the hotel is perfectly situated- infront of serin ayala and magallanes square. The staff are all accomodating and helpful, they even provide us a sketch of the resto that we are looking near alfonso💋 I'm missing blue😍 The friendly hotel dog:)

We really enjoyed our vacation and my parents really liked the place! Ate Aiza, the caretaker was very accommodating also. We were looking forward to this vacation and we really were able to rest and relax in this place. The view is gorgeous, just opening the curtain and seeing the volcano right in front of you is an entire vacation in itself. I could just sit there and look for hours and be happy. The pictures don't really show the reality, the view is even better than expected. Those SMDC towers are quite ugly and spoil the landscape in my opinion, but the good thing is that you don't see them when you're inside the apartment and can just enjoy the lake view. 😊 The apartment itself is comfy and has all amenities. Cooking stove, kitchen utensils, fridge and freezer. I didn't have problems with the internet, was always fast enough for video streaming without interruptions.

It was a quiet and peaceful place and Renea was very helpful and easy to reach.

The place was pristine clean and felt right at home staying in this place! Also the spot of This condo is very accessible to different restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, Hospital and park! kudos to Sir Elmer for being so responsive and accommodating! and to the staff, they are very hospitable and kind all throughout our stay! It's my first time booking via airbnb! and it exceeded my expectations, very much enjoyed our stay! Will definitely book again!

We loved our Pansol stay so much we extended it! The spaciousness, hot spring pool, and amazing family bonding made it perfect. We'll definitely rebook.

Spacious space that can fit a lot of people! It has a game room, KTV set and everything you can think of when hanging out in a nice hot spring villa.

We really enjoy our stay to Rose place. Great balcony view of taal and the lake. Good kitchen and almost everything is available. Will definitely come back. Kuya Vic was really nice to accommodate us early. A very Great stay indeed! 🍾
