Lovely, clean and spacious place! We were two colleagues travelling to Milan on a work trip. Living room has a comfy sofa bed and is separated by a door from the rest of the apartment so it was like having two bedrooms. Communication with Massimo was easy at all times and would recommend his place to others!

Roberta's place was even better than expected! I thought the appartement looked even cuter in person, and the place was spotless. Access was easy, and instructions very clear - Roberta was very responsive when we needed something. The area is residential, easy to access from anywhere with the tram stop nearby, and a 20 minute walk away from Navigli area. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. Would recommend!

Claudio’s place was perfect for we travellers from Australia. A lovely Art Deco building with elevator and inside the apartment was a modern interior. Double glazed Windows that open for fresh air and a view over the street. A warm cozy apartment that was a pleasure to return to. The washing machine was essential to our long travel plans. Plenty of hanging space for our needs. Very close to Milano Centrale and the Metro. This meant we could get anywhere easily in the city. Claudio and Paola responded in minutes to every question. I highly recommend this property. Congratulations on an accommodation well done Claudio and Paola.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich fantastisch! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war modern, neu und bestens ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die entspannte Atmosphäre und die schönen Annehmlichkeiten wie der Pool und die Sauna haben uns begeistert, weshalb wir definitiv wiederkommen werden. Ein paar kleine Anmerkungen: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn größere Handtücher für Pool, Sauna und Dusche bereitgestellt worden wären. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank so kalt, dass er alles eingefroren hat, und wir konnten die Temperatur leider nicht anpassen. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass der Whirlpool, mit dem geworben wird, im Winter nicht genutzt werden konnte, da kein Wasser eingefüllt war – das war ein wenig enttäuschend. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben!

The apartment had everything we needed for a night’s stay. First floor apartment access was great! Responsive and friendly host! Basket with miscellaneous snack items on table and complimentary water and wine was a nice touch!

A acomodação do Alessandro é excelente. Tudo que hospede em turismo deseja, ambiente limpo e agradável, cama macia na medida e confortável, com roupa de cama limpa. Banheiro equipado, limpo e com ducha forte e quente. O Alessandro foi muito atencioso. Havia uma reforma no edifício em horário comercial, que não era de responsabilidade do Alessandro, mas seria de bom grado ter nos comunicado. Mas como ficávamos praticamente o dia todo passeando pela cidade, não nos afetou. Um abraço ao Alessandro.

Sara was an excellent host! She was waiting for me at the arrival, informing me about the house, the restaurants and the super market in the area. The apartment is 3-4 minutes next to the Precotto metro station. It is like in the pictures, clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you Sara, I will stay there again!

The place was very amazing and Davide and his dad were very helpful and the location was the best part as it was barely 2 minute walk for the expo center and had a great restaurant just downstairs. Thank you for having us

The apartment is cozy and modern. Very clean. There is a big private parking, which was a great advantage for us The area is quiet, not far from the center, like 20-25 min. There are the shop and bus stop nearby (5 min) The check-in process was easy Paolo was very welcoming!

The property is located in a convenient area with easy access to transportation. The facilities are very new, and the room is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

We were lucky to rent this flat, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well-organized, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Location: It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient. If you're driving, the flat offers easy private parking, and the highway is only a 2-minute drive away. When we opted for a taxi to visit the busy part of town, it took around 15 minutes and cost 20-25 euros. The host was very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home with a warm Italian family-style reception. and giving us all recommendation nearsit shops and delicious bakery in the area. the area is very safe and calm neighborhood . The flat itself was large, and the balcony was a highlight—we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee there. I highly recommend this flat, especially for families or couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Angelo made sure everything was ready before I arrived. He offered late checkin so I could arrive after work. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for a nice getaway. The apartment is located really close to the canal where all the great restaurants and bars are lined up. The metro is just as close so getting around to other areas of Milan is easy. I would highly recommend Angelo’s apartment to anyone looking to stay in Milan, Italy.

The views did not disappoint!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent in this rental with our friends - both our families took transatlantic flights to vacation together and we thoroughly enjoyed the view! The pull-out sofa bed can actually be partitioned off to serve as a fourth bedroom, which was helpful. We loved our time on the hot tub and outdoor patio too! The home is split over multiple levels and the stairs steep - was okay for us, but could be an issue for some. The owner was highly communicative as well!

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

Cinzia è stata sempre molto disponibile, gentile e premurosa, con piccoli accorgimenti/pensieri, che sono però molto apprezzati. Sapendo che avevamo dei bambini ha lasciato dei chupa chups e ci ha fatto già trovare dell'acqua in fresco viste le temperature relativamente calde di agosto. La casa era molto carina e spaziosa. Dispone anche di un bello spazio esterno con dei giochi per bambini, molto apprezzati dai nostri figli di 2,3 e 6 anni.

Wir hatten das Haus für 5 Nächte und für 5 Leute gebucht gehabt. Nach einem kurzen Informationsaustausch mit dem Host konnten wir flexibel einchecken/auschecken. Am Tag des Eincheckens bekamen wir eine kleine Einführung zum Haus. Das Haus selbst war sauber und schaute genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Ich möchte mich hiermit auch nochmal beim Host bedanken. Christian war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
