I recently hosted my birthday trip and we all stayed at Lux Villa it was a total of 6 of us and the condo was beautiful with a beautiful view everyone was able to be comfortable location was perfect we had a grocery store a little coffee shop and bar all within our community so that was very convenient Enzo our concierge was great he checked on us every day and made sure to send us what was going on, on the island daily would definitely recommend you stay here

Nice secure property with lots of amenities. Having a grocery store and several great restaurants right on the property makes it so convenient. Large and well appointed condos are comfortable for small or large groups.

I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

Great location. Walking distance from all the restaurants and bars. We were able to walk to Maho beach and Mullet Bay beach.

Amazing views. Excellent location for retreat near hotels and beaches. Very secure, located on a gated neighborhood. One of the best spots on airbnbs that I’ve stayed at. I would definitely come back 100 times if possible. Host is very accessible.

We had a fantastic stay at Isabelle' s place!Patrick and Isabelle were incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We felt right at home and would definitely book again! This apartment is in a prime location, it is walking distance to the supermarkets and restaurants. The grounds are manicured and perfect for pictures. The swimming pool was amazing to watch the sunsets and relax. This place was amazing and I highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, and an absolute steal! We had six in our party and fit very comfortably. Amenities at the Marriott were great and Jaque let us know everything we needed to know. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Many thanks to Simona for hosting us in her beautiful apartment. The photos do not do it justice. Wonderful safe location within walking distance of Maho and several stunning beaches. Beautiful communal swimming pool that was lovely and warm and never busy. My son and I had the best week staying here and we’d love to return.

The communication with Joe and the stay was excellent. The amenities were great and whoever he has doing the housekeeping, does a great job. The concierge at the front desk is like being at a hotel and there’s a restaurant right on site like staying at a four star hotel with having your complete privacy to yourself

Super bel appartement tres propre et beau mobilier. Encore plus beau que les photos! La piscine était belle et propre. Les lits confortables. Belle vue de la baie avec couché de soleil. L’hote Anne Karine est super gentille. Elle nous a laissé plein de jouets et accesoir de plage pour le petit. Nous avons adoré notre sejour. Ont recommande cette location!

Wonderful location in Simpson Bay. It is walking accessible to everything in the area.

What a special place!!! We couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful, calm, safe, peaceful and so perfect. Everything was well stocked, (even beach toys for my kids). The building felt super secure and safe. It’s incredibly quiet and comfortable and honestly one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed in.

Wonderful suite and location!!! Great host! We will be back! Best place to stay in St. Maarten!

Location location location! We enjoyed our stay and Andrea was a wonderful host. They reached out immediately and had some snack waiting for us which was a nice treat. Mary Boon’s is right next door so it made it easy to grab dinner and drinks after a day of flying. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Just steps to the beach and an added bonus of having our own loungers and umbrellas. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do some cooking. We preferred going out to eat as there are so many fabulous restaurants. The outdoor space for reading, playing cards and enjoying the fresh air was another added bonus. We were also grateful for how well they responded to our needs.

Our stay at Tshell was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a five-star experience, look no further—highly recommended! The host was great, and their place was beautiful, conveniently located within walking distance of two stunning beaches and several eateries. Teddy and Michelle even went the extra mile by writing a thoughtful card wishing my wife a "Happy Birthday" and thanking us for our military service.

The absolute best stay ever! I will definitely book it again and tell all my friends & family if they are visiting St Martin!

Very nice villa with 2 spacious bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped, comfortable living room area. The house was very clean and daily housekeeping was included, which was great! Vert peaceful and quiet outdoor space with heated pool and lounge chairs. Walking distance to Grand Cul de sac beach and restaurants at nearby hotels. We really enjoyed our stay.!

Great place if you have a large group of people. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen and dining area is great for gatherings. Alain is responsive and will help with anything you need while staying at his place.

Olivier was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Communication was seamless! Olivier was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The Villa had everything we needed,was spotless upon arrival and beautifully furnished/updated. We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the pool. Had an amazing beachfront experience! The host provided beach towels for us to use. A quick 10 walk to Maho beach and downtown. We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days to celebrate my 40th birthday. My Husband and I stayed at another location for a few days to celebrate our anniversary because we were already on the island Danielle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to prepare for our guests that would be joining us. There were 9 of us total 4 couples so the space was perfect. Danielle had some champagne, wine and fruit set up in the kitchen when we arrived which was very thoughtful. She gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive during our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would need. I do suggest renting a car during your stay and downloading offline maps for St. Maarten before arriving, extremely helpful. The views are breathtaking I would absolutely stay here again already looking forward to our next stay.
