Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

Huset fungerte fint, vi hadde alt vi trengte, vi sov som en stein, fin og rolig område. Perfekt avstand til Gardermoen :) så eier han en av verdens fineste hunderase !!!

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, warm, and full of natural light. It was perfect for our family and especially suitable for kids. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Therese. Das Haus liegt in schöner Landschaft direkt am Fjord. Es war toll, an den sonnigen Wintertagen die Kite Skater auf dem zugefrorenen Fjord zu beobachten. Therese hat sich sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert und war super hilfsbereit. Man muss beachten, dass es im Haus eine sehr steile Treppe gibt. Für manche Personen könnte das ein Hindernis sein. Bei uns hat alles gut geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abends haben wir vom nahegelegenen Thai Restaurant leckeres Essen geholt. Die Bus- (Haltestelle direkt am Haus) und Zugverbindungen (von Røyken) nach Oslo sind sehr gut. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bedanken bei Therese, die immer bemüht war, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und uns sehr geholfen hat. Ich kann den Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll gestalteten, kleinen roten Haus sehr empfehlen. Es ist etwas ganz besonderes!

Vi bruker AirBnb mye i forbindelse med jobb. Dette var en av de bedre stedene vi har leid. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Takk for nå Susanne.

Helt fantastisk! Stor plass, perfekt for en familie. Første gang jeg følte meg hjemme et sted jeg aldri har vært før. Kamilla hadde til og med lagt ut tegnesaker til min yngste sønn og sjokolade med en koselig lapp. Kommer definitivt tilbake! Hadde gitt 10-stjerners om det var mulig 😊

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

The place is huge, beautiful, and dreamy. The scenery is spectacular! ❤️We were looking for a place to conduct our wedding dinner. Since it was the 1st of December, it was so hard to find an intimate at the same time a cozy nice place to do that. However, Silje opened her doors for us and accommodated us in her amazing BnB. She is very responsive, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is extremely helpful and caring for her guests. Moreover, she is also flexible with changes and negotiates fairly. We love her so much and we totally recommend her place to everyone. 😘😍🎉🎉

Ivar er en veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vert, som svarer på alle spørsmål man kan lure på iløpet av kort tid. Kommunikasjonen før, under og etter oppholdet var upåklagelig og oppholdet ble veldig fint. Tar definitivt turen tilbake hit igjen senere😌 Kjempefin leilighet på Sørenga med fin plassering og utsikt. Anbefales til fremtidige leietakere!

Terje and Hanne are great hosts. Clear, proactive and responsive while making you feel welcome. The house is very well located and fully aligned with descriptions/photos. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place.

Beautiful location. Is a true farm house setup separate from, but right next to the main house (which is host occupied, I believe). Is rustic with some nice updates (eg. bathroom). Lots of space - very comfortable for 4 of us and with room outside to exercise 2 big dogs. close to ski trails, very convenient to the airport, and less than an hour to the heart of Oslo.

Asmund place was perfect for our family group to attend ski races at Holmenkollen. Beautiful views. Great public transportation.

Svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Pauline var rask med å svare på meldinger om det var noe vi trengte få svar på. Ungene likte spesielt godt bassenget 😊

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Helge’s place. It was clean, beautiful and the location was amazing. We were a group of two families with a baby, 6 year old and teenager. They had some legos that were a big hit with the two littles and great WiFi for the teen. The proximity of the apartment to transportation, restaurants, cafes and the sights of Oslo was unbeatable. We had a question about the stove (user error) and Helge was over within the hour the help us. We would love to stay again when our travels bring us to Oslo.

Vi leide leiligheten for en helg da vi skulle på et jubileum i nabolaget. Det er en stor og fin leilighet med mye dagslys og alt man trenger av utstyr, helt ypperlig! Sylvi svarte raskt på mine spørsmål før ankomst, enkel inn- og utsjekking. Anbefaler denne leiligheten i et stille og naturskjønt område, vi kommer gjerne igjen :)

Hadde 3 netter på denne koselige hytta. Passet veldig godt for 1 voksen med 2 barn og hund. Vi hadde det vi trengte til matlaging og grilling. Koselig uteplass med morgensol og stor gressplen. Området er utrolig idyllisk og vertskapet var vennlige og imøtekommende Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

A beautiful location, the most amazing view and a very lovely house. We even did some fishing with the boat. Very comfortable house and lovely covered porch.

Andre’s & Helen’s place was an extra comfortable, clean, homely stay. There were plenty of amenities, the apartment was extremely well kept. The noise levels of the location some had mentioned were not bad at this time of year, and earplugs were provided. Check in with Helen was great, she was very welcoming and even recommended things to do in the area. Response times to any questions were very prompt and helpful. Overall I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and central place to stay in Oslo!

Johannes’ cosy, tiny home was a wonderful getaway. It was clean, warm, beautifully maintained and in the perfect peaceful location for some time away from the busy ordeals of life. It had everything you needed for a little solo trip. Johannes was extremely communicative and kind and made my stay as stress free and relaxed as possible. I had a major stress with my phone breaking while I was there with no way to fix it and being in the middle of nowhere with no car was scary but he went out of his way to put my mind at ease and help me out for my travel and fixing my issue. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and hospitality. My trip wouldn’t have been so lovely without his help and friendliness. I had such a lovely time visiting and I would definitely recommend this tiny home cabin to anyone. Thank you Johannes for your hospitality. I hope to visit again one day!

We had an incredible experience ! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located close to all the main attractions while offering a peaceful retreat. The host was very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Oslo. Highly recommend !

Cosy, well furnished basement that is reasonably spacious. Host was happy to help with any questions. Roughly a 12 minute walk to nearest tram stops.
