We loved staying at Anna's place. It was the perfect spot for our DC family adventure! The location was fantastic... loved the park across the street and the accessibility to all of the landmarks we wanted to explore. Parking was really easy and convenient. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in addition to a full kitchen worked really well for our family of three. The only thing we would have liked to see included in the listing is that the heat is not controlled by the guests. Not a dealbreaker for us... we just wouldn't have spent time looking for a thermostat. Anna was a very responsive host and we would definitely book here again.

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

This is our second stay and we will return in the Fall. We love the location and the neighborhood. The place is cozy and relaxing . Mark is very responsive and the place is stylish and immaculate. Its a great place!

This was a perfect trip for my family’s Washington DC trip. It is walkable to the Metro stops and even to the US Capitol and National Mall area directly. The hosts were responsive and available. We would stay here again and recommend it. Plus, it is in a lovely and safe neighborhood that we enjoyed walking through.

Had an absolute blast in DC - we went down to see the cherry blossoms! Check in wasn't a problem even though we arrived pretty late at night, and the place was so nice. I loved the kitchen and bathroom, you can tell they've done a lot to make the place feel modern/updated! We stayed two nights and it was great. They did have a book explaining the different buses and local cuisine to try too! It was overall such a wonderful stay and we'd definitely do it again.

Great area to stay in. Nice and clean and really appreciated having a washer/dryer to use. The apartment was easy to access and the perfect size for a family of 5. The only thing I would caution is the rug in the living area is a bit of a trip hazard, it doesn't have any grip under it to stop it from moving on the tile. Ask me how I know? I walked into the living room and slid. Other than that minor incident the stay was great and would recommend this as a place to stay.

We enjoyed our weekend spent here. It was very comfortable and clean. Mark was great with communication and we appreciate be able to park in the back! Neighborhood was nice and convenient to our activities.

We are a small school group from MA and travel with chaperones and teenagers each year for this trip. From the beginning planning stages to this week in the home, the host was super responsive. Everything went very smoothly and the space was exactly what we expected. Since we do this trip yearly, we have added it to our list to see if it will be available in the future. We would definitely go back and use this location again!

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Le logement est situé dans un quartier très sympa et calme. L'appartement possède tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Frank est très réactif à la moindre question posée ce qui est très agréable. Nous recommandons.

My fiancé and I only had time to stay in DC for a single night, but I would've loved to stay at Jennifer's listing longer! We didn't really use the kitchen as we just ordered takeout but I loved the open concept basement, I thought it was also really convenient to have a washer/dryer available. Parking was slightly tricky at first but Jennifer responded quickly and was very helpful, after that it was a breeze. Location was ridiculously easy to use public transit to get around anyway. I would absolutely stay here again and I'd recommend Jennifer's place to anyone traveling in DC. Thank you!

Great location, Trader Joe’s within walking distance and nice park for young kids. About a .75 mile walk to the capital building and 1 mile to one of the many Smithsonian’s. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was a little small but did the trick. Anne was super responsive!

The apartment is a stand out and was absolutely perfect for my trip! The walkability, access to food/coffee/groceries, and the apartment itself were exceptional. I highly recommend, but especially if you’re going to a concert at The Lincoln Theater during your stay.

Robert was very responsive to my questions. The location was primo! Quiet & private. Don't miss the poetry fence at the end of the block. There's a grocery nearby, and when we went to restaurants, we'll, the food was fantastic! Gustave Boulangerie had excellent sandwiches, huge quiche, and GREAT pastries. Del Ray Cafe- mmm- French kiss. The recommendations in the guest book were very helpful. And it's very close to DC, so easy to go sight seeing. thank you Robert!

Mooi en ruim sousterrain. Woonkamer met keukenhoek, ruime badkamer en aparte slaapkamer met goed bed. Parkeren met vergunning op straat, niet altijd voor de deur helaas, maar goed te doen. Op half uur lopen van het Capitool. En het metro station bij Union Station op een kwartier lopen. We waren er de drie nachten dat we er konden verblijven heel blij mee!

Great location and place to stay in DC. A rather spacious basement apartment unit in a multi family dwelling. Easy access to Columbia heights metro station. Price was fair and there were no issues. Super responsive when booking and even allowed early check in, which I appreciated. Would stay here again without hesitation.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Excellent location near the Gaylord convention center in National Harbor. The place was clean and huge! Check in and communication was clear and easy.

I loveddd Jennifer’s home. Everything was exactly like the pictures if not better. She’s very thoughtful and considerate, anything we needed she already had there. She was very quick with her responses and made sure everyone was comfortable. I honestly have nothing bad to say about her or her home. The entire stay was great. I will definitely be back.

Great place and great host. Close to the silver, orange and blue lines. The place was really clean and very good deal for the area. Bonus perk was the onsite convenience store that also had really great prices. If you’re sensitive to temperature and like control, I might recommend another place since the building’s temperature controls are centrally managed. Well worth the price, and would certainly stay with Saber again!

We used Arsham's place as a home base for our trip to the area. Very easy to travel into DC for all the sites (Metro was only a few blocks away) as well as exploring Arlington and Alexandria. The space was comfortable and quiet. Our girls loved sitting out on the balcony and taking in the sites of the neighborhood!
