Lorient, Saint Barthélemy : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

This is our 2nd time staying at the Cliff and it was everything we remembered and more. the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Someone is always cleaning or doing some sort of maintenance to the property to keep it pristine! the pool renovation is beautiful and a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. the beach is easily accessible and virtually private with very little interruptions other than some boats passing by. the pictures dont do this place justice. my husband made use of the spa amenities everyday with the sauna and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach -he essentially had a hydrotherapy circuit routine every morning. this apartment itself is well maintained and was exactly as advertised. our favorite spot was on the balcony enjoying the perfect views of the ocean. We have so many spots on the island close by as far as restuarants and two grocery/markets. there are also many rest. in a close drive. when we come back to St Martin, i'm staying here again!

The communication with Joe and the stay was excellent. The amenities were great and whoever he has doing the housekeeping, does a great job. The concierge at the front desk is like being at a hotel and there’s a restaurant right on site like staying at a four star hotel with having your complete privacy to yourself

Wonderful location in Simpson Bay. It is walking accessible to everything in the area.

The view from this apartment looks better in person and the pictures are beautiful. Our host and his local assistant Carla were both terrific, responsive and helpful. Unit is close to Nikki Beach and Eden Rock. Unit is close to several restaurants, our favorite is Le Piment, a classic French bistro. Thank you for the use of your apartment. Great week in St. Barts.

My sisters and I stayed at this amazing Airbnb for my birthday, and we absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, with a breathtaking view that made our stay even more special. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond, making everything seamless. It was the perfect spot to celebrate, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Véronique mérite largement son statut de super hote. Présente tout le long de notre séjour, elle nous a donné toutes les infos , restons, activités, location de voiture... Le logement est très bien pensé, on peut prendre son repas tranquillement à l ombre de la véranda, la climatisation est présente dans toutes les pièces. le plus la plage à 5 minutes à pieds, tout est parfait.

We recently returned from our vacation at Princess Heights where we throughly enjoyed the beautiful views and hospitality we experienced during 10 day stay. After having some difficulty finding the resort( St Maarten has almost no street signs or route numbers) we were very impressed with this resort. The rooms and kitchen were updated and very well cared for. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful. We used the pool frequently which was never crowded as we were able to find beach chairs easily. We swam almost daily as the pool was kept clean, was quite large and the water temperature was comfortable. The staff at this resort was terrific, very responsive to any concerns and we found them to be quite respectful. Although there some really good restaurants/bars close by it would have been nice to have one on site. This resort is gated which added to the feeling of security we felt during our stay which is important when you are away in a foreign country. Highly recommend this reso

Aurelie's place was really nice and spotless. The location was ideal and at the center of it all. The beach, restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery and even a spa were at walking distance from the apartment. Aurelie was responsive to all of our inquiries. We would definitely stay there again.

Denis was the best host we’ve had at any Airbnb. He picked us up at the airport, provided some wine & fruit, and was extremely helpful and responsive. When our coffee maker stopped working he brought a replacement immediately. We were very impressed with Denis!!!

Absolute paradise! We didn’t want to leave! Suzanne and Clement made our stay so pleasant, we are forever grateful. We walked to the small beach each morning to swim, drive to town within 5 mins and had the most amazing stay. It felt like we were home. Had everything we needed, including daily cleaning which was very appreciated. Pool is heated, sunny terrace, loads of parking for cars , gym etc. Clement was kind and helped us from airport and deliver some snacks and wine upon arrival which were appreciated after a long day of travel! Thank you so much!!

Damiens Apartment is situated in a former hotel, now residence area, so its very quiet. there is direct access to the beach, but while we were there there were a lot of algae, so walking till to the beach chairs and bars took about 15-20min walking on the beach. If you drive its about 10 min drive away to the main square of the beach with all the restaurants and the beach bars. directly at the grounds is a pizzeria which is great for your first day, when you dont havr the energy to go anywhere and still get food. Two other good restaurants are a 2-5 min by car and the supermarket is also just about 5 min away by car and no matter where you are going you always pass the supermarket, so its convenient that its on the way. Contact with Damien was good, he always replied fast. At the beginning we would have wished for a little bit better communication about the water cuts due to a break in the water facility on the french side, but after we asked he sent us to links to newspapers where we could look up the times ourselves. You definitely need a car and there was enough parking space on the grounds. overall we enjoyed our stay at Damiens apartment!

I have a nice stay at James' apartment. I decided to extend my stay 5 days last minute so James was able to accommodate me. The unit is close to the airport, St. Jean and Gustavia ( 5 minutes or so). It's private and comfortable, well-appointed with a spacious layout.

We stayed at Villa Azur for 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa’s location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities we needed. It’s a quick drive to orient bay and near many restaurants, grocery stores. We had no trouble communicating with Guylene and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Alan, who is from SBH (a local), went out of his way to accommodate our stay. The views are incredible and location ideal. The provided booklet had all the info we needed as first time visitors of the island. The 2BR and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Small personal touches were included (like teacups for my toddler girls). The Ride (surfer) theme is true to Alan’s spirit. We felt very cozy here. The pool was clean as well. I would definitely come back and stay here. Me and my family loved our stay.

Kathy's Côté Jardin apartment was an absolute gem. It had everything we needed for a cozy, stress-free stay, plus a gorgeous garden patio perfect for unwinding after the beach under the stars. The location was spot on -just 5 to 10 minutes from some of St. Martin’s most stunning beaches. If you're looking for the ultimate home base to soak up the island vibes, this is it. Highly recommend!

We spent four wonderful days at Corrine and Yannick's place. We are very grateful that they allowed us to arrive early, as our ferry arrived already in the morning. The apartment is very spacious and impeccably clean. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. If the opportunity arises, we would love to return.

Perfect little villa (actually much bigger than we expected), located in the best neighbourhood of St-Maarten, and managed by a true Superhost!

Gorgeous, private, tranquil villa which was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of room for everyone to spread out as well as come together for meals or to enjoy the spectacular views. Very well appointed home with lots of unique touches and thoughtful details. Quiet and tres chic. Our hostess was perfect and always responsive. A gem for sure!

Thierry’s house was perfect, clean, beautifully decorated, lovely outside space, we loved the little pool ….. it was just perfect, the photos don’t do it justice. Colette who met us was lovely too and very helpful We would return in a heartbeat!!

We have been to St. Martin almost every year since 2004. We watched these villas as they were being built and toured them when they were for sale. It was a nice surprise to find one for rent. We especially like the convenient access to the main road when going for groceries or dinner. We also like to walk in the morning, even if we just go to the bakery! Nice uphill climb to get home. The outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off from a day at the beach without tracking sand in the house. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking needs, we don't cook much, but had enough for snacks and coffee. Refrigerator/freezer seemed new and was big. Bedrooms were large and had adequate storage, ensuite bathrooms were big and rain showers were nice! Overall, it is a great villa and I will be sure to rent it again. Emma, the house manager, was excellent, friendly and worked hard to make sure we were happy!
