Very beautiful RV with good amenities . My favorite thing is how clean and modern it was. They even had a cute welcome basket. Shawn was very helpful and understanding. Great host!

The space is as cozy as can be, filled with charming antiques that give it so much character and warmth. Every detail is thoughtfully planned to ensure your comfort—plenty of snacks, drinks, food, bath and shower gels, fluffy towels, and extra blankets for the ultimate relaxation. The furniture is so inviting, it’s like sinking into a warm hug. It truly felt like coming home, but better. What made the experience even more special was Beth herself. Her kindness and genuine hospitality are unmatched, and we connected instantly, as though we’d been friends forever. Her care and attention shine through in every corner of her home, making it an unforgettable stay. If you’re looking for a place that feels both luxurious and deeply comforting,this home is it. I can’t wait to return, not only for the incredible space but also for the joy of seeing Beth (Suzy’s)again.

Once again it was a great stay

This was a wonderful place to stay with my husband, parents and dog. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The animals are all adorable. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The decor of the home is beautiful and perfect for the setting. They had board games available as well as a few toys and books for children. It was also super clean. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and have told several friends and family in the area about it.

II would rent from Eugene again! Location was in a nice neighborhoodd and it had a pond/lake to look at from the back of the house. He does alittle extra things to make your stay as simple as possible. Rent this house and you will see the extra thought he put into this house.

This was our third stay at Debbie’s in Beebe, AR. We always feel at home and the house has everything! The large fenced in yard is ideal for dogs and children. It has a playground and is surrounded by nature. Parking and front patio are covered. This is our preferred stop for our travels between Texas and Iowa.

This was one of my favorite stays. Everything was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Perfect for one or two. Sue is super friendly and easy to speak with. I simply have no negatives about this place. If we need to stay in the area again we will definitely stay with Sue if the dates are available. Highly recommended.

Great little spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city but very conveniently located took no time to get into town.
