Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and peaceful. No TV or board games available but luckily we brought dice and had a great time.

This property is a fairy tale come true. Teri and Don really are super hosts. They respond quickly and help as much as they can. I will absolutely be coming back.

Perfectly furnished older cottage in a quiet neighborhood of a mix of older and newer homes. Parks and college campus nearby. Lovely backyard with a waterfall/ pond. Every amenity that we could think of was provided and more. The easy walk to downtown alleviated any hassle finding parking. Beds were very comfortable. Clearly one of the best units that we have ever stayed in.

My wife had a great time on our weekend stay. The hot tub overlooking the frozen lake was winderful. Great cabin, with lots of room. We will probably bring our family back at some point.

This was my first Airbnb stay and because this place was amazing!! I'm sticking to renting Airbnb from here on. The place was incredible and the host is amazing :)

Everything was perfect for a lake retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals together, there were many board games and video games to occupy our time. The location was quiet; we could nap perfectly. The lake was just across the street - so close! We went ice fishing each day and enjoyed the snowstorm. We loved this cabin very much.

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

This was an absolute dream of a vacation stay. The house was bigger than I initially assumed it would be. Every single space was thoughtfully and gorgeously decorated. The hosts Tina and Brian were proactive about making sure we had everything we needed but we were well set up from the start. Great instructions, and the house had more than we could have asked for. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and we’re already looking to see if we can do it again.

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

Absolutely amazing view of the lake. The house was clean and the beds were soft and comfy! I’ve had bad experiences with in the past where the pics were not even close. Whar you see is what you get! Elisabeth was super friendly. She came out to greet us. Even checked up on us the next to see if we needed anything! Not used to that kind of customer service! Pool table and the retro arcade game was so rad! Definitely will be going back!

We stayed at Sandra's cabin on a Labor Day Weekend and we loved it! The cabin was very clean - the cleanest Airb&b I have ever stayed at. The place is perfect for two people. Sandra's cabin is pet friendly. Our dog Joy enjoyed racing back and forth in a front yard. She is a smaller doggie and we had to keep an eye on her as lots of deer coming to the yard. We enjoyed watching them hanging out in the yard or picking fresh apples directly from the tree.

What an amazing location to spend Christmas and a birthday with my husband! Bald Eagles were flying by non-stop and perching nearby calling to each other, and the constantly changing view of the clouds and Lake C d'A was unbelievably beautiful! We could watch comfortably out the huge windows as the weather and eagles went by, and when it was nice weather we sat on the deck until chilled! Summer time must be a dream on those decks! Jason's place was clean, cozy, and very private. The kitchen had quality cookware and knives, to cook gourmet holiday meals just like we do at home. The bed was super cozy, bathroom beautiful and well stocked with clean linens, and our dog was comfortable. The appliances & TV were all working. Checkin & out were easy and Jason was quick to respond to questions. We were glad to travel the dirt road off the hwy in daylight the first time into the house. If it had snowed it would have been a challenge w/o AWD, as stated in the house info. We'll be back!

Corey was very responsive to any requests and questions. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with necessary items and bonus items too. Would definitely stay there again!

The Cottage at Sandpoint is wonderful! We choose to stay there when we visit family. Everything about it is perfect: location, neighborhood, peaceful, sparkling clean, bright and lovely, all the things we needed were in the house. Margaret Ann is terrific - easy to reach and very helpful. She thinks of everything to make our stay delightful. We will be back!

My family had a wonderful reunion at Sterling Shores. The place was as described and very comfortably held 6 adults. Each room has separate temperature control! The linens and towels are clean and plentiful as well as there being a washer and dryer for convenient use. Lake access was very easy and we enjoyed a couple of Thanksgiving cold dips into the water. There are deer roaming freely and birds to enjoy. The television provided wonderful background entertainment while we were cooking Thanksgiving treats. The WiFi is reliable which was important to my daughter who was working remotely the first 2 days. The kitchen has good room for cooking a nice meal but bring coolers to hold extra food if you are having a big spread. We may reserve in the summer as there is easy beach access and a nice deck to enjoy the lake view with morning coffee or while dining alfresco. The guest guide is handy for rules, shopping and eating recommendations as well as check out. Thanks Eric.

Great place to stay. safe and clean

There were 4 of us ( 2 couples) and it worked out perfect for the weekend. It was easy to explore all that downtown Sandpoint has to offer, including several restaurants, bars and shops. Theresa's place had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

super nice place for a get away with a couple friends, it was really cozy and we had alot of fun, the neighbors are good friendly people too, will definitely be coming back

Monica is a wonderful host and was so helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds are so comfortable and there was plenty of room to put bags and gear. It was in a great neighborhood and perfect location for a weekend of soccer!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Floatie beat all expectations. We would wake up each morning and sit on the comfortable chairs on the dock to watch the sun rise over the mountains which surrounded the beautifully calm water on the lake. Each day we would use our paddle boards to go out in the lake for relief from the heat of the day. There was no A/C, but the lake and Dawns tips helped to significantly manage the heat. I can’t wait to go back to Bayview! I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to have an amazingly peaceful stay somewhere in nature. Thanks Dawn!
