Our second stay in this two story beachside apartment and we extended our trip this time. Perfect for small families wanting a cosy stay with a short walk down to the beach each day to run off energetic little ones. All you need in the space which is well equipped and a peaceful place to be and people watch from the fantastic window spot in the kitchen/sofa space. Owners are lovely and really responsive. We have had two wonderful holidays here. Thank you!

The picture window makes this place just stunning - any time in the apartment we spent just looking out and enjoying the view. The road is quite busy and noisy but the view was definitely worth it. The apartment is really well kitted out with pretty crockery, rugs and throws available, a good collection of kitchen cleaning kit - sponges, washing up liquid, brushes etc. The small size dishwasher was very handy and there was a good selection of pots and pans as well. The bedrooms are smallish, but the main room is so lovely you only sleep in them, so that's fine - good storage in both them and the bathrooms cupboards so clutter is kept at bay. There is parking in the garage (which has a lift so handy for luggage transport) however it has very tight angles and with a big car we only ventured into it once! There is plenty of on street parking on the side road so no big issue - although during the day it is quite busy parking there. Overall a wonderful apartment - oh that window!

Wow! What a find! We had an amazing stay in this lovely little flat which is in the most stunning location looking over Fistral beach. When you wake up in the morning you can pull the curtain back and start your day lying in bed watching surfers catch waves. The flat had everything that we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay and the stunning sea views were just the icing on the cake. We had an amazing break here and plan to come again in the future.

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo's, the location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach and not far from New quay (about 20 mins walking to the centre). The place was spotless and it was lovely to have some tea bags and milk there on arrival. It was also very comfortable and nicely decorated. Thanks Jo!

A great place (well equipped and much more spacious than it first looks) and the location is fantastic - just 2 mins walk from the pub and beach. I'd highly recommend it for a stay any time of the year.

We have had a fantastic week at Beachside! Beautiful house and garden just a few meters from the beach and sea! The house was extremely clean and very spacious! Des is a fantastic host, very clear instructions and recommendations and a kind gift left for us too… we would definitely look to return to Beachside! ☀️

Wow! What a gorgeous house! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The kitchen / living area is a beautiful space, well equipped and very relaxing to spend time in. The bedrooms are so stylish and beds very comfortable. A real luxury to have 3 bathrooms too. Handy to have a hot water outside shower and large shed to store wetsuits and boards etc. A very short walk down to the beautiful beach. Can highly recommend the surf school - great instructors. Loads of eating places a few minutes walk away. We especially enjoyed Catch, also great pizzas from the pizza place. The cafe at the Bedruthan Hotel and Spa was also fabulous. Great to visit nearby Padstow and Port Isaac and a great walk to Bedruthan Steps from the National Trust car park. Jax and Simon’s home is a perfect place to spend a week in Mawgan Porth and we would love to come back one day.

A lovely cosy home,it had everything we needed for our weeks stay, Bed was lovely & comfy,pillows good,everthing in the kitchen we needed,lovely sea view from windows, Very quiet at night time, Both local pubs were very good too with lovely food,, Brilliant location for some wonderfull coastal walks,would thoroughly recommend Polly & Hugh’s lovely home for a beautifull stay in a gorgeous location!!!

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Lovely spacious house just a few minutes from the beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. Good to have the garden for wetsuits and surfboards. Easy walk into Newquay. Tolcarne beach is lovely and watched a lovely sunset having drinks at the restaurant there.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! Cannot recommend this place enough - the location was perfect, being so close to the beach was amazing and it was great to be near to Newquay, Padstow etc too. It truly felt like a home from home - had a great amount of space, comfy furniture and the welcome hamper was so thoughtful (even something for our pooch!). Everything we could have needed was provided and we just had the best weekend! We will definitely be booking again and can’t thank Barbara enough for our fantastic stay!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. So comfortable, clean, well presented home. yummy scones waiting for us, and a little milk which meant I could have a tea first thing in the morning! There were also dog bowls and a dental stick waiting for our pup. The addition of flowers in the house made it feel so homely and everything was so comfy. Watching the surfing from the balcony was a real highlight. Also, Marita is the ideal host! So responsive and friendly :-) We cant wait to stay again- everything was perfect!

I booked Emily and Matt’s place for my fiancés birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. The views from the living area and the bedroom are amazing. (As a keen golfer it was difficult watching the golfers play in the sun without wanting to join in) The place was spotless and we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbly which was a nice touch. Any questions we had were answered very quickly so communication was spot on. We ate and drank at the places they recommended and they were all amazing. I think Rosa was our favourite for tea and box and barber was our favourite for breakfast. Perfect location for beach walks, coastal walks and 5 mins from the local town. We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again when we return to Newquay

The most lovely stay! Will definitely consider staying again - walking distance from beaches, very central, easy to get to! Thoroughly enjoyed myself! Perfect for my solo trip.

Absolutely loved this stay - cannot recommend enough! SO close to the beach, very homely, within walking distance to the town centre. The place was bright & airy, plenty of space for the 3 of us & our four-legged-baby. Julia was extremely accommodating & super responsive. Will definitely be checking to see if this place is available for our next stay, down in Newquay. Thank you so much for having us! :)

Excellent seaside stay. The apartment; cozy and nicely finished. The location; perfect walking distance to fistral beach. The setup; lovely and clean with good WiFi, perfect for remote working. Great setup for a pet also. Extra mile with treats for humans and K9’s alike on arrival which was a classy touch. Parking easy and plentiful which is at a premium in Newquay. Would recommend.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

We were looking for a suitable accommodation property to host my differently-able son whom we only get to see when we travel down from Wiltshire. No 9 was ideal - certainly beating 2 previous properties we have tried. Our son was really relaxed in the property and seemed very at home with the facilities.
