Great location; wonderful facilities all nice and clean. Leaving us some coffee, tea and sugar was a lovely touch! Will stay there again

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

A light, airy, spacious & clean apartment. Well equipped with everything that you need including comfy beds. Sea views are lovely and just as the photos show. Easy walk to the beach. Great weekend away with the family. 😁

Wir waren 8 Nächte im wunderschönen Apartment von Sue und Steve. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer unseren Sohn beim Surfen zuschauen und dabei einen Kaffee oder Tee genießen. Die Reiseunterlagen inspirierten uns zu wunderbaren Tagestrips zu Orten, die wir bislang nicht kannten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir uns 8 Nächte wie zu Hause fühlen durften

This has to be one of the best abnb’s we have stayed in. The location was great. The views straight out to the ocean were incredible. Ideally situated to be spoilt of beaches to enjoy. We saw lots of seals and wildlife. The property has everything you could need. Everything felt very new and all appliances were to a very high standard. The bathrooms were fantastic, great showers and a bath too. The property was extremely clean. The host was very responsive to all questions. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at the studio for a few days before and over New Year’s Eve. It was a stunning location and near to many good restaurants and places to visit. Would recommend to others and the hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of recommendations for places to eat. We did lots of walking and it was so nice to walk into a warm and welcoming place. We will definitely be back x

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.

Beautiful apartment, right on the beach. Caroline & Adam have made so much effort to make this a wonderful home. The bed is so comfortable, with crisp white linen. The location is perfect in itself and also for visiting the many amazing beaches, Padstow & St Ives. We would love to stay again ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Nia’s apartment was finished to a very high standard. Two very comfortable beds for my friend and I. The kitchen was just perfect with all we needed to cook meals. The bathroom was amazing with fast flowing hot water I loved the roll top bath my friend loved the modern shower with multiple shower heads. Underfloor heating throughout with thermostats in each room. Nia even supplied dog towels and bowls. The town was literally down the road with super shops and cafes and pubs. Parking was safe and undercover.

Beautiful Airbnb, with incredible, sweeping views across the bay. Jo was super friendly and helpful, could not recommend this place more and hope to return in the future at some point!

Andy & Lisa were great hosts and this is a lovely place to stay. Immaculate and uncluttered with quality furniture fittings and decor. Scones and eggs on arrival was a lovely touch, thank you. I would definitely stay here again

We had a nice few days with the badgers while visiting family in Plymouth. The area is quiet with nice walks from the front door. The apartment has great views and was very bright on dull days and very cosy throughout. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was included and worked well

second time staying here. absolutely beautiful place to stay with well equipt kitchen. the accommodation is a short walk to the beach and amenities. Julie made our last minute stay very easy and we look forward to coming again soon.

What a lovely place to stay, we booked 5 nights on a bit of a last minute decision and we couldn’t have hoped for a better place. The location is amazing with a lovely walk down the beach path to Fistral out the back of the apartment and a short walk straight into town out the front. The views from the balcony are stunning, looking out over the whole of Fistral bay. The place is lovely, worked really well for our family of 4 and our dog, it’s cosy, clean and comfortable! This will be our first choice whenever we come back to Newquay.

Had a great stay for a friends wedding, the accommodation was amazing, lovely area, great amenities, and perfect location, Jason was great provided great instructions, even provided some local taxi numbers that we needed, and was very flexible for check out on our day of departure, great stay and would highly recommend :)

great location. quiet flat. short walk to a great beach and to a pool and tennis court on site. the flat had everything you need. the main bedroom was particularly nice.

Beautiful apartment which was just as lovely as the description and photos. Annie and her team from the management company were really helpful and so quick to respond to any queries. I managed to lock myself out of the apartment on New Years day and after a quick call to the emergency helpline, someone came and let me in after 25mins which I thought was pretty great considering it was New Years day!! We will definitely look at going back as the place was lovely, and the view was stunning even in the bad weather we had some days.

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

A really nice little flat, wonderfully clean and warm. I stayed for 9 nights and it was perfect. A five minute walk to the National Maritime Museum and all the restaurants and shops in Falmouth. Nicola was really easy to communicate with and was happy to sort out parking for me - I was in a large van for work, which can sometimes present difficulties so that made life a lot easier. Would definitely stay again.

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Absolutely loved my stay here, the apartment is so cute and cosy with beachy vibes and a stunning view of Fistral beach (only 15 min walk away -so perfect for the dog). It was very dog friendly with a front garden and grass and dog blankets on the furniture. very easy to communicate with the owners and easy check in. I would definitely stay here again, if i find myself back in Cornwall. Thank you for a lovely stay
