Nous avons dû trouver en urgence un autre Airbnb à notre arrivé sur Saint-Martin et Laurean a su répondre présent tout de suite ! L’appartement est très fonctionnel, pratique, au calme et pas loin de simpson bay (5min en scooter). Je le recommande

We enjoyed our stay. St Martin is a beautiful island and this is the perfect spot. You can see orient bay from your patio. The beach is about a 1/2 mile walk. We did not mind doing this daily, but if you keep going along the beach for another 1/2-1 mile you come to many beach clubs where you can rent chairs and relax with food and drink service. Laurent did have beach towels and an umbrella that we put to use for our other ventures. Apartment was clean, bright and felt very safe. He was excellent at communicating and was able to bring supplies that were out which was great. Ac and fans worked well- bring adapters if coming from the us. We had plenty of utensils for mornings that we ate in and there is a grocery store less than 5 minutes by car. I loved relaxing outside with a drink before dinner. We had 2 children that were not keen on sharing a bed but the couch was comfortable for our daughter. House feels very secure at night. Overall- no complaints and we hope to be back.

Great place if you have a large group of people. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen and dining area is great for gatherings. Alain is responsive and will help with anything you need while staying at his place.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

Another great stay at Sea True Villa! Most awesome house in all of Maho area. Gorgeous and contemporary home with an amazing, infinity edge pool, overlooking the runways. We always feel perfectly at home here.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette résidence , tout était a distance de marches environ 5-10 min les enfants on adoré se baigné dans la piscine en fin de journée la vue était splendide de la terrasse la villa était propre et avait tout ce donc nous avions de besoin Nous allons certainement y retourner

The space is exactly as advertised, a beautiful oasis. Tina is a great host, she’s extremely responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here.

Très beau séjour avec 3 couples d’amis ! Le logement était très agréable, spacieux, propre. Shandrika a été très réactive, joignable et attentive à notre confort pendant tout le séjour. Je recommande à 100% ce logement. 😊

My stay at Glory's Residence was a memorable one..the place was as described and all the amenities listed was present. The surrounding was very peaceful and scenic and if you're lucky enough you can catch a glimpse of monkeys in the area. Will surely be back!

Alexandrine was an amazing host. She was proactive in communication and had really clear instructions of how to get to the place. We only had 3 days so didn't hire a car and Alexandrine was so lovely that she dropped us in town to go to some restaurants. It is walking distance to the boat dock to go to Pinel island which is what we did on one of the days. There are also a couple of restaurants within walking distance but we didnt go to them. The place is really relaxing and Alexandrine went above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay, we would go back but would probably rent a car even though we managed without.

Emma responded very quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Very beautiful surroundings and secure location. Very peaceful. You have a pool all to yourself and you can enjoy views of other villas, mountains and bay from there. Orient bay is only 5 minutes drive which has clean and sandy beaches and amazing restaurants. To get to the villa you would need to go up 2 hills so I would strongly recommend renting a car in St. Martin as it is much easier to get around.

Gorgeous property, loved waking up to that amazing view. Be prepared though, the mosquitoes when we went (February) were rough, but they provided a swatted, citronella candles, etc to help, and the bedrooms are able to be closed with AC to limit them. Pool was great to cool down and Zou was always available for any questions we had. If you stay here you have to try BZH, it’s an amazing restaurant nearby.

Excellent week end chez Mario, apres un check in très sympathique realisé avec Hans, un voisin. Le logement est bien equipé, et situé dans une residence tres agreable equipee d une superbe piscine avec vue... residence situé à quelques metres d' une epicerie, et à quelques minutes de marche d une seconde, de restaurants et de la plage de Cupecoy.. A recommander!

Villa Marine is an amazing rental with gorgeous views. We immensely enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house with many different sitting areas. The pool was perfect to take a break from the heat; kayaking to Petit Clef and the sand bar for exploring and seeing sea turtles and manta rays was the best. Thank you!

We just returned from MY SWEET HOME and it was one of the best vacations our group has ever taken. The location of Veronique's air bnb is exquisite. All of the photos in the listing of how lovely the water is in front of Sweet home are beyond accurate. Waking up each morning, getting some coffee and pastries at L'Express (across the street) and then sitting on the patio overlooking nettle baie was a highlight. The beds were super comfy and the house was equipped with everything you might need. The blackout shades were great for sleeping. Highly recommend this airbnb. We enjoyed the beach in front of the house, but also explored the island with a much needed rental car. Our highlights were a day trip to Pinel Island, renting beach chairs on Orient Beach, as well as an afternoon on Grand Case beach. Another highlight was dinner at Meze Luna, which Veronique called in an arrival night reservation for us. 10/10 food and location just steps from Sweet Home. Book and enjoy SXM!

Tout était parfait et parfait ce n’est pas assez. Wendy et Chloé mais surtout Wendy que nous avons vu et qui s’est occupée de nous accueillir et de nous aider quand nécessaire est adorable et serviable c’était un bonheur. Pour ce qui est de la maison, elle est parfaite non seulement par elle meme mais aussi parce qu’elle est exceptionnellement bien équipée par les filles le confort est incroyable on se croit chez soi et à l’hôtel en même temps c’est top. La maison est ensoleillée toute la journée la piscine est merveilleuse, les diners et petits déjeuners sur la terrasse un rêve. Cette maisonnette donne envie de rester pour toujours. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir accueilli comme ça cela a beaucoup contribué au bonheur de ce voyage pour nous.

This was the most amazing place we've ever stayed at! Tibo was incredible, and even brought me a chair when he saw me laying on a towel in the sand. This was our 25th anniversary trip, and it could not have been more perfect! We felt right at home in Tibo's place! The location is exactly what you see in the pictures! In fact, everyone on the beach came up to see it. It was that beautiful! 12/10 recommend!!!!

The Villa Jad was a perfect get away. The location was beautiful as pictured. We intended to visit all the beaches but the villa & views was so lovely that we stayed there & enjoying the views, loungers & pool. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again. Cecilia was very responsive & helpful.

Wonderful, serene, & peaceful place with hummingbirds coming and going constantly. Only note, there is no laundry on site. There are sinks and there is a clothes line for rinsing out bathing suits etc. A wonderful stay, wonderful host. Great location on the West End

We had a great stay! The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need, comfortable couch and all the amendities to feel like home. Large bedroom and bathroom, a lot of closet space and a nice and hot shower. The house is easy to find, clear instructions and self check-in. Prompt and friendly communication with Binkie. Very much recommended!

Prior to our arrival Marie had texted me with complete instructions for our arrival to the Nettle Bay Beach Club location. Marie took time in showing us around the 2 homes. Both homes were completely updated and very nicely furnished. Very clean, bright and airy. Modern appliances fully stocked kitchen cabinets with crockery and all. Marie was very thorough in also sharing local dining options and local vendors. Our family stayed here very comfortably here for 1 week. The Nettle Bay Beach Club is a clean and modern private (gated) community with private pools. A beautiful resort that is 15 minutes from SXM airport. Close to grocery and convenience stores. Thank you Marie so much for being such a wonderful host.
