Mitch’s place was in pristine condition and offered amazing views! The private space was just what I needed for a peaceful weekend in the mountains. Pictures do this place no justice as it’s more stunning in person! Mitch was a great host and I really look forward to my next stay!

Alan’s place was in a great location, near shopping, local attractions, and most of all the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed spectacular views sitting on the decks.

This place was perfect exactly as described. They gave perfect directions up the mountain. Though the road seems daunting at first once you find where you are going with the perfect instructions from the hosts it’s really not that hard if you have a car with clearance. Once you get to the top the views are unbeatable and it is so quiet and peaceful. This is a trip we are definitely doing again and for sure staying here! 10/10 stay

Nice affordable cabin in a peaceful and quiet environment. The owners were great at communicating. We used the fire pit and hot tub which was great for the kids. It was a quick drive to everything in Asheville. Very close to a grocery store too. If you like to cook big meals, then bring your own supplies. The kitchen is sparsely stocked with cookware and utensils.

We had a great time at the cabin, this place is as relaxing as it gets, you can hear the creek all day from the porch. The uphill entrance is no joke, so do not stop until you get to the top flat surface. James was great, he answered our questions promptly. There are many waterfalls in the area such as Dry Falls and Quarry falls that are very worth seeing. Uptown Franklin was very nice as well. Thanks!

House is cozy and in a great location. Host was responsive and friendly. Great stay!

Great location, just a short drive to the trolley or downtown Gatlinburg. Host was quick to respond to any questions. The unit was clean and looked just as the pictures show.

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Stone Cottage in Hot Springs, NC, while bringing books to the community as the 21st Century Packhorse Librarians. The cottage was immaculately clean, charming inside and out, and in a perfect walkable location to downtown. The spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds made for a restful stay, and the hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind. The trout fishing in the river right out front was incredible—our son caught a dozen trout! We also loved dining at the Smoky Mountain Diner and exploring all the town has to offer. If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway with great amenities and easy access to everything, we highly recommend the Little Stone Cottage!

Luanne was very responsive about questions prior to our stay, the home is well maintained. There was a weather event the last night of our stay that knocked the power out and Luanne brought us a cup of coffee before checkout! So kind and considerate. We would definitely stay again!!
