Excellent location and stay. The house was super clean and very safe. I would most definitely come here again. Tarik was also very friendly and helped us with everything. If you have a car, the parking option is also thoughtful. Would recommend everyone!

A great apartment in a fantastic quiet location. Beach is a couple of minutes walk with others walkable as well. Just a nice amount of restaurants in the area. Mlini is a beautiful village. Tonci and Stephen were very welcoming and arranged pick up from the airport and return. Always on hand if we needed anything too!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Marko's beautiful apartment. We felt very welcome! Marko picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the area. The communication was friendly with quick responses. The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. Bus stop, ferry, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Lovorka pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

Casa con muchísimo encanto, ubicación excelente a dos minutos de la muralla y vistas espectaculares. La casa está en un estado impecable, moderna, estilosa y muy limpia. Dispone de todos los servicios necesarios aunque se hace imprescindible que añadan aire acondicionado en la habitación principal. Por la noche al estar cercana a la zona céntrica hay ruido de música, gente… no es fácil descansar a primeras horas de la noche. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento.

This is a wonderful AirBnB in Dubrovnik. Fantastic views, great outdoor area and spacious well equipped interior. Great communication from our host. Do note if you would like to use the outdoor grill you must purchase charcoal and firer starter, unfortunately for us we could not do this arriving Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Looks lovely and hope to enjoy this feature when we return someday.

I've stayed at dozens of places all over the world and I can say that Petivat Gardens is 5 STARS and is the BEST place! The hospitality is like family (but with such good boundaries). One of the owners runs a 5 star hotel so they know how to create a hospitable environ. I'm able to work and play in a sublime setting. The apartment is brand new with no kinks or adjustments. It's "white-glove" clean and all the appliances are also new and in excellent working order. It's big enough for two to work online (Zoom) without sound or Internet issues. The bed is very comfortable. The sun is delicious and brightens up the apartment. I cook a few times a week and everything is available (cookware, utensils etc.) The surroundings are serene with the sun dancing off the green-blue sea just through the trees. It's located in a large quiet farm, but just a short walk (2-3 minutes) to the main street. The olive grove, the vineyard, the flowers all make for a place of rest and fun.

Marijana's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is only a short walk from the old town so nothing is lost by staying beyond the old walls. In fact you gain because the views from the apartment's terrace where we sat and had coffee each morning provide views that can't be had when you stay in the old town itself. The apartment is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. It's really private, very charming with a cottagey feel and doors that open to the terrace. The availability of a car park is a big plus. Marijana is a lovely - a very warm and genuine person who goes above and beyond for her guests. I very much enjoyed talking with her and learning about Dubrovnik. Hvala Marijana.

I rented 4 of the apartments for a total of 14 members of my family for almost 2 weeks. We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Marija and Eli couldn't have been more helpful. Marija had the kindest most welcoming personality. She was available all the time for advice and to arrange everything we wanted. She arranged a boat for the whole family for a day excursion to some islands. She arranged dinner reservations as well as taxi pickups. She also arranged all the transportation to and from the airport. The apartments were in a perfect position close to supermarkets, to the old city and to many restaurants. Our stay there exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend staying there.

Marija’ house is so beautiful, It is hidden in the alley, like a paradise, Marija and her husband decorated the yard very delicately. Before we checked in, they sent us a detailed check-in instruction video, and tried their best to meet our needs during our stay. This is a wonderful accommodation experience and we recommend here to everyone 💖

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

The hot tub was amazing, like having a massage, the views were fantastic and the skies dark. It was so quiet and peaceful. Frano gave us great recomendations and although Sobra is small it has 2 great restaurants where the food is delicious and the staff are wonderfully friendly. We went of most of the villages on the island and Sobra was a perfect place to stay. Franos recomendations of where to eat and what to see (and when) were spot on. You do need a car to get around but Frano sorted that for us and picked us up to collect. Wish we could have stayed a month!

We stayed here for two nights. Firstly if you own a motorcycle then Sasa has a space behind a locked gate out of sight where it can be kept. This was essential for us and we were very grateful to the host for accommodating. The apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and you have EVERYTHING you could need. It has a car park area 2 mins walk away but we had the motorcycle. Lovely view off the balcony, bed very comfortable shower is great. About 20mins walk into old town which is up hill on the way home but any half fit person could easily walk it. Shop and bakery very near by. Host was great with local eateries and ALWAYS responded straight away. Highly recommended

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! Dina was super welcoming and friendly, providing us with a welcoming drink and helping hand :) The attention to detail is second to none; from the little toiletries in the bathroom to the file full of recommendations and everything you need to know about Dubrovnik. We were super impressed. Not to mention the view from the hot tub is incredible! Thank you for having us, we loved our stay :)

We had a great time here! It was so convenient for old town and all the amenities were nearby. So close to the port too. The hosts were great and we had an excellent stay here!

Wow wgat a stay We have just stayed myself and 2 kids and had the most incredible time. The apartment is beautiful with the most wonderful views from the balcony and the terrace. The hot tub is so nice to come back to after a day of exploring! The location is so peaceful but also convenient as a 25 minute bus ride and you are in Dubrovnik city. Host was so helpful and friendly m, nothing was to much trouble, even lending a charging cable for the stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone

Nives is an extremely helpful and kind person. She came and met us in the street so that we didn’t get lost and her generosity shone through and she put us at ease with all of our travel arrangements for getting around. The place is ideally located near the bus and ferry terminal. It was great for a quick stop over and we’ve decided that we will definitely return here and stay for longer as Dubrovnik has lots to offer, and we wished that we’d had the time in our schedule for a longer stay here. Nives apartment was done to a very high standard, it was certainly well worth the price that we paid and I would highly recommend staying here. The hot tub was a real bonus. ♥️
