This was one of, if not the best, AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The apartment was just like the photos and everything felt very new and clean while still being charming. The location also couldn’t be beat for walking to dinner and tasting rooms. There is also a place to get great coffee right out front. We will definitely be back!

Pamela and Steven were amazing hosts! Proactive communication and directions were very clear and easy. The bed was THE most comfy ever! Appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and they even offered to get us creamer. They supplied bottles of water and healthy snack bars too in the fully stocked kitchen. The Williams Sonoma soaps and room sprays were lovely! They really thought of everything and were so sweet! We would definitely return!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home was equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed local restaurants, wineries, and the casino (all walking distance). We can't wait to go back.

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is definitely the place for you and your family.

This was a fantastic stay! I would absolutely recommend this for the great host and clean, spacious apartment. I was able to walk to the UCSB campus and the area was beautiful and peaceful. Thank you for an awesome experience!

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

Our stay was perfect! Ila is an exceptional host. We had a sort of working vacation. And this home provided the space for a crazy family with children to be able to accommodate all and everything all at once. Id highly recommend. She even provided me with an extra monitor.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

This place is perfect for families who are looking to stay close to Pismo beach but not in Pismo. It’s close to the highway and also easy to find. Check in smooth and the instructions were clear. The place was very well maintained and well decorated. It is in neighborhood with a lot of residential houses but that was perfect for us as we had kids.

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

We came to the Central Coast to look at a business opportunity with two kids under seven and two dogs. It was an amazing space. Everything was 100% we will be back and also recommend!

Melissa’s place was amazing and exactly as described. I am super particular and really go through reviews before booking an Airbnb, and this place was definitely worth it. Melissa was great! We had one small issue and she responded immediately to help out. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again the next time we are in Santa Maria.

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

Very comfortable home, great location right at the pier. Walkable to tons of great restaurants. Super fast internet and everything need to cook in which we did most nights. Looking forward to staying again next year!

This was a very well appointed condo with a view of the ocean and the green hills! The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants, shops and really close to the pier and the beach. The condo building itself was very quiet and I loved having an elevator when needed. The management company was very communicative and it was super easy to get in and out of the building and the condo itself. The price was very reasonable considering the 2 bedrooms and the location.

Great stay at the place which was less than 5 minutes away from everything Pismo Beach has to offer. Place was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Only hiccup was when checkout instructions were shared on the previous evening and it meant the door code was not where I was used to. It had moved to another location on their website and bit hidden than the initial days where it was on the main page and easy to find. We had to contact Terri but she was super responsive that Terri shared the code as well as navigation steps on the website to locate it. Overall I’d rate this stay 5* and will definitely stay there again during next vacations to Pismo Beach.

Beautifully decorated condo within walking distance to the beach. Enjoyed the fireplace and peaceful location. Communication was great with the host. Would highly recommend and stay again.
