Very convenient apartment for families traveling with kids, they enjoyed the bathtub of the main bedroom and having the pool right in front. Everything was super clean and worked perfect! Super attentive hosts!

It was a little slice of heaven. Better than the pictures. Was surprised that my large terrace overlooking the marina was private. I assumed it was communal space. I’ve never stayed at a rental that was so well and thoughtfully outfitted. Water bottles with disposable straws, detergent, sunscreen, etc. The complex is gorgeous, quiet and secure. Everything’s within walking distance. The marina, restaurants, shopping and the grocery store next door. Loved it; amazing selections. We went everyday, just because. William, Todd and Lalie were great to work with. Very responsive. Looking forward to my next visit.

The condo, the property, and location were perfect for our stay. The condo met or exceeded what was described in the listing. Suzanne as well as the on-site staff we interacted with were all friendly and pleasant to work with. We enjoyed everything about the property and the people. The location was convenient to the airport (we had to make several trips to pick up family members who joined us for different portions of our stay). It was also a great location to access San Jose Del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, other coastal towns, and beaches we wanted to explore.

Diana and her condo are both rare gems! She met us when we checked in and had water and coffee stocked. She is so responsive to messages even months prior to our trip. She has lived in Cabo for 20 years so she is a wealth of knowledge. The complex itself is spotless inside and out! The staff is so friendly and are constantly working on the exterior of the property. There is a dirt road short cut into town and it’s a very easy drive. The beach is accessible through the RIU. Diana has beach supplies including backpack chairs and an umbrella. I usually complain about hauling stuff but the walk to the beach is a breeze. The AC works great and having a washer and dryer was great! I could run out of characters saying all the great things about Diana and her condo. We will be back!

we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house, the view, the people, the surrounding environment was amazing.. we rented a car and went up to Santa Elena-nine palms, arbolitos, cabo pulmo. epic! thank you so much for an amazing trip!

We had a great stay at the condo. The ground floor location was great so the kids didnt have to climb up many stairs, and it was nice and close to the big pool. Great communication with the host - very responsive. Would recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about Don and Carla's place RIGHT on the beach! We brought two teenaged girls who were in heaven! We took advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, pool table, pool, hot tub and the best of all the beach!! Everything was there that we needed and TBH you are a ways out there but we knew that going there from the other reviews but totally worth it!! We went snorkeling at Cabo Pulmo which is actually a national park and we had no idea. I highly recommend going if you're looking for something to do. We will definitely be going back. There is also a little hike to get your blood pumping right behind the house with amazing views!!!

Other people who have left reviews for this place less than four stars, I believe is completely unfair. This property offers top-notch value for what you get. Does the property have its faults? Absolutely. The kitchen faucet drips hot water no matter how hard you close the valves, and leaks underneath. This should be a relatively inexpensive and quick fix for a plumber. The hot tub heater stopped working for 2 days, but the on-site caretaker was able to get it back up and working. The oven dial was broken off. You can turn the oven on, but you don’t know the temperature. As long as you set your expectations that the place isn’t perfect and things are a bit in disrepair, this place is amazing! I would recommend to anybody. Where else are you going to get a place that accommodates this many people on the beach at this price?? The privacy offered by the villas was nice addition. The king bed was super comfy! I would hope that one day in the future we might return.

Beautiful house and views. Cristina was awesome and easy to get in touch with! Overall the house was fantastic, very clean, well equipped, beds were excellent! gorgeous views, lots of space pool, lounge areas, and grill patio upstairs was a great place to relax. Overall a beautiful rental! We had some lovely days here, We would go back tomorrow morning if we could. I really really recommend this place.

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

Randall was very helpful in every respect. We were in a bad situation in that our initial reservation was cancelled while we were in flight to Cabo. Randall was very prompt in answering our questions and quickly provided us with a wonderful place to stay. He made several great recommendations and covered how to operate everything in the condo, making life easy for us. The condo felt open and was well kept. Nice furniture, a comfortable bed and a great shower. What more could one want? The view from the balcony must be the best in Cabo. A beautiful beach and then the bay with the Arch in the background. There was very comfortable deck furniture and the pools were just below our balcony. They were great pools and were never even close to being crowded. The pool swim-up bar was steps away and provided great food, cold drinks at reasonable pricing and servers that were friendly and helpful. We have never had more caring and considerate owners. Had a wonderful weekend in this condo. It’s very quiet and chill. There were at least a couple of restaurants on property so we didn’t have to cook for ourselves very much which is what I like on vacation.

Our stay at Johnny and Alex’s place in Copala was great! The place was beautiful and in a nice location. They were very responsive and helpful with our check in and questions. Snuck a round in at Quivira and enjoyed the resorts included with the stay.

We loved Randi”s place! Our family of five had such an amazing stay. Randi was an excellent host — super responsive and helpful. When asked, she gave us the option to check in early and allowed us to check out a little late. The house was beautiful just like the photos but even better. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very new and clean. It felt very much like the Four Seasons we visited nearby. We used the hot tub, pool, and paddle boards. It was hard to want to leave the property. We also booked a snorkeling tour at Cabo Pulmo which I would highly recommend. We would definitely book her place again. Thanks Randi.

I'd would highly recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here the next time we go to Cabo! As others have said, the pictures don't do it justice. The unit is very spacious, and it has an awesome patio with stacker sliding doors, making the space feel even larger. There is a good view, and you can see the marina if you look off to the right. There are adjacent patios (separated by a partial height wall), but that didn't bother us, since we didn't see a neighbor the entire time we were there. We also found the unit to be very modern and clean. The location is perfect -- there's lots to do just steps away, yet the unit is secure and quiet. We would recommend the transport option, as it was cheaper than other options we looked into, and was very smooth as the driver knew exactly where to go. The grocery store, although a little challenging to find, was also a big plus! Finally, the host was very responsive and friendly. We've stayed at many Airbnbs, and this was one of the best!

The condo at Marina Sol was perfect! The view out to the pool and gardens was beautiful. Being on the second floor was nice because you were up from the ground level, but just 1 level up, so coming and going from the pool and restaurant was really easy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and functional. Washer and dryer were small, but very functional. The A/C units kept things comfortable. Having Scott as a host was like having your own local travel agent on retainer! He arranged our travel to and from the airport, gave great recommendations, and any time we had questions or needed an opinion about something, he was always willing to chime in and help out!

Lorraine was a great hostess! Her communication was fantastic from the moment that we booked this rental. She helped us coordinate transportation to and from the airport and then also to our next destination. She recommended great restaurants. The rental was fabulous. The view was really incredible. The location was prime. We loved the restaurant and the poolside bar. The food and drinks were great and at a very reasonable price. The pools and the beach were perfect. It was not crowded and the residents in the community were very friendly. Highly recommend and would love to come back! Lorraine, thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was our second stay at Carlene's home in Las Olas and it did not disappoint! You cannot beat the location and the beautiful views from the living room and patio. My four kids and husband surf and snorkel and loved being steps away from Zippers, Old Man and La Roca. Easy walk on beach to really good restaurants and a quick Uber to downtown San Jose Del Cabo. Appreciate the beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, beach towels and blankets. Private security made the property feel very secure. The pool, hot tibs and grounds are very well maintained. Omar was very welcoming and informative and the guacamole, pico and water are such a treat upon arrival. We plan to come back soon.

Pictures and description don’t do the place justice. Rooftop was amazing for a quiet night in the hot tub under the stars. Host was very communicative! Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Abir’s place was clean, comfortable, convenient, and had all the amenities available for a reasonably-priced stay in a 5 star resort. I was surprised to find out that the hotel guest were paying 3xs what we had paid for our airbnb to stay at this beautiful place. We had morning sun from our balcony, the quiet pool was right there and so convenient, and the beachfront was just steps away. We were able to enjoy the main pool, swim up bar, restaurant when we wanted to splurge, but also had the option to cook our own food and have the privacy of a full kitchen in our apartment. The neighbors were extremely quiet and respectful. The beach is not recommended for swimming but a short 10 minute walk provided a bay to swim, snorkel, paddle board, etc. The parking was very close to the unit, which made it easier to unload our belongings. This place was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed for our vacation.

Erika & Lisandro's condo is lovely. Exactly as advertised. Exactly what the doctor ordered. I loved the beach. Our pre-travel communications were helpful and the the on-property manager was the best, most responsive manager that we've encountered at an AirBnB.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The rental management company was exceptional. You cannot beat the location, especially if you are there for fishing in Cabo! We will certainly book this unit again.
