Great flat spotless good amenities. Location very good all within walking distance to shops. Very accommodating host had a small problem with the carbon monoxide detector and was sorted straight away would definitely recommend.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

Great location, easy to walk into town and also very close to the seafront so good for accessing the beaches or going on walks. We stayed at New Year but I imagine the decking area would be lovely in the summer especially with the patio doors opening out from the kitchen. Comfortable accommodation, especially the beds, lovely large shower in the en-suite of the main bedroom.

Perfect accommodation for a short getaway just minutes away from town. Accommodation was clean, tidy and as described with all general amenities. Hosts were proactive and gave clear instructions and readily available when needed. Cannot fault the property and affordability! Thank you!

We needed a place to stay overnight after a wedding do a few miles away and The Annexe was perfect and was just as described. We didn't spend much time exploring the area as we were just there for the wedding but Paul was a great host and we were left clear instructions and he responded quickly to a couple of queries I had. If I needed somewhere in the area in the future, I would be very happy to stay there again.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Visiting Plymouth for a competition at the mayflower life centre. Perfect distance to the pool peaceful evening yo unwind. House was spotless quiet and comfortable. Perfect stay thank you xx

Excellent accommodation. Loved the little garden with the stream at the bottom. Handy for the station and a fabulous pub in the Royal Oak. (Booking is essential for meals). Bathroom was good and bedrooms were very spacious. We loved the dining extension too. One word of warning though. It is very dark walking home at night and a torch is highly recommended. Overall, a very positive stay and already booked for next year! We can thoroughly recommend.

The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

Staying at the house with my daughter, the house was well equipped, comfortable, homely but stylish. Tea and coffee to welcome us after a long drive on arrival. The beds were really comfy and the whole place was great.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. clean modern appartment, very close to fistral beach & other amenities. Lovely touch with some games in the apartment, super comfy bed.

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Kevin & Jess’s property. They were very responsive and provided very detailed information about the place. In terms of the apartment itself, I quite liked how tucked away it was as it felt more safe. It was gorgeous and let in a lot of natural light during the day. They also stocked up with a few basic essentials, which was appreciated.

fantastic place to stay, being just a couple of miles from the south west coast path. excellent, friendly host and wonderful property. plus very big beds!!!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

This is our second stay at Martha’s place. As before it didn’t disappoint! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It feels very welcoming and just like home. Situated in the perfect location within walking distance of everything you need. We really can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for being a fantastic host!

Andy & Lisa were great hosts and this is a lovely place to stay. Immaculate and uncluttered with quality furniture fittings and decor. Scones and eggs on arrival was a lovely touch, thank you. I would definitely stay here again
