perfect. The cosy place was exactly as shown in the photos, with all kitchen amenities provided. The place was spotless including the outdoor seating area which was exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Launceston.

Kelly’s beautiful beach cottage is right on the beach for swimming or beach-combing . It’s very comfortable with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday from home . We enjoyed the beautiful views of the river even in stormy weather and the sunsets are superb .We look forward to returning soon .

We had a wonderful stay at the coach house. The location was better than expected with a beautiful park and old surroundings and the historic house was fascinating. Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our large family and was very friendly. We will hopefully be coming back soon.
