Very nice stay, this home was well-equipped and spacious in a great location. Near everything we wanted to access, yet very quiet at night.

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

Sarah’s house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Super communicative with our every need. Tons of space and amenities! Loved the outdoor patio and the peek a boo ocean views! Sarah is an amazing host. Would absolutely stay here again! Love the fact that we were able to bring our dog! Thank you again for the amazing stay and making my family feel so welcomed!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

We gathered a small group of friends for a memorial service of a friend who suddenly passed away. This house was perfect for us - plenty of beds, open space to talk, kitchen was great, and walking distance to the beach where we held the memorial. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

There are beautiful views of the ocean from this spacious home. It was an easy drive to San Francisco and we enjoyed the local restaurants as well. The kitchen was large and well-maintained and it was easy to adjust the house temperature to be comfortable for both the main floor and upstairs.

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

My family of 4 visited San Jose for a hockey tournament. This apartment/condo was 5 minutes from arena. Very convenient. Space was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. We did cook and do laundry quite a bit; wished there was more pods for dishwasher and laundry, and a few extra trash’s bags. Other than that, stay was perfect and would stay again.

Loved the stay! Everything was spotless and the surroundings were calm and walkable. It’s very well prepared for families with kids. They got plenty of games and all the nice channels available (Netflix, Disney +…)

We had a great time in Santa Cruz — the place was very comfortable for a group of 4, and its location is awesome too.

The apartment in the lower level of the host's home is perfect -- comfortable beds, useful amenities, lovely back yard to enjoy. It is in a quiet neighborhood with free parking on the street. We did not need to take public transportation since we had a car. We would also uber on occasion if we did not want to park in the city. Charlesie is a wonderful host. She is so proactive and responsive. Tedd baked scones for us! This trip renewed our love of San Francisco.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Convenient and comfortable stay. Hanna was quite responsive to requests. Felt like she went over and beyond to accommodate our needs.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

Very nice location, super clean and host responds to messages very fast. The garage and parking spot are definitely a plus. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I have been traveling to Palo Alto monthly since 2016. Marcie's property is the first place I check for availability--both for the lovely home with personal touches and for the kind, thoughtful host with attention to every detail. Located walkable to restaurants and shops in downtown PA, to Stanford, and to Caltrain if for some bizarre reason you would want to escape this lovely community.

Good deal, quiet and clean. Host very communicative, would stay again.

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

We loved the location! Walking along the beach and being able to hike up to Morí point was spectacular. Everything about the apartment was just as it was represented in the ad. We hope to come back soon!

What can we say...this is one of our FAVORITE airbnb home away from homes...we have been back to Marjie and Joffrey's place so many times now and simply love it more and more each time! It's beautiful, relaxing, located in the absolute most perfect spot...and we just adore everything about it!!! Marjie is the sweetest, we always have fun chatting back and fourth and we are just so thankful for their place that has now been the back drop to so many of our families beautiful memories together :). We can't wait to visit again!!!!
