This is the second time I have stayed in Robert's house. He is a fabulous host. He has thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. A gorgeous house with a wonderful yard. Thank you, Robert!!!!

My Girlfriend and I loved the place. quiet peacful and liked that it looked and felt like home the newer generation would probably not get it but it was perfect great location big porchs private. even though it was a rainy weekend could still go out on the back patio and just enjoy the outside without getting wet. will be back in the future!

The home is beautifully designed with a well-thought-out layout, making it both spacious and inviting. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The space was immaculately clean, and the beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone in our group. The kitchen and sitting area were standout features—modern, well-equipped, and perfect for gathering, playing games, and enjoying quality time together. The only downside was the icy driveway upon arrival. My husband actually spent about an hour breaking up ice before the ladies arrived, and putting down salt to ensure we didn’t fall. While we appreciate the host mentioning the weather and the possibility of ice, it would have been helpful if the driveway was cleared.

This was a great place to stay at. Location was perfect for what we needed. You can see the lake from the house which is a great feature. The house was overall very clean. There did end up being a significant trail of ants in the downstairs bedroom. However, this was likely due to the wet weather. The host was responsive when we informed of the problem and sent over someone to spray for the ants the next day which was definitely appreciated. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This was a top-five Airbnb experience for me and my family. The house is so comfortable, clean, thoughtfully designed and decorated. We slept soundly in the comfy beds/quiet street. What a treat to have two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Amanda was kind and responsive. I’ve already booked our next visit.

Such a great place… we love the porch…with a relaxing view. We enjoyed the visitors who came to eat the food left for them…deer, rabbits, a real healthy groundhog, and beautiful birds. It’s a great location the turnpike isn’t far, making it easy for us to visit family. Such great restaurants (Old Town Pizza and Ziggys), and shops in Amherst. Shopping and grocery stores close by. Mark and Sue’s place is so clean, with big rooms, comfortable beds, and a huge kitchen with anything you would need. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

We are already looking at dates to book this bnb again this summer! We came for our babymoon with our dog so the fenced in yard was a huge help- and yes it’s actually fully enclosed and the under deck is blocked off so he couldn’t get into any nooks or crannies!! The house is adorable and easy to feel at home in, the hosts thought of everything from coffee creamer to toiletries available! I would recommend bringing a case of bottled water as the fridge water line didn’t work (not a huge deal for us but an expecting mama drinks a ton of water!) The area is quiet this time of year but we found good restaurants and enjoyed an outing to vermilion which is cute! We came for the views of the lake and had the most relaxing time. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful home with everything we needed for our family trip. My grandson did a walk around and told me “5 Star grandpa, good job!” The gas grill hadn’t been brought out yet and when I texted Mark asking for it for an evening hamburger meal, he had someone there in less than an hour to set it up with an extra gas tank and some extra seating. Perfect! William

First time here. Heather was an excellent host, very responsive, and friendly. The location is perfect for parents visiting their children at Oberlin College. Would definitely stay again.

What was originally a "had to find a place for the night close to where we had to be" kind of situation turned into a very enjoyable stay, great place, great communication, good beds, lots of space and great surroundings even though it was very cold that day. Outside: inside was just right :) We even got to see a young eagle perched right outside our windows, thanks to Di who texted us to have a look! Very enjoyable stay, thanks a lot!

We were here on a visit to Oberlin. Location was great. Easy, short drive to the school. Good restaurants and cute Main Street in walking distance. Apartment was compact and well organized. Super Cute and comfortable.

Great location easy check in clean inside and had everything we needed! We visit again if in the area.
