What an AMAZING property! The Villa was large and inviting enough to provide 3 couples plenty of room to spread out and have privacy for an exceptional 5 day stay. All rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The pool and hot tub were inviting enjoyable. A bonus feature was that we were even able to find English speaking TV channels on the TV service provided. We highly recommend the property to this property to others. You will love it!

Wonderful stay! Dawn was super helpful and made sure everything was taken care of for our group. The place is gorgeous, plenty of room, clean, and well taken care of. I also highly recommend utilizing the services of chef Adrian… amazing huevos rancheros homemade in the kitchen for breakfast.

Great place with east south and west balcony. Outdoor shower had plenty of pressure which was great. Seeing the sunrise from bed was a nice bonus too. Woke up naturally and refreshed

La casa está en una buena ubicación, en excelentes condiciones, muy amplia y limpia, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y pasarla muy bien con familia o amigos.

The house was very ideal for accommodating a group of 14 guys for a bachelor’s weekend. The house was very clean with plenty of comfortable rooms and bathrooms for guests. The house had great open space to hang out and eat all together. The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing and swimming. The house is located close to a supermarket which made it very convenient for groceries. The concierge Isaac was extremely helpful with all questions and planning activities. The location was in a very safe and quite neighborhood. The house is not located near downtown Cabo, so a ride service was a must. The shuttle service provided was available at all hours, affordable, and could pick up large numbers. Overall, it was a great place with a very helpful host and staff.

Great place for a large group, while still giving everyone plenty of space. Would love to come back.

This is a wonderful house for a large family to spend Thanksgiving. There were only 4 of us, so we didn't even use the entire home! The pool area is amazing as is the firepit and gardens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and essentials such as oils, bottled water, spices and sugar - tons of books and games too. We REALLY appreciated the welcome snacks. The beds were sooooo comfortable and we greatly appreciated the abundance of shower and pool towels. We spent a ton of time lounging on the lovely pool chairs. Our daughter worked remotely two days and the wifi was not a problem. The area is walkable, and the house itself is private, but San Jose is not exactly a quiet town - much quieter than Cabo though. This is not a ding on the host or her home AT ALL, which was a total oasis:) It's not beachfront, but only a 5-minute walk. It's very convenient to the supermarkets for shopping. Overall amazing place to stay!

The location was everything. It was very private but centrally located. We walked everywhere and would uber back. We felt right at home. The house was clean, comfortable and peaceful. The pool area was clean and a whole relaxing vibe. Paulina was present to great us which was a sweet touch. We will definitely be back to stay.

The place was great, exactly as shown in pictures. It was a little off and away, not much around but that also made it private. The view from the balcony was average, nothing out of this world because there is another condo building blocking it. Now that building I’m sure has spectacular views, not this unit though. It was still an excellent stay. The unit was well worth what we paid for it. I highly recommend renting here.

La habitación está muy cerca de todo, puedes llegar caminando a la playa cercana y a todos los bares. No gustó que tiene lugar para estacionarse dentro de la propiedad y cuenta con los utencilios necesarios para poder hacer un desayuno y cena, incluso cuenta con esos extras como sal, azúcar, aceite que usualmente cuando uno sale de viaje termina desperdiciando. La limpieza es impecable y con gusto regresaríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

El alojamiento muy cómodo y privado con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La ducha la disfruté mucho porque siempre hubo agua caliente y buena presión. El único detalle es que es un poco ruidoso si vas por trabajo. Claro que se me informó y yo estuve de acuerdo.

The condo was located in a beautiful area and an easy drive from the airport. The hostess provided excellent driving directions to the resort, and we were able to get assistance from the hotel concierge to find the building and unit. It was great having the downstairs unit because we could walk out to the back patio, and directly to the pool. It was a short walk to the beach on a well lit cement path. The beach was pretty and the Sea of Cortez is a beautiful turquoise blue. The waves break on shore, and swimming in not advised in that area. It is about a 10 minute drive to the "swimming beach". The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The towels and bed linens were quality and plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped. We prepared a variety of meals and had everything we needed after a trip to the grocery store recommended by the hostess.

Definitely recommend this stay! This was my first time in Cabo, but my partners 5th time going and she mentioned this has been by far the best stay she’s booked thus far. This was conveniently located across Soriana grocery store AND Costco! You don’t need a car for either, they are both a 2 minute walk. The home was well equipped with cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc). We were a group of 5 and comfortably fit, though 6 would work well too. The pool was heated. The view from the balcony was perfectly angled to see the famous Arc which looked beautiful sunrise and sunset. You don’t want to miss it! This was about an 11 minute drive to the marina, where you will spend most of your time for activities. I felt very secure and safe in this location, all rooms were clean, neat, and have working AC units. Would highly recommend and rebook this stay!

We were specifically looking for a place close to the marina with fun places to go. This property is in a fantastic area. Close to live music, wonderful dining options, shopping and great people watching. Its in a loud city setting. Great choice for city living while traveling.

We had a great stay. Tasha and Michael are amazing hosts. They shared so much information leading up to the trip. Everything is as described. We hired the local chef for dinner and the food was delicious. We plan to return next year. Highly recommend.

Súper limpio, tuvimos todo lo que necesitamos, la vista fabulosa, un ambiente muy tranquilo ideal para descansar, las instrucciones muy claras y la atención del anfitrión excelente, no demoraba nada en contestar y fue muy amable y flexible. Sin duda volveríamos

We stayed for February. Condo was spacious and reasonably well equipped. Comfortable beds, nice bath towels, large beach towels. A lot of street noise and late-night music (even with doors and windows closed), but we adapated. Beach was a short walk and two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided (no snorkel gear). Restaurants and grocery stores were 10-30 minute walk and Ubers always available. We encountered a number of issues upon arrival (e.g., cleanliness, light bulbs out, a bathroom door with broken hinges, missing cushions on outdoor furniture), but hosts Brendan and Olga were very responsive and dealt with most issues promptly. Unfortunately there was no BBQ nor “dedicated” work space as indicated in the listing, the dishwasher didn’t work properly (it didn’t even dissolve the detergent pucks), and the jacuzzi tub drain didn’t seal. I suspect previous guests were shorter term rentals who didn’t notice or bother to report. Despite issues we had a great time and would return.

My wife, two teenagers, and I had a lovely stay at the condo of Pamela and Greg. It is a lovely location - close to beaches and restaurants; walking distance to the center of downtown as well. The condo was in great condition and offered good space for all; the deck overlooking the golf course and hot tub/pool next door were highlights. I golfed every other day on the course as well and enjoyed having it so conveniently located. Pam and Greg were responsive and lovely!

Increíble nuestra estadía, aunque solo lo usamos para dormir ya que teníamos muchas cosas planeadas. Pero súper cómodo, muy limpio, excelente ubicación y muy buena vista. Siempre mantuvo contacto para responder y las instrucciones fueron muy claras desde el inicio. Sin duda volveremos!✨
