A really fantastic place to stay. Every member of the family loved it. This was a house that you wanted to hang out in and felt really home from home. High quality and immaculate. Loved the location and the peace and quiet!

From before booking the host was fast answering my questions which was hugely reassuring having never used AirBnB before. On arrival everything was as expected and somethings beyond expected such as the built in kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. This was massively helpful for our family. Our little boy said wowwwwww when we first entered :) The beds are comfortable and our boys enjoyed watching rabbits from their bedroom window first thing. When we were cleaning and tidying up to leave, we noticed the drawer with some books in under the TV. Might be of interest to someone…. We would definitely make use of this host and accomodation again in the future. The boys loved Treyarnon Bay beach and learned to body board with their dad whilst being watched over by life guards. It was also lovely to have a little BBQ on the beach one night and S’mores on another night. Take Glow Sticks! And a bucket of Water. There are also ample bins and recycling bins. Jennifer is a great host and very responsive. The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. It's in an absolutely stunning location. Every room offers sea views, which we loved. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the living room which was really cosy and the big TV made nights in all the more fun. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. The instructions book was very informative. The house is right by the beach and has plenty of scenic walking routes on your doorstep. We loved our stay and would happily return in the future and recommend to others.

I booked this beautiful Airbnb as a surprise for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary for all the family, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Heather was an amazing host, always responsive and helpful with any queries. The location was ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to the beach and town centre. My parents couldn’t stop raving about our stay, the comfortable accommodations, the peaceful ambiance, made this a truly unforgettable experience. We loved our stay here; the home was fantastic. Our group consisted of six adults and three young kids. From the kids' perspective, the house was amazing for playing hide and seek, monster chasing, and a huge added bonus was the two Shetland ponies in the backyard. They named the ponies Isabella and Glacier (after characters from Unicorn Academy). They loved the chance to get up close and pet them. The kids also enjoyed pizza from La Bocca (would recommend) while watching the amazing sunsets in the evenings. We were delighted to see them draw the sunset on a canvas using pastels. Overall, we enjoyed the place so much. Cooking for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was great, and with the open-plan kitchen, everyone got involved, making our time together really special. From the perspective of cold water dippers, the adventurous among us were swimming in the sea every day in March from various locations. They were spoiled for choice, as there are so many options.

Wonderful winter stay. Great walks on the beach. Then drinks by the fireplace while looking at the waves. Local pub up the hill is great.

We had a fantastic stay at 14 The Vista. It's ideally located for the beach and the town. The property has everything you need and is incredibly quiet. It was perfect for our stay. We loved exploring the area and really appreciated the info pack left by Danielle and Matt. Our dogs had a great time too! We'll be back! Thank you! Simon & Camilla

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. The house is beautiful and looks out over the sea. The host was very helpful and communicative.

We had a fantastic stay here. The property was amazing and the views were phenomenal. 9 of us fit in easily and had planty of space. We could walk into Newquay and there were shops, restaurants and bars as well as coastal walks, fish and chips on the beach and thexsealife centre. The inlet to the sea at the bottom of the garden was stunning! Wakkable when the tide was out and we were able to paddle board when it was in. We thourally enjoyed the hot tub and the downstairs tv room with beautiful soft comfy sofa was perfect for gaming and films. It was lovely that we were left withba welcome basket when we arrived of cream, jam, scones and fresh bread and chocolate. Suchva lovely welcoming touch.

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and Melanie also kindly arranged some decorations as we were staying over Christmas. The balcony has a fantastic view of the beach which was only 5 mins walk away. The swimming pool and other facilities were excellent, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's great for a family holiday with lots to do nearby and on site.

Had a lovely holiday with two families in Louise’s property - great size and location and games room was such a winner with six children Very easy booking and check in and Louise really helpful and easy to book with.

Great stay! We had an amazing time and the the views were stunning. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed! Communication with Jonathan was good and he was quick in getting back to us! Hot tub & swimming pool made the stay so relaxing and we will be back. Thank you

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed a welcome retreat away in Talland Bay, it was perfect for lots of walking and then soaking in the hot tub with beautiful sea views. We would definitely go back.

Great house in lovely location. Layout suited us well (2 families with kids and grandparents). Washing facilities proved very useful. Pool rota worked well and there was always a time available that suited us (open 8am-7pm). Host responded quickly. Lacking house guidance but not a problem and host responded to advise. Note access into house could be an issue for less able and push chairs-steep steps to front and lowest step broken away (advised host so this might get fixed). Rear access via steps and narrow sloping and muddy path. Parking to rear -you block in your other car. Parking spaces not spacious but adequate. We loved it thank you Beach Retreats!

Lovely house, stunning views, a fun time for our family weekend, the walk to the beach was tougher than I expected but well worth it. We had a big problem with hot water which was on a timer which had no control over, off at 9am so only 3 out of 10 managed a hot shower, then it didn’t come on again til late afternoon, no chance of a hot shower after the hot tub, after a couple of texts the next day the boost was activated for extra hour in the morning, this needs to be thought through when there are 10 of you, also I wonder Charlotte if you could provide a couple of bar stalls, there is no way you can fit 10 around that table comfortably, however the house is in a beautiful and quiet setting and certainly had the wow factor, thank you Charlotte x

We booked our stay with Marcus and Lucy to celebrate a special family birthday. Eight of us (6 adults and 2 children) stayed for 4 nights and we were BLOWN away by the house and location, it was a real treat!! The house was beautifully designed, well equipped with everything you could need, plus lots of extra lovely and useful touches / amenities. The living area was great for spending time together, but the house was also spacious enough for your own quiet time to admire the beautiful beach views! Beds were comfy, showers were amazing, and the whole place spotless. We usually stay in Mawgan Porth, but loved staying in Porth so close to the beach, pub and walks nearby. Lucy was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We didn't want to leave, and would love to return again! Thank you! x

We had a lovely stay in this clean self contained property. It’s private and well located for all amenities. The shower room is very nice with constant hot water. The lounge is comfortable and relaxing with a well supplied kitchen. The floors are cool so bring your slippers or something warm. Overall this is a great property, run by nice people and we’d definitely stay again.

A lovely place to stay in , situated in an amazing location and great to come back to after a day on the beach . A good size for 8 adults with a well equipped kitchen . The family had a lovely holiday together .

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

We had a very relaxing few days here. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and the waves were breathtaking! The local shop was well stocked. Sarah and Glen instantly replied to our questions and Glen even came to the house within ten minutes to turn up the temperature on the hot tub for us when we asked. Brilliant hosts!

Great stay in Newquay. Off street parking and great family space inside with the option of toddler/ baby bed. Great instructions from the host. Overall lovely and would stay again.

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.
